I prefer the bitcoin above the gold because gold is taking a long time to make good profits and with the bitcoin you can do both, short and long terms.

Yeah, especially ICOs which most of the time turn out to become very profitable after official of the coin. But not all ICOs are successful and you can lose your investments short term. Sometimes, if you hold the coin for quite some time and the price increases then you would have recovered your invested money and perhaps even ROI. Just my opinion.  But you must be careful on investing on ICO. Some of them are just for scam purposes. You must research the new coins carefully and be sure that they are backed with real developers and not just want to squeeze some money out of you. Yes youre right but we can easily trace who is scam and who is not, and my basis for that is dev using some crazy cartoon characters like poke coin or anything related to mangga coins, and when investing to them i am doing some deep research about devs background and project development and so by that i can really tell that project got more potential to be a great step to earn, Sometimes you can also take advantage on the scam coins with the right timing, normally a coins that has no good future will just pump hard in the early stage and suddenly dump making those who go with the trap lose their investment, but if you are smart you know when to come in and go out. |

You are right. but I don't know why people get greedy for gambling. Instead of winning in gambling loosing graph is much higher. more people loose and less win. but still people greedy to play gambling. thank god I don't like playing gambling. It also tells that they are one country if they will change it, it will be like a disgrace. With fixed amount for a day we can avoid to get busted and playing with emotions to put all amount there on a single bet there. I am very greedy that everytime i loss a portion of my bankroll in dice the next bet i will make is all in, it sucks that i always end up loss in that bet. Also even if i am in a winning streak i really kept on playing until all of my balance turns 0. Don't know but i think it is a bad habit already.
That is pretty bad if you are asking me, I think being too greedy is very bad and due to that you will also lose a lot of money. Most people will lose at gambling if they run it for a long time. But, most people didnt realize it. When someone lost a bunch and they keep gambling and suddently have some good profit, they will forget about they previous lost although they profit in fact cant cover all the previous lost.
The long run is actually different for people in the sense that my own long run will be someone else short run but why everyone losses or most people losses is not knowing the right time to stop playing because i believe when people invested time on an activity, mastery sets in which is the long run part but nit knowing when to stop leads to losses which eventually validates op's position. well right if you play more you will understand it more the problem is if you don't know when to stop really self control is the first thing that we should have in order for us make some profits, if you stop when you already got some earnings or stop when you are already getting some straight loses.
