No, I will not dare to play $5/spin in a slot, even if there are 400k max-win, because before I get that max-win, I will screw myself and lose so much money. I took a quick look and found only this: Without prejudice to any other rights, if a User breaches in whole or in part any provision contained herein, Stake reserves the right to take such action as it sees fit, including terminating this Agreement or any other agreement in place with the User and/or taking legal action against such User. https://stake.com/policies/termsAt least based on this information it's not clear that money can be confiscated. However, by saying they can take any action they see fit, the confiscation of funds is also one possibility. Did you find something else in their TOS? I'm so sorry I have overlooked that part, OP is toned down he just wants to get his deposit I recommend to OP to change the title of the thread to something that is not harmful or offensive to Stake because you have not proven that Stake is scamming you, it's about violation of the TOS then you can request to just have a refund, you have to take action now so it will be settled and you can move on. |

The only question that needs to be answered is does Stake have the right to claim a player's entire deposit in case of a breech of the TOS? And if the player undergoes KYC and it is proven that he resides in a restricted country, can he still get his deposit back or not?
Based on the TOS it will be confiscated, if they allow getting back the deposit there's a possibility of abuse, it's clearly stated that it will be confiscated, maybe he can strike a deal or ask for forgiveness, there's nothing on OP's post that he will agree to undergo a KYC but he can try what I'm suggesting. |

Maybe they are not gaining enough users to play already that's why we see them slowly getting some issues like what happen on the past. But I believe lightlord still doing his best to create more good things in his casino. Well yeah there are some irregularities in lightlords management and how He runs the casino lately , and i know that this is something that cannot be tolerated , but lets still accept the fact that this casinos of lightlord had not yet scammed anyone , yeah there are delays but in the end they are still paying. They are still on it, they are reaping of what they planted, 8 years is 8years of operation and marketing here, you can not take that achievement if some casinos can run their casino without launching announcements here or even promoting here, why not Bitvest and 777COIN. The poll should have been available for multiple selection though and I think there are other review sites here that are still active though not popular, I just don't know who they are maybe by sorting your searches will do here in gambling board will do.

The one thing that I'm concerned about for Stake is the fact that they will likely see increased regulatory scrutiny as a result of these high profile sponsorships.
Drake is Canadian which makes it probably a perfect fit for them as they are ok in that country afaik. This must be the biggest name I can think of for any casino promotion recently, such a big artist it has to be largely because he likes the site not like he requires any sponsor really. They are so good to on analysing critical disadvantages of the casino to warn there readers about the potential risk involved on playing it. They usually gave only a fair score on every casino because they have a high standards but this is what I really love using it because all the score is genuine and easy to know if the Casino is really low risk or not.

There's pressure if you do not invest what you can afford to lose, I have assets downed by as high as 65% but I am not worrying because the platform is not yet launched and the developers are very active in the development, you will not get pressure to decide if you're going to sell or hold if you believe in the potential of the project you've invested, the keyword is potential and believe, you have these two and there's no pressure at all. |

That's what I noticed about Ryan too, he was really in a hurry at his young age, that's why he become so careless against Campbell and lose focus for a minute and then boom, he was down in the canvass. The advantage of being young is that he was able to get up from that fight and win. But it shows that he has weaknesses already, unlike those other champions in this division who haven't seen the canvass yet. So this fight is a measuring stick for him and Golden Boy to see if Ryan has the mentality to win fights maybe before they put him against the champions like Kambosos or Haney and of course Davis.
He also needs to be a technical fighter and not rush into something he is not so sure about his moves. Yes, he is young but it is not about the stamina or youth in boxing ring, it is a combination of different factors to survive long in this sports. Of course, the opponent will always look for his weakness and they will possibly work from there. So Garcia's camp should not be very confident about this upcoming fight. Garcia's biggest weakness is anxiety and depression and this will come out when there's a big challenge ahead, Tagoe is not a big challenge to him compared to if he is going to fight the likes of Haney or Tank I like to see him one day fighting an A-class fighter from there we can see if he is really cured of his anxiety, but of course, he needs to get fast Tagoe first. |
