961  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Looking to sell a computer to raise money to invest in Bitcoin. on: December 07, 2023, 04:11:49 AM
As far as I know, you are old enough to be able to find a part-time job, and the salary in Korea, I believe will not be less than $600. So think for a moment, is it necessary to sell your assets to participate in a market that you are not sure if you understand, or are you just feeling FOMO following the recent price increase?
For someone studying and working in this era, I think of computers as a necessary tool to help you solve many problems. And some members also suggest using computers to learn about this market and find investment opportunities without spending money. Of course, you need to invest your time and knowledge. Think carefully and be aware of your responsibility for your decisions.
962  Economy / Economics / Re: COVID is dead, "long live the new COVID". World economy get ready? on: December 07, 2023, 04:05:29 AM
The world economy and population has not yet everywhere moved away from the covid and events of 2022, and ... a new global pandemic awaits us ?  Your opinion - what and how to prepare for ?
Although I don't have accurate information about this new epidemic, I think the media is exaggerating this issue. Maybe we're past the fear of what's happened, and now a certain sign can make everyone confused, but honestly I feel like what we just went through gives us hope and enough experience to cope with challenges. But anyway, I am waiting for clear information on this issue, but I think maybe things are calming down now. Since the news started to spread until now, it seems like everything is under control, and there is not much relevant information about the severity.
963  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XEN Crypto Price (XEN) on: December 07, 2023, 03:55:25 AM
For me, this crypto is quite risky because it has behind-the-scenes relationships with a lot of scammers, I don't care too much about how it's doing when a lot of things really don't make much sense to me and only exaggerate its ability to solve problems. Although the FOMO with XEN is quite impressive at times, at the end of the day, anyone who has ever had contact with HEX will understand how they operate, but it is not strange if, during a price increase, those behind can bring in another hype to push prices up.
964  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Who is responsible for upgrading the Bitcoin network? on: December 07, 2023, 03:46:38 AM
Because some friends asked me about this, with the Bitcoin Ordinals controversy and the proposal to remove the inscription, many people wonder who is responsible for upgrading the Bitcoin network? Although I am not sure about the knowledge I am understanding, I can express that it does not require the consensus of the majority of the community

- developers: They suggest and develop upgrades or improvements. The Bitcoin development community is very decentralized with participation from everywhere, working privately or for a company, with many contributors of advice working on different aspects of contributing to the open source code of Bitcoins.

- miners: They play an important role as they need to accept and implement changes in their mining operations. Miner acceptance is important for a successful upgrade, especially if it requires a hard fork.

- Node Operators: These are individuals or organizations that run the Bitcoin software and confirm transactions. Nodes need to update their software to accept new changes in the protocol.

- user: Bitcoin users, including individuals and businesses, are also part of the upgrade. It matters which new software wallets or versions of Bitcoin they accept.

- exchanges and wallet providers: These entities need to update their systems to ensure compatibility with the new upgrade, ensuring users can trade and make transactions without problems.

We all know that the upgrade process in Bitcoin is based on consensus, which means that a large portion of the network must agree to the upgrade for it to be deployed successfully. We have also had cases where strong disagreements could lead to chain splits, like in 2017 with Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash.
965  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: December 07, 2023, 03:33:21 AM
According to sources from the Mu locker room, more than half of the Mu players no longer trust Ten Hag. Tensions are rising after the 0-1 loss to Newcastle. They are questioning his coaching style, thinking he's too authoritarian and not open to their opinions. Some players feel they are training too hard and exhausting themselves in sessions.
They don't understand why they're running so much and believe that Ten Hag needs to improve his personnel management, comparing his rigid style to that of a robot. Moreover, this season, he has clashed with too many players in the team, including Martial, Sancho, Rashford, and most recently, Varane. This has left other players dissatisfied as well. All these factors may explain Mu's significant decline after just one season.
The club has too many problems, and the results show everything. Although the match against Chelsea last night had a winning result, but honestly when watching this match, I felt a bit disappointed when looking at the way the whole team played. Second, the guarantee from big clubs brings drama, but the quality is like that of teams in the lower divisions. With MU, they won but also missed too many opportunities, and the defense had too many problems, and the same thing happened with Chelsea when they were like sleepy people playing football with really wasted opportunities fee.

I really feel sorry that currently, MU and Chelsea are both having their own problems, injuries that make the force not strong enough to contribute expertise to the matches. And especially with MU, there is a lot of controversy behind the scenes, information about loss of control is being talked about more and more. Perhaps there will be a purge of MU's system, I don't know who this time will be. Who will leave, but hopefully the team's problems will be resolved soon.
966  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coin or token with high potential on: December 07, 2023, 03:25:02 AM
Hello,
What cheap projects do you know that have good potential?

Thank you.
Let me tell you this, in your mind, you only prefer quantity to quality. Get rid of this immediately and focus on re-learning knowledge about investing, crypto, technology,... And if you never knew, remember that anyone can create nonsense. With lots of zeroes and links to social channels to spam, and the ignorant easily falling into the trap (more precisely, stupidity), by the way, if you still think it's an opportunity, then I can tell you I can mass create those tokens, and whether you are willing to buy it after hearing what I shared above, it's all just garbage. You need to understand that even if you hold a lot of junk in your hands that has no value in terms of quality, you will never change the asset differently.
967  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Math and Gambling on: December 06, 2023, 11:17:00 AM
In fact, we still see a few in life mentioned as winners, so any game needs elements such as knowing, understanding, applying, creating,... And gambling also requires learning to become a professional player as well as having a high winning rate. I remember when I was in high school, my teacher once told us the odds of winning on coins, but we tend to lose more than we win, so understanding the game helps we eliminate the odds of losing a lot.
I believe that defeat sometimes teaches people many good things that people can't learn by winning multiple times. For those who can learn from some defeats, those defeats are fine, but for those who defeat has become a habit, that is, those who continue to lose one after another, but this defeat is terrible. When one or two defeats come after a few successful wins, we have to take those defeats as normal but if we keep losing one after another then we must realize that we must have had enough mistakes in our strategy. If more defeats accompany us then we should take a break and find out our weak points and work on them. By taking a break and finding the weak point, when he works on the weak point, we can win the game again.
That advice only applies when your are playing a game in which your skill can affect your results, as trying to do this in a game like slots makes no sense, you could learn how not to bet too much on that game and avoid letting your emotions take control of you when you gamble, but that is it.

When it comes to those games there is not really a strategy you can devise to beat them, and you must content yourself simply with the joy you can get out of them.
Even knowing the game well only brings defeat, and an instant victory can ease the tension. For those who come to gambling to relax, they don't care too much about the results, because experiencing the atmosphere of the game really helps them relieve stress.
I have also seen some instructions on how to cheat during gambling or even forms of technical analysis to increase the odds,... but in the end, with gambling, I always stick to being relaxed, so I don't think too much about whether I lose or win. Although I have also experienced many different levels of gambling, and sometimes I find people a bit too complicated about issues in this area, think of it as a concert, and the amount of money we spend is the cost.
968  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin is the sleeping giant on: December 06, 2023, 11:09:36 AM
ATH hash scrypt dominant, ATH usage & acceptance, #2 on biggest payment processor Bitpay (previously flipped Bitcoin), declared commodity, ETF looming amongst fidelity EDXM&paypal&venmo&grayscale support, privacy via MWEB, 100% uptime, no premine, fair launch. It’s wakey wakey soon
With LTC there is no need to talk too much about the hype surrounding it, even without the things the OP mentioned, those who have researched and trusted it will still know how to make appropriate decisions to achieve the target they want.

I don't doubt the ability of LTC to increase in price in the future, but like many other altcoins, we still understand the dependence and binding of altcoins through Bitcoin. When the upward trend becomes clearer, the top altcoins will automatically benefit, and we will see news like partner launches, or some kind of upgrade to attract more people.
969  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If you had $500, which coins would you choose to buy on: December 06, 2023, 11:03:33 AM
If my portfolio is limited to $500, I can set a target of x10 in the next 2 years with any altcoin I am talking about, like ETH, BNB, DOT, LTC, LINK,...

Actually, to make a choice about something in the market to achieve the target, I think, is not difficult. The problem is that we lack the patience and the ability to maintain our stance on the original plan. Maybe some people will see that the low initial capital allows them to risk pursuing trending projects such as defi, web3, AI, NFT, memes,... but it also means that there are risks involved during FOMO with those trends. Research to evaluate a cryptocurrency in accordance with each individual's knowledge to be able to make more appropriate and honest decisions. If we take risks, we also need to think about the responsibility behind them.
970  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you deal with the exponential appreciation of Bitcoin? (for the oldest on on: December 06, 2023, 10:52:43 AM
let's assume that you bought BTC at 10 dollars, obviously over time it has appreciated in value numerous times compared to fiat, how do you feel about this, not in terms of increasing your purchasing power and having improved your life with this etc, of course, but in terms of the fact that if I had bought it at 10 dollars, any amount above that I would feel like I was paying "expensively"... so what is it like to deal with this, for example, doing your DCA at a price of 30, 40 thousand dollars, knowing that it is still low, but compared to its initial price it is extremely "expensive"...
The actual experience is completely different from your imagination, I also bought bitcoin at prices around $200 -$300 but keeping it to $69000 was impossible for me, and that was after two cycles The price increase has happened, and even if it only reaches $1000 I can't hold it. But frankly speaking, my own limited understanding of the market is the main reason, and up until now, even if I accepted to buy bitcoin at this price, it would always be a bargain. In investing, our ultimate goal is to aim for profit to be able to spend and develop for life. With the crypto market, I can only feel that it will grow over time and that there will also be ups and downs related to the macroeconomy. So don't just think that the starting position/or timing make you feel comfortable with the market.

I'm still imagining that there are actually many of them who will still pay attention to investing. Of course, there will be only a few. At that age, life experience will make them knowledgeable enough to make appropriate decisions. Rather, we are just speculating about things about which the object we are talking does not exist at this issue.
971  Other / Politics & Society / Re: War in world questions on: December 06, 2023, 10:37:02 AM
So when actual ww3 happening ?
The war looking dumb the ukraune vs russia war it's same like east side of USA will fight against west the California.
Or Mexico go to war with USA or Canada will go war with USA or france try to invade italy or switzerland.
It's so dumb just until people fall into this it ain't gona stop.
- ww3 hopefully won't happen, but I think this is inevitable in terms of conflicts that have no way to be resolved, and will likely spread globally. It can be speculated that it will take place this century, which is everything I don't want.

- Every ongoing conflict and even places where there are sparks of war have their own problems, conflicts of interest will only end when one side wins. Those who are lucky enough not to belong to this area will probably only partly understand the fierce feeling of war.
I lived in Vietnam for a long time, so hearing about certain wars always makes me feel creepy. Maybe in this day and age, information is difficult to access, but in historical wars, then the gloomy death brings fear to the next generations for a long time, and it also takes a lot of time to restore stability.

972  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Money laundering in crypto casino on: December 06, 2023, 08:59:12 AM
We all know the recent issue about the mixer status here in the forum. Crypto casino is also being use for money laundering by some criminals that’s why every casino has AML policy.

I’m just curious what will be the fate of crypto casino once money laundering activity from mixer will jump to casino now that mixer will not be advertised here which means it has less exposure. Is there any possibility that crypto casino will be seized by the government just like what happened to mixers in case they failed to screen the laundering activity?
This issue has similarities, but remember the fact that the flag industry has also been accepted and licensed to operate easily in many places. Regarding money laundering, there is no one tool to blame. Because, even when it is prohibited, people can still find different ways to use it. Do mixers deserve to be abolished? This has been clearly stated, so please respect the decisions of the operators. As for gambling, I think that will not happen because if you only look at small aspects to conclude, that is not the way to play operating silver. Let's just consider that this is a small part of the activity here, and we are the people who gamble to relax, make money, etc. in very large numbers. It doesn't mean that this environment is only gambling, so think openly.
973  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Gala still worth it? on: December 06, 2023, 08:52:30 AM
Perhaps OP also has his own research with GALA, so let everything go according to the plan you expect with this crypto. To me, GALA has its own special things, but it also comes with a fair amount of hype. Looking back at the previous price increase, the ATH level is a threshold where I don't expect similar things to repeat, but with this market, anything can happen. And all speculation is just a hypothesis until everything happens. Sometimes that trust is only based on unclear buying behavior, ask yourself,  What made you buy it since the beginning of 2022? And in fact, you have gone through a long period of market decline. In this market, patience is always rewarded, but that does not mean that rule will make you satisfied
974  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: P2E game project coins on: December 06, 2023, 04:52:31 AM
There will be hype associated with it when TGE, I know that project, but honestly, I don't play it or look for airdrops.

But it must be admitted that P2E is still having a lot of potential, but basically it needs to break out of the hype with intrinsically better quality products, not simply being labeled with crypto (blockchain) to create new products.

In the previous bull season, many things died, because they only strengthened and made profits in the short term. Although this field still has a lot to exploit and develop, we still have a lot of time for it to have an independent foothold in the market without being completely dependent on fluctuations.
975  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bad news always brings some good news! on: December 06, 2023, 04:45:06 AM
Similar to some opinions, I agree that CZ's admission of error is a new beginning for the crypto market, if some parties cannot control the market, they (larger scale ones) will not be able to control the market. Really ready for a new start with the market. And after the recent FUD, we are having an atmosphere of excitement and joy from many people when we see Bitcoin increasingly achieving its goals in 2023, a period of no more than 30 days will end 2023. I'm still expecting a higher price. Regardless of the news surrounding this market, I still remember to be patient with Bitcoin because I understand one thing and we will talk about big targets (new ATH) soon.
976  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold is up to new ATH, silver is up, BITCOIN IS BACK BABY!!! on: December 06, 2023, 04:35:22 AM
(...)We must remain vigilant and steady!
For what?

Anyone's excitement about the bull market is inevitable, but the problem here is that we are seeing things revolve around it so that the price goes to specific targets. With Bitcoin, if it is not the current price increase, people will also have the perception that its future will be great, so sometimes certain conspiracy theories are just to manipulate the psychology of weak and FOMO prone people.

But recently, many financial markets have had a very exciting atmosphere. Because I am not a beginner, the current problem can only be seen as the gloom returning at some point. The return will not affect the investment plan.
977  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are bitcoin investors violators? on: December 06, 2023, 03:38:19 AM
Banning the use of bitcoin in some countries is illegal, but it does not constitute a crime. As far as I understand, it's just a limitation on legal issues, but banning someone from using bitcoin seems useless.
And going back to the issue of individuals feeling violated, I think that's not true. For me, trusting the government's management is not always perfect because there will still be things that cause harm and conflict among the people. And control will foster a violation of it, violating the law with what kind of behavior? I have heard of some stories of money laundering criminals, but that is a different threshold because if it weren't for bitcoin, they would still be criminals.
978  Other / Politics & Society / Re: freedom of expression on: December 06, 2023, 03:31:02 AM
It may be that the loophole in freedom causes many ungodly men to abuse it and use this advantage to argue, I respect all those rights, but that doesn't mean they are always discussed openly. The fact that anyone can say that it is a personal right means that our obligations and responsibilities towards that right have never been easy.

Everyone wants freedom, but they don't understand that no one gives them that freedom that they themselves create, and their obligation to use and contribute to life is always not enough. I always like to be realistic and fair, anyone's thoughts can be created with ignorance, and if that thought is not limited, then chaos is obvious.

For example: If a rebel declares that he wants to destroy the earth, in some ways it is freedom of speech, but we know clearly that it is wrong, so they must be held accountable for those words.
979  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you feeling FOMO like I am? on: December 06, 2023, 03:21:57 AM
I can feel happy when Bitcoin is increasing in price, but to say FOMO follows it, I don't think so because right now my strategy is still clear with it, the accumulation has been planned in advance. That and my goal with this market are always long-term, not relying too much on short-term things to optimize, and sometimes, for me, it is also a risk.

Now that the excitement is ramping up, and it is also attracting many new people to pay attention to bitcoin (crypto), we can fully expect the bull cycle to be in its starting phase. Many people have their doubts, but they also have their own opinions. So investing is not a general category, but each individual has their own plan.
980  Economy / Economics / Re: World is full of things what nobody dont need just too much on: December 06, 2023, 03:16:39 AM
Do you know some waste warehouses in the world? Try going to Thailand, where today's waste problem is directly affecting the people here. Things that are superfluous, even unused, can be thrown away, but think about how to start creating products and talk about "product supply and demand", It is like a result that manufacturers or related parties (including users) must accept. In another aspect of real estate, when buildings are continuously produced, but people have no need to use them and some places become abandoned areas after many years, of course no one wants that. But still, accept it and find a solution. And for personal consumption, instead of blaming the products that appear, look at yourself to see if it is necessary to rebalance.
