It's the sad truth. I wait for several bounty payments, some for almost 9 months now. It's a shame how a lot of projects treat the people that helped them to succeed with their ico. It's disrespectful and sheds a very bad light on the projects. Unfortunately most of those projects don't seem to care much, so there is nothing to do than wait and hope that they will pay eventually.

Well, it's the sad truth in the crypto space. It's not only the bounties that turn out to be scams. It's more and more projects themselves that are blatant scams. The problem is that it is so easy to set up a fancy looking website and then start an ico and collect money in this space. I hope that all the scammers will have to account for their wrongdoings in one way or another. It just disgusts me how projects scam people that want to invest their hard earned money.

It's a difficult time for ico's at the moment. I only invest in icos that have a real use case. The one Im currently fond off is contract vault, unfortunately it doesn't get the attention that it deserves in my opinion. Hopefully they will nonetheless reach their softcap, because the world needs a platform like contract vault.

I don't think that a price even near that is possible by the end of 2018. Maybe 2020. The market is stagnating now and there is almost no hype around crypto at the moment. Unfortunately last year's hype faded, but without it, there won't be significant changes in eth price.

Yes indeed. Now is a good time to enter the market and invest some money in cryptocurrencies. However as there is no hype at the moment the market seems kind of stagnating at the moment to me, so maybe prices will go down even further and we will see even better entry points. But as it is with everything in life: opportunities come and go. You just need to take them. If you never do it, you won't ever benefit from the opportunities coming your way. I'm in crypto for some time now and am confident that it's worth to get in whenever you are ready to, just do it!

I would split 40% each in Bitcoin and Ethereum. The remaining 20% should be put in more risky altcoins that could potentially blow up. Maybe in Aeternity or iota. That's how I would divide the 100k. No investment advice though, always dyor!

Well, my personal experience, from witnessing mainnet releases, is that the prices go up right before the release and when the mainnet is actually released there is a sharp dip. But in the end, mainnet release is always a big step that of course benefits the coin. I don't know much about tron, so can't say anything to that coin in particular.

The logic sounds simple, however I think this won't be the case. Even if it becomes a reality and kin will be the most used currency, it certainly won't appreciate tremendously in terms of price. Just compare the 21m Bitcoin to the 10 trillion kin. It's not a good investment imo, however I also hold a bit of it, just in case something unexpected happens.

To be honest, I expect that there will be growth in the market pretty soon. Currently there is no hype compared to last year, so the increase will happen at a slower pace, but there will be growth I sincerely believe in it. It's true that the market is down since some months, but overall the market grew a lot compared to last year at this time, so all in all, we are on the right track imho.

I understand the need for measures against multiple signups. And also like that there are measures against it, although I don't like to do give away all my data to some strangers that might even turn out to be scammers. So I generally stay away from bounty campaigns that require kyc. That leads us to the very important point of the obligatory need to state clearly from the beginning of the campaign if kyc will be necessary to participate or not. Everything else is just not fair, and represents a red flag for me. Just can be really disgusting if you worked for a project throughout the whole campaign just to find yourself in the dilemma of rejecting your reward by protecting your personal data or risk an potential breach of your personal data just to get what you honestly worked for and therefore deserve. But still I do think that there need to be measures against the heavy fraudulent activities going on in bounty campaigns.

For me it's definitely contract vault. Unfortunately the ico is kind of going under the radar. I hope that they will conduct a successful ico so that they can implement their great plan of making smart contracts legally enforceable. Check it out, it's definitely worth taking a look.

Another ico I'm  having my eyes on is gramatontoken
. It's a mining solution with eth payout. But with mining icos Ive had some bad experiences, so I'm more careful, but it still attracts my attention.

Is this project about Peer to peer education? I tried to read the wp, i dont speak korean. If so how do you plan to implement it? I think education is one of the few real use cases for blockchains that has the potential to change the world for good! Hope to get some info from you.

In my opinion there are a few blockchains that can evolve as a true competitor to ethereum, most importantly: Aeternity, EOS, Ardor. Those three could disrupt the ethereal network in various aspects in my opinion, of course only if they can deliver on their promises.

Eos will be one of it's kind in the near future. I'm looking forward to the end of the ongoing ICO. It's so close already! After this has happened there is only o e direction for EOS!

Exactly, every little crash, as we witness again today, is another opportunity as well. As long as we still have trust in the project (AE in particular) then there is no reason to worry about market movements. It's a normal thing and after some time acting in those markets you get used to it, because in the end, we will win with AE, big time!

I totally agree that bounties campaigns that require kyc should clearly state that there will be mandatory kyc to get the rewards. But on the other hand I don't see it necessary as a bad thing because there is a lot of abuse going on in bounty campaigns and therefore the programs can hedge a bit with the kyc procedure and make sure that one person only receives one reward and not rewards for multiple signups. As crypto and icos (and boy th campaigns with them) are still in their infancy, there is still a lot of change going to happen. Now it's kyc, tomorrow it will be another thing. Guess we just have to adapt to new circumstances to keep up with the pace of this fast developing space.

Neo is definitely a good pick. The only thing that bothers me a bit is the uncertain regulatory development in china. Nobody knows what will happen there, so that's the risk that neo is bearing in my opinion. Nevertheless it's one of the coins with real value and with a real future (if the regulatory framework in China turns out well)

For me the best Altcoin is still Aeternity (AE), its still relatively cheap and still in its infancy. There is plenty of time to get in while its still cheap. However, nobody knows how the market moves, so it could also be availible for a cheaper price. After all I would suggest to watch the markets closely to be able to buy a dip. In my personal opinion there will be another dip right when the mainnet launches, because there will be a lot of speculation before that. At least this was my experience with a lot of coins when they released their mainnet. But all in all, AE will be a great buy imo.
