hmmm, well that's the easy part & that addition on github would be really something else. wonder if there's a C++ coder the could make a big PLAY button in the GUI, watching some of the coding in all these testing applications are well worth it. Still remember a coin that really tried to show how to create your own webstie in wallet (GAIA IT thinks).
Also, I have integrated a player into the wallet, currently waiting for CryptoCoderz to compile it for Windows. If someone else wants to volunteer, this job is still open! I simply don't have any Windows installed. ^ done. (95%)

Interesting project, any progress to show on the tor integration?
It's already fully integrated ... The entire network is running on Tor. Will this project next big thing? The price is many times of ico now. Many people still don't understand that we're not coming to replace ShadowCash. We're coming for Monero. Some ICO investors have already agreed to spend some portion of their funds to support Spectre development later, making it more robust and secure ... so that's why we're coming for an exponential increase in practical value. The goal of this project is to be used by the mainstream, that's why they're creating an App whose goal is to be easy to use for the average person. At a market cap of 20 Million USD, there will be several people who can easily afford to donate some 100k USD for project development, each! That's the advantage of having some really big wallets in the game. Ambitions are sky-high for this project: There is a goal, and there is a plan.

volocity enforces block spacing (time). if you mine a block too early from the previous, and it's very lkikely to happen thousands of times because the diff is at minimum, it will be rejected.
He explained all this a page or two back and it answered the question for me. I guess some people are not understanding whats happening.Everything is working as it should.People are just going to have to ignore the orphans that their wallet shows for the time being until if and when coderz fixes it.But until then he has already explained things hence is why I am quoting Pallas here in case people still do not understand.I am running out of room on my rig so I been sending a lot of my staking coins to Poswallet. It has been working out very nicely for me better than on my own system, and I am getting stake on espers too. I wonder how that works, because I'm running the latest wallet and received my last stake one month ago.

One silly question: Will there be any Masternodes on ESP in the future... Maybe 10millions per Masternode?! What do you think
Yeah that's the plan. Not sure if 10 Mil or even 100 Mil would make sense?! We'll see, but I'm sure that Masternodes will come.

If you are having trouble finding Flavor Coin Radio
Good point! I think it would be a very good idea to have some big red "CLICK HERE TO LISTEN -->" with the tunein link in the ANN. Also, I have integrated a player into the wallet, currently waiting for CryptoCoderz to compile it for Windows. If someone else wants to volunteer, this job is still open! I simply don't have any Windows installed.

Progress update
The main issue at the moment is the Windows build so we have hired an extra programmer to address this specific task and what we are doing is the following:
1. Script for installing build dependencies on clean Windows setup 2. Script for building Qt with WebKit statically 3. Script for building the spectrecoin.exe with the Qt version from previous step 4. Building the Qt and app binaries for testing 5. Vagrantfile to run everything inside a VM
This work will likely be completed at the end of this week and we will have a standalone executable for Windows without any dependencies. The scripts will then enable us to quickly build new Windows versions so we don’t have this issue again as we make code updates.
So, if you are a Windows user, be patient for a few days more and it will all come together.
Nice to see everything getting fixed step by step.

Let me sort that a bit because you're jumping back and forth with your arguments ... terrible initial distribution
I hear a few sdc forks are coming after all the drama - the one with the seemingly fairest distribution and best developer will win.
if you had redistributed on the exchanges at a reasonable rate from 83 sats to 500 sats early on there could be argument for the distribution but i noted it was instantly hiked to the 1000's and still hoarded by very few.
that killed the project.
Initial distribution is key to a project.
Then explain to me how the initial distribution of a coin affects the developer's ability to deliver a working product that is going to be widely used? Price and distribution are not the concern of most serious developers - it's none of their business, developers are developing the software, traders are trading, and nobody I know really cares about the distribution of any coin as long as it works. Also, as I said earlier, the current distribution of Spectre is not even that bad. devs not known
All developers in Slack are using their real name. the copy and paste of sdc isn't worth much
True - that's why the point of this project is not to clone SDC. It's just a base to start from. xspec = spec
Not sure what your point is? sdc's market place is the most complex of the entire project that will be impossible to clone for a non top tier developer.
Spectre devs think that binding a currency to a market place is a bad idea, that's why they are just focusing only on the currency itself. the same handful of people in this echo chamber going round and round should give you a clue that hoarding it and ransoming it off for 1000's of sats is never going to work. Better you all had retained half and sold the rest for nearer ico levels for months. Even then it would be criticized I am sure.
Well there isn't much to talk about here ... everyone is just chatting and waiting for the beta App to be released.

My wallet isn't working and I can't get any help in the Slack Forum. Can someone help fix this?
Ask again, Slack is the right place for this. Make sure you explain your problem in detail.

Don't worry. CryptoCoderz has many coins and is still on board at ESP.. You should only worry about how much ESP you have before it goes into satoshi market ESP have satoshi market. And… nothing! All their "coins" are fake. No one with potential to rise or acclaim. Either you are talking like a newbie, or you are trying to confuse newbies. Either way, you are stupid.

@Gandalf86 ....its too much work for some of these fudders to look at things like that.....and realize only four wallets have over a million. much easier to just sit back and criticize without really digging and learning about this coin. Thats what leads to off the cuff remarks. I for one have sold off over 100,000 just to spread some xspec around. It does no good to hold if all the original investors are holding. Looks like over 460 wallets out there now, a far cry from the less than 100 xspec wallets we had when it launched. And, there's more new folks in our slack channel everyday. In fact...I'm going to spread some more around and encourage any original investor to do the same. I will have reduced my holdings 20% when I'm done. But i'm serious about getting more folks in XSPEC. When that android app hits.....its going to be spec..tacular. I have to admit I was way wrong about Spectre, and admitted as much in some PM's. I completely bailed after the recent screw job announcement about SDC/Part, and will be bringing my resources and support, and a dozen or more investors into this project. In a way it is a miracle that you guys started this coin when you did, because it preserves all the best things from this great code. Again, sorry I didn't see that sooner. So I hope you guys will forgive my earlier comments. I look forward to seeing this coin grow and prosper, and will do my best to help out. In fact I won't rest until Spectre is bigger and more popular than that coin that just died. I was also an early investor in Darkcoin, and bailed on that one when they went PC. I just hope that this team never sells out to become politically correct, or just to make money at the expense of ditching core principles. Wow now that's what I call a U-turn I tried to research what your previous posts here were, but apparently you deleted them lol. Well anyway, nice to see you here!

This coin raised 18 btc right ? So all coins are devided between those 18 btc so , more then 1 million for each btc
Thats insane bad start.
A little adversity never hurt anyone. We will not give up and we have some other funding as well in donations so we are on the right track now and will get the updates out soon. I dont mean the amount raised i mean that 1 btc owns millions, A fair distribution is important. Now its only making the ico holders rich and thats all basicly. It will make some of the ICO holders rich, yes. It's a result of very low interest in this project during the ICO. However, the vast majority of ICO investors had significantly less to give than 1 BTC for an ICO that was called "shady" at that point ... You can look at the distribution here, it could be worse: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xspec/#!rich

I just made a choice to buy 1 billion ESP in next days Yeah good luck from me too, lol. It is not enough to have the money, you need someone to sell it to you. Note that ESP on Yobit is NOT Espers, it is some deprecated version of Espers v1 that is worth nothing. what, the esp on yobit are not valid? Right. ESP on Yobit lost their value as Yobit missed their opportunity during the swap to ESPv2, as has been explained a thousand times by CryptoCoderz. lol fail, i was intersted to this coin. but if has no value on yobit.. no sense to invest Yobit is not an Espers market any more, you can see the most active markets here: http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/espers/#marketsIt's not CC's fault, it is Yobit's. Devs tried to contact them many times during the swap, but they never reacted to it.
