681  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DASH] Dash (dash.org) | First Self-Funding Self-Governing Crypto Currency on: December 14, 2017, 07:10:11 PM
You think we will hit the $1000 dollar mark still in this year?

Im sure we will reach it as soon as the bull market for alts really takes off, but it would be nice if we can hit it before 2018!
682  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ⚡[ANN] TOKENPAY ⚡ THE WORLD'S MOST SECURE COIN ⚡ TOKENSALE DECEMBER 7TH ⚡ on: December 14, 2017, 07:08:29 PM
What chaos is happening ? They coins people bought have gone missing? Really curious how this project will enfold. I stay still away because of the huge early investors bonus. Even if I could have also taken advantage of this, because I know this project from the start.
683  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CLOAK] Private, Secure, Untraceable & Decentralized Digitalcurrency on: December 14, 2017, 07:05:31 PM
Well who would have thought! Nice to see CLOAK finally above $10. We need more people joining the community. I expect $25-50 after open sourcing the code. Maybe even more if Cloak will be picked up by the bull run on alts.
Which reminds me, is the open sourcing still planed to be completed in Q4 2017? I don't mean to sound like a troll, but it's coming up soon and I haven't heard about the audit starting yet, only that it would start soon (and it will take a little while to complete).

Audit is underway! Look some posts back, it was announced by the team. It should be done in some weeks, and maybe the code will be open sourced soon after. All is working as planned as it seems!
684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SOMA - The Social Marketplace on: December 14, 2017, 07:04:00 PM
Why did they make an agreement with yobit.

It is one of the worst exchanges out there and proved it in the first second. I hope they will find a better one.

By far the worst exchange. Its crazy how many scam accusations there are against them, but the dependence of people from centralized exchanges prevents them from getting took down finally. Projects still making business with them.
685  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO] ⚡⚡ B2BX ⚡⚡ - THE FIRST OFFICIAL PROVIDER OF CRYPTOCURRENCY LIQUIDITY on: December 14, 2017, 07:02:25 PM
What the hell happened with the price this morning?  Huh

So glad that I bought yesterday! Crazy stuff. This market is just out of control nowadays - you never know when a coin is going to shoot up 100% or more. Really happy to have bought in just in time!
686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: December 14, 2017, 06:31:55 PM
Ripple is out of control! I cant tell how happy I am that I decided to jump in at 23 cent instead of waiting for it to drop below 20 cents. Otherwise I would still wait and would kick myself now. Best decision this month. Go Ripple! 1$ is the direction!
687  Other / Politics & Society / Re: give love on christmas day :D on: December 14, 2017, 05:18:37 PM
I will go to the homeless people and offer them some christmas bitcoin. Lets see if they will be happy with that or if they will just reject it as they sometimes do when I give them food instead of money. Bitcoin as a gift should be valued way more in my opinion.

But joke aside, I will spend the christmas days with my family and I will go to see my grandmother as well.
688  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ⭐️⚡️LiveEdu: ⭐️⚡️ Decentralized peer-to-peer project learning network on: December 14, 2017, 04:36:30 PM
Everyday Im checking in to discuss with people about LiveEdu, but somehow the only new replies are twitter posts... Kind of annoying to be honest. Cant you seperate the bounty campaign again from this ANN thread?
and I'm curious to know when the bounty ends and the distribution of tokens begins Undecided

The bounty should end with the end of the tokensale, this should be at the 15. of february 2018. The bounty tokens should be paid after the end of the ICO.
And yet again, those twitter links, such useful information, could read them the whole day.
Thank you, I will definitely read this.

Your very welcome, but Im not the bounty manager. Im actually also participating in LiveEdu's bounty campaign. Just told you what I know and how I think it will be. Make sure to check with the bounty manager for clarification! Cheers!
689  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why buy Siacoin? on: December 14, 2017, 04:32:57 PM
I think that we are very near to a huge bullish movement on altcoins. I expect it to be much bigger than the first half of this year when there was a huge bull run on alts. When this fully starts, I suppose it has already started as we can see with ripple, litecoin and ETH, we might also see SIA gain a lot of value. Its traded really cheap now and development is constantly underway, so I think its a good pick. Look at the charts for SIA and decide for yourself if now is a good entry or not!
690  Other / Off-topic / Re: Who else wants Bitcoin as their Christmas present? on: December 14, 2017, 04:29:28 PM
Actually my mom told me that she wanted to give me something as a christmas present. I declined because Im too old and dont want my mom to make me presents for christmas anymore. Then she said alright, as I know you are into crypto this much, I will give you a voucher for some amount Bitcoin in fiat. I couldnt decline that one!
691  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH is finished, etherdelta need set gas price to 60, $1+ for one transaction on: December 14, 2017, 04:26:23 PM
I dont use anymore EtherDelta at the moment. I neighter want to pay much for the transaction, that still are frequent when I trade on EtherDelta, nor do I have the time to wait for several hours to make my trades. But I think this will settle again soon and Ethereum will get back to normal mode, with modest transaction fees and fast processing.

I dont think that this is the end of Ethereum, not in the slightest. It just shows us where the network has to work on!
692  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] [WGR] | Wagerr | The Betting Blockchain | Bounties on: December 14, 2017, 03:48:22 PM
Awesome work devs. The project is looking good.  Nice price increase this last week.  Will be trading at $10 before we know it.

I cant say that I wouldnt love this pricing for WGR, but I think $10 is a lot. I dont really think that we will see this forecast become a reality anytime soon. But hopefully this market proves me wrong again and it will become a reality. I would be more than happy to see WGR trading at $2 after the mainnet is released. That would be awesome!

important..

To clarify yesterday’s comment, a reference was made that it’s been 2 years and a product has not been released. In order for our product to be functional it needs the Blockchain component which only started to be worked on after the Token sale. The roadmap goes into detail when the application is pilot ready. I understand our supporters want to see proof of work, which I do not take lightly, hence the offer to do a pre-Demo. More details will be released in our upcoming newsletter.

Well, Im definitely interested to see that demo. Looking forward to the next newsletter and to hearing something new. Price seems to retrace again after this pump, I still dont get where this pump originated from. Maybe just a P&d group, they used PTOY quite some times.

695  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Etherdelta my favourite on: December 14, 2017, 03:34:29 PM
its a very complex kind of exchange. i tried working on it but then due to the complexity quit it and now using all other major exchanges but not this one. i am just unable to understand its working.

Etherdelta works completely on smart contracts, therefore its the safest exchange that is out there and its worth learning how to use it. Its actually not that hard, just go ahead and watch some youtube videos where they explain how to use it, I learned it that way, within 20 minutes (and Im really not tech savvy, so if I could learn it, you can too).
Stay away from centralized exchanges whenever you can, they take away the control over your money from you!
696  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TenX: Making Blockchain assets spendable on: December 14, 2017, 03:31:21 PM
If I were holding BTC or ETH during these times, I would be making 600% of profit instead of losing 60%.

Ok, I’m going to stop whining and continue to hodl.

This is actually the thing that you should never tell yourself. When you decide to do an investment, stick to your plans and dont let emotions control your thoughts. Of course you could have had more profit. But how could you have known? Nobody did. I say it again: Nobody did expect Bitcoin to reach these levels at the end of the year. Dont blame the Tokens you invested in, if you believe in the projects and if they are legit and delivering on their promises, its all good. Always invest for the long term, as Warren Buffet said!
697  Economy / Marketplace / Re: I only have 200$ per month ! on: December 14, 2017, 03:26:29 PM
Many people got way less than that to spare and to put into crypto every month! I think $200 is good money to start with and if you keep putting this money in constantly over several months you will have a nice portfolio over time.

Actually I think stepwise entries are way better than entering with a big amount at a certain point, because the market does not only go up. With a stepwise entry you will have several prices to buy, that will equal out overall losses. Just my opinion on it!
698  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Wings Price Speculation on: December 14, 2017, 03:22:51 PM
Wings project is great and has a good community that contributes to the wings platform and participates on the predictions. I bought in Wings earlier this year and have an overall loss compared to the btc I paid. USD wise Im still in profit, but thats not what counts overall. Nevertheless I believe in Wings and can see it reaching above one dollar easily anytime soon. Imho its traded at a bargain price now. Im excited to see where we are going in 2018!

Same here. I only bought mine several months ago when alts were all in a huge downward trend, believing it to have reached its floor. Of course, Bitcoin wasn't done yet and all my alts almost are still in hugely negative losses (versus satoshi). Still, Wings will always present a good entry at these levels, and like you said, if I look at fiat prices, I shouldn't be disappointed at all.

One dollar is a very good and realistic target. Once that's achieved, and it will be in 2018, then we can sit back and relax. Until then, a coin to slowly accumulate.

Totally feel your pain here. In regards to satoshis Im in a really bad loss overall. But looking at the dollar value Im way above my initial investment. Although this kind of sucks, Im still happy to be here now and dont regret my investments in my loved alts. Im not only a bag holder because Im in a loss, I would also hold if I was in profit BTC wise. Who would have thought six months ago that Bitcoin would reach these levels towards the years end? I guess nobody with clear mind has.
699  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: EtherDelta - Decentralized Token Exchange on: December 14, 2017, 03:17:30 PM
Is etherdelta extra slow today or is it just my luck. I have tried several time this morning to access it without success. I am regularly trading there and quite like it actually but they need to scale for bigger bandwidth.

Dont worry mate, you are not alone! There are many people encountering the same problems as you do these days. EtherDelta is lagging and not working as it used to be, might still have something to do with the ETH network congestion. I for my part stay away from trading there until things have settled and its back to working normally.

Yes, quite slow here too!
Even if you increase the gas amount in EtherDelta transactions still stay pending.

I think ETH GAS STATION do not take EtherDelta transactions in consideration. Do not know what is the mechanism here... Transactions stay pending for a few hours, then disappear and new ones start! Don't know how this works in the back.

Apart from ETH slowing down transactions I think EtherDelta is also with some problems because graphs and order book also takes a lot of time to load.

Yes I think you are right with that assumption. Seems like EtherDelta is somehow working in another way than the rest of the ETH network. Or its just as you said that the Ethgasstation doesnt take the ED transactions into account. Would be interesting to know how this is interconnected. Im not very tech savvy but at least to read some statement from EtherDelta about the performance issues would be nice.
700  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: «Envion» Highest ROI crypto infrastructure | $2M Bounty available! on: December 14, 2017, 03:13:52 PM
Hello!

Should I have a signature on the profile (Bounty) to write and upload my publications to the blog (Medium)?

And yet, how is the "Impact" of the article determined on the audience?
How many views should it have for medium influence?

Thank!

Im not the bounty manager, but as there is no such thing in the rules, and as your Bitcointalk profile should not be linked with your Medium blog, I think I can tell you: no you dont have to wear the signature to participate in the articles campaign.
