1021  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: November 18, 2022, 06:14:34 AM
There's still no official date but both agree to fight each other, Ryan Garcia needs this fight to materialize he is the one who dares Tank to fight, he's been doing this for the last two years, I still remember Mike Tyson's podcast he is daring Tank for them to fight, he's been left behind in the lightweight division, Kambosos became the undisputed champion now Haney is the undisputed world champion, Tank Davis has been winning the title and defending his title, Ryan Garcia is considered as the best lightweight fighter in papers.
His promoters are not doing him good by fighting low-level fighters he really needs to step up although Tank Davis is a risky fight he needs this fight to prove himself, I hope there'll be an official date so we can all bookmark it, I consider this as good as the Spence - Crawford match up that did not materialize.
1022  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Losing $350,000 because of a friend, what would you do? on: November 16, 2022, 11:27:32 AM
He particularly chose Black 15 for $10K on roulette which he could have won $350,000 but a friend took the $10K and replace a safer bet. I know this is likely not to happen in real life. But let's say it did. What would you do?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fT4GcK6Dpkk
I was trying to look for Kevin Hart movies on Netflix so I found one. Turns out one scene is an unsatisfying win.

The scene is quite unrealistic, but its fun watching this movie, I don't know if there's a possibility that something like this could happen in real life, for one once you place your bet and the roulette is in motion you cannot change your bet or even touch it, second, you don't close your eyes when betting because unexpected things can happen in physical roulette.
And what would I do I just going to hate my friend for the rest of my life, for ruining my fortune.
1023  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: METAMASK TOKEN BIGGEST AIRDROP EVER! on: November 15, 2022, 11:22:16 PM
-snip-
It's just a rumor.

However, people are speculated everytime there has somethings like this you need to do (Swap & Bridge) token from Metamask. So, basically is just a guess and hoping from the community.

Another speculation from all community crypto, minimum swap or bridge at least up to 1,000$.

If the swap is that high then not everyone can participate in this airdrop, I just read this airdrop here in this thread why it's not
covered by big media outlets dedicated to Crypto it should be a big event or news in the community, but it turn out to be speculation I visited the bridge page of metamask, and it's under maintenance, theres been a lot of airdrop that turn out to be worthless this one hopefully will materialize because of the potential.
1024  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bought 8000 lottery tickets on: November 14, 2022, 10:52:34 PM
Costs only 0.1 $ ticket
8000 ticketsc for 800$

What my odda to get 6 numbers?

https://ibb.co/kcJMM2b

Same as those who own 1 or 2 or 3 tickets this is a lottery I have seen people buying only one ticket and winning a grand prize compared to those who bought hundreds of tickets, you don't have a sure edge on the lottery so I cannot say that you have a good odds than all the other bettors.
1025  Economy / Gambling / Re: Sanitize the Gambling Board. on: November 14, 2022, 09:12:28 PM
I agree, those who open threads in the gambling section, some posters are not aware that they have posted it in the gambling announcement instead of the gambling discussion I am part of these posters  Cheesy I only become aware of that after a day or two but still moved it to the gambling discussion, might have been forgotten by the others who started those threads that should have been in the discussion board, we should make aware of this by sending a message or reporting the thread.
1026  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚽🎮🎲 Coinplay.com | Brand New Crypto Sportsbook & Casino on: November 14, 2022, 08:47:46 PM
I thought this is a new casino but after checking information about the domain just found out that it exist since 1999

Domain:coinplay.com
Registrar:GoDaddy Online Services Cayman Islands Ltd.
Registered On:1999-04-02
Expires On:2023-04-01
Updated On:2022-09-27

https://www.whois.com/whois/coinplay.com

I doubt if they are the real owner of this domain might have bought it in the marketplace and turned it into a casino not much information on Google too, they should have if they are existing this long, I've checked the Wayback machine and the site is not loading, I hope OP will be more active and address if they purchased this domain in the marketplace and not really the real owner.
1027  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you use this Twitter service? on: November 14, 2022, 03:31:42 PM
This is not new in fact there is a social sharing site called Addmefast, which have been existing since 2014 I'm still active here, and you can earn points by tweeting, retweeting, and becoming followers and these points can be used to do the same to your tweet, and if you have enough points you can sell it in their marketplace and they are already in the market
Go check them out and see if yours is similar to what they have

1028  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning]: Laplas, new clipboard malware on: November 14, 2022, 02:57:22 PM
The originality of this clipper is really amazing. Users need to be very careful, as the wallet address that Laplas creates is very similar to the address of the victim himself. Therefore, it is not enough to check the first and last few characters of your wallet address, as there is a danger of similarity. I have read that it is possible that the hackers pre-generated several hundred addresses so that the clipper can best mask the wallet input.
And again, of course, because this "gift" works on Windows systems, I wholeheartedly support the call of those who advise stopping trusting this leaky system and switching to Linux systems.

These hackers are getting better we always check the first and last letter because its the easiest way to check if you have this kind of malware, but now there's a similarity in our address many will fall into this if they have this malware, there are many ways to lose in Cryptocurrency, you lose on trading, you lose on holding, you lose on storing in exchange like what happened on FTX but the worse one is losing your coin to this malware.
1029  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Can Be Done To Reduce Gambling Related Issues Like Suicide etc? on: November 14, 2022, 02:11:34 PM

Do you think banning gambling ads is a good measure for the entire government of the world should enforce? will this really stop people from gambling?
It's the internet if you frequent sites that show gambling ads your government cannot do anything about it, it's different between a physical casinos and online casinos, the government can control physical casinos but not online casinos

Quote
In your own opinion, what measures do you think are appropriate to take that will help reduce the issues, gambling related problems cause in our society?
The government can educate people on the harm of excessive gambling but controlling ads cannot make them stop gambling, if the government can do without taxes coming from the government then they can ban it, but in my country, our government badly needs those taxes so they can only warn people on the harmful effects.

1030  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Not Quitting only a break on: November 14, 2022, 01:09:29 PM

It has come to my notice that these people don't actually know what to do. instead of saying that they have quit they should know that they are actually  going on a gambling break..

They use the word quit to make people around them believe that they will really stop, if they going to use the word break people around them will not take them seriously, there's really no difference between quitting and taking a break to a gambler because they will eventually play again, those are serious in quitting gambling are not saying this to other people, they say it quietly to themselves making it their mantra.
1031  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cash out or wait till the end on: November 14, 2022, 09:18:07 AM
Its always a dilemma and it will always go down how confident you are on your bet, this is sports betting and your chances are much better than casino based luck game if you did a good analysis then you might as well go all out, but if you have doubt and you are tempted to cash out then cash out that's a hint that things could go from good to bad you already triple your bet, that's already good, you will only go if you are confident.
1032  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman on: November 13, 2022, 10:44:39 PM

Whether he is active with his training is out of our knowledge since there is no news that Thurman is still on training even though he is in idle status but I am sure that Thurman had started his training when the fight between him and Barrios was sealed.  Thurman is still sharp on his fight against Barrios, he dominates the Barrios even though Barrios is the bigger and looks more solid fighter.

So I think we shouldn't jump into a conclusion that Thurman doesn't pose a threat as other boxers.

Thurman is a real challenge for Spence but when it comes down to skill Spence can deliver he is an A1 in his division no one can deny that claim I don't see Thurman beating Spence but I don't see Thurman getting knocked out by Spence too, Thurman's defense and stamina is still good compared to other fighters Spence fought, Spence is likely to win by unanimous decision, he is a very dominant fighter, very technical and likes to wait, expose his opponent's weakness and exploit it.
This fight is worth watching than the Crawford - Avanesyan fight which is going to be an easy fight for Crawford.
1033  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🦉 Owl.games 🦉 Web 3.0 Crypto Casino & Sportsbook - BTC-Metamask-Walletconnect on: November 13, 2022, 02:33:04 PM
Hello,
I don't have any news yet and I can't log in to my account. I have already sent letters to several crypto casino reviews pages and casino youtubers to promote this story.

https://i.imgur.com/czpmp71_d.webp?maxwidth=760&fidelity=grand

Because I really did not cheat and I would like all reports received from the providers to be published publicly.

I'll just say it again, we risk our money to win something, and when we win, we can't take it back? wow  Sad

This thread has become your issue it's Owl.game thread can you keep your post on your scam thread, we all know your concern it will be much better than you wait for the report and at the same time not ruining Owl.game reputation remember they still have your money it's like blackmailing them, if they refuse to pay you and their report is not credible then create as many discussion on all available gambling platform in the internet and many will support you.
1034  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ONE MAJOR LESSON LEARNT SO FAR THIS WEEK FROM THE CRYPTO MARKET 😥 on: November 13, 2022, 12:32:17 PM
What lesson did you learn from the market this week?

I personally, learnt to always take profit.

How about not your keys, not your coin, what happened to FTX recently is clear evidence that we should not keep our coins in exchanges, and yet many people still fall for this, custodial is the last wallet that you should store your coin and you must have a good reason why you choose a custodial wallet, I hope those FTX traders can still withdraw their money there's a lot of complaints about their coins stuck to this exchange.
1035  Economy / Gambling / Re: Quit gambling to focus more on my work on: November 13, 2022, 11:06:23 AM
OP wants to quit when there are so many threads about how he wins hundreds and thousands of dollars, he is not posting his losses made me think that he losses a lot more than he wins, that is why he says he needs to set up a business so he can continue gambling, he is really addictive to gambling, imagine setting up a business so he can continue gambling.
1036  Other / Archival / Re: I won 85,000 USDt at Owl.games casino and got scam on: November 13, 2022, 06:37:58 AM

After 2-3 hours I decided that I wanted to play some more and then I played for about 4-5 hours without stopping. I went from 40k USDt to 3k USDt. So, owl.games is simply trying to avoid responsibilities

This is what always happened when you already on win track, but you decided to play again because your withdrawal still pending or because you are too greedy. Most of time, you will lose if you keep playing because of House Edge (idk how much % house edge on Bgaming).

If current bankroll of OWL.games is 300k USD, then it is understandable why there is a public lie and the aim is to avoid responsibility of paying out a winning of this size,

because it is 1/3 of their total capital.

If you knew they only has that amount as bankroll, you shouldn't play on their site anymore. Since you called yourself a highroller, you should be aware once you got huge win, your winning could get stuck because of that low bankroll.

So, @Owl.games, any update your game provider regarding OP's issue?

I don't know what comes first did he do research before playing or he did research after winning that amount, I guess he did research after he won because he wants to find out if Owl.game is still capable of paying in case he passed verification coming from the game provider I don't know the extend of his research but there is still such a thing as a cold wallet where they hide some or majority of their assets, but I still believe that Owl.game can still keep up paying this huge amount fo money.
1037  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: November 13, 2022, 06:01:54 AM
Pereira just knock out Adesanya in the last round Pereira did it again and now its three in a row for Pereira.I have Adesanya way ahead of the on the last four rounds until Adesanya became careless and hit with a barrage of punches those punches are power punches that the referee have to step in and stop the fight, so we have a new Middleweight Champion of the world in Pereira.
1038  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your opinion on casinos that don't have ANN threads in the forum? on: November 12, 2022, 10:36:42 PM
Every casino is different from one other, some casinos are still doing great without an announcement here and some started small here and gain popularity by having an announcement and a signature campaign, it's their decision to promote or not promote their platform here but they lose a good market in Bitcointalk.
If they have issues and they have a signature campaign here, you can create a scam accusation for awareness if you are ignored by their support and also alarm them that they have an existing accusation here.

1039  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Copying Bet From Other Unknown Bettors, Is This a Good Practice? on: November 12, 2022, 07:38:59 AM
I don't see anything wrong with it, you have a choice to copy or not, I bet on horse racing and there are tipster choices on the horse racing programs you have a choice to copy or not, and there are instances that these picks are not good and correct because even in sports betting there are no perfect bets, but there are tipsters where the winning average is good so it's better to pick the right tipster to copy or follow, but in the end, you have to follow your own analysis and just compare the other leads to your own.
1040  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Does Gambling/Casino Ads Help An Addicted Gambler Who Wants To Stop Gambling on: November 12, 2022, 06:32:00 AM

And another question is, if you are addicted to gambling and wants to quit but discovers that seeing gambling Ads on the internet is one of the triggers that lures you into gambling again, is it possible for you to stay away from the internet until you are sure you've completely healed from that addiction?

You cannot stop seeing those ads and you cannot stop from being on the internet and not seeing those ads you have no control over that, what you have to control is your urge and your reaction, if the only way to get out of addiction is to be away in the internet then it's your choice when quitting on something it is always on choice and control, if you don't have these two then you're not really that serious and it will only take a three-second ad to get you on your favorite casino.
