341  Local / Off-Topic (Deutsch) / Re: [21.04.2015] Golem: Transferwise will günstige Überweisungen weltweit bieten on: April 22, 2015, 08:20:39 AM

Not surprising at all. The moment they asked users to link their wallets to their Facebook accounts, I felt something fishy going on. Just proves that Ripple is another type of fiat.
That was Stellar, not Ripple...

Also "come to light" - for a documented feature?!
343  Local / Deutsch (German) / Re: Brief vom Finanzamt - Worst case: Was für Möglichkeiten gibt es? on: April 20, 2015, 11:38:08 AM

Ob man darauf KeSt abführen muss? Frag am Besten einen Steuerberater.

Waiting for a little bit and send one single transaction to several recipients, use micropayment channels or send these payments with 0/low fees attached yourself if you don't really care that they might not end up in the block chain at all.

Question to bitfinex support, to deposit bitcoin and withdraw is free, if i start to do like 100 micro withdraws per day to various different addresses is that a problem with you guys?   - The purpose is for games, to send bitcoin with zero fee makes it easier.

Please don't (ab)use an exchange as a web wallet, also there is no API to do withdraws...

There are better services, methods and clients to send microtransactions on the blockchain.

You can put out smaller offers using Autolend, I am not sure if it is possible using the API though (or worth the hassle of implementing this...).

You can check out the api for that info.

People can either take a fixed rate or flexible rate. FRR historically has spiked due to manipulation and wiped out a lot of positions, hence the setting to allow traders to either consider FRR and take the risk of a spike or not.
FRR has spiked? lol. It went from 0.02 to 0.1
I said historically, I use Bitfinex probably a lot longer than you do.

On one hand people complain about FRR and then again you complain now that FRR is not forced onto people (it is a VERY risky thing to hold FRR loans!) or that some traders rather prefer a fixed rate loan...

By the way (as someone who has already lent out money at Bitfinex at rates far beyond 1%/day historically): Even if you manage to get a 0.6%/day 30d loan out there, don't expect it to last any substantial amount of time.

Last info I had on this is that at random (about 1 hour) intervals swaps are retuned by a batch job.

Also keep in mind that recently daylight saving time started in a few countries, it might be the case that this somehow caused a 1h offset somewhere.

There might be a bug somewhere.

After counting down to 0, the negative numbers get displayed as positive in the UI. It's a known issue but only affects display.
354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Ripple.com and Namecoin exchange? on: March 27, 2015, 11:48:26 PM
I think you might be a bit confused about how Ripple works... there are no AML or KYC limitations in the protocol.

Anyways, you'll have to look for a NMC gateway yourself, trust it inside Ripple and then you can use that gateway to deposit/withdraw NMC and trade them inside Ripple just as you like.

You can use the daily return statement in your history to calculate the actual returns daily (fees already deducted).

357  Local / Trading und Spekulation / Re: [Testberichte] Bitcoin Investieren on: March 27, 2015, 04:52:59 PM

Guys, Darkcoin is no longer, they're called Dash now. Time to update that on your site as well.
Yeah, just remove it. Grin
359  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [OFFICIAL]Bitfinex.com first Bitcoin P2P lending platform for leverage trading on: March 25, 2015, 11:56:38 AM
That's why this stuff is called "swap" and not "money". The history is at https://www.bitfinex.com/account/unused_swaps and https://www.bitfinex.com/account/margin_swaps, one single click away from the payment history. The swap related tabs are conveniently labelled with "swaps" ("unused swaps" and "margin swaps") in their name.

Also, on the footer of every page, there's a link to a "How it works" page, that reads:

Quote
Liquidity Providing

Our liquidity feature goes hand in hand with the margin trading feature described above. If you are not a trader and prefer safer investments, this feature is for you. Bitfinex allows you, using your deposit wallets, to provide liquidity in the form of Bitcoins and/or dollars to traders. You can enter offers with your own chosen terms (return rate, duration, and amount). When an offer is taken by a trader, the money in your wallet will be used to buy or sell Bitcoins, and a CFD (credit) will be opened. When the position expires (the trader closes his position), Bitcoins are bought or sold back and the money is returned to your wallet.
It doesn't mention that money is being offered to other liquidity providers for arbitrage...
360  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [OFFICIAL]Bitfinex.com first Bitcoin P2P lending platform for leverage trading on: March 25, 2015, 11:40:14 AM
What i wanted to try to do was taking a swap at 0.09% and offer the money at 0.11% again.
On the last page only a few days ago someone asked for this feature (again) because it is currently not possible. Then you try to do it despite that fact and are wondering why it doesn't work?

Also you claim several things that are not true, for example complete history of money you borrowed is available in the History tab, take a look at the other reports there... borrowers only pay for the remaining hour, not the remaining day.
