761  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: playmisterium SCAM ORGANIZATION on: February 07, 2023, 02:38:52 PM
Hackers are devising new schemes to scam people, they now have a platform like this, who would have thought that a platform that looks like a play to earn will be used by hackers as a carrier of their malware, we're thankful that you expos this platform, but this is not going to be the last, there's a possibility that they will launch another with a different domain since this is new and so many people are not yet aware of this scheme.
The key to safety always becomes suspicious, scammers are creating and devising ways to scam people, because know that there are so many likes airdrops, and to do testnet.

762  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Ponzi SCHEME Bitnaka on: February 06, 2023, 11:21:22 PM
I supported the flag he could just take down the thread, ask an apology and we can move on but instead, he defended it, he claimed to have invested in this platform and invited members to try to invest a small amount, when the platform close he will not accept responsibility to your investment he did not even urge people to invest at your own risk and advice people to invest money that you can afford to lose, there's no disclaimer.
This shows the character of Ponzi promoters, he even purchased a copper account to promote his Ponzi.
763  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to get promoted from Member to Full Member?? on: February 06, 2023, 10:05:49 PM
Merit system was introduced in January 2018, you posted very well at the time, but you do not know how to rank up. That is ridiculous.

Newbies should be the ones asking this question, not a member who already rank up two ranks Cheesy it's obvious that you did not read the thread on how to rank up and you do not know how to use Bitcointalk's search form, you just exposed yourself as someone who disregards forum rules and all the other pieces of information related to members and forum activity its time to go back and check it so you will be guided on your activity here in Bitcointalk.

764  Economy / Reputation / Re: Paid fake Trustpilot 5 star review seller. on: February 05, 2023, 10:12:14 PM
I posted on that link that buying a review in Trustpilot will backfire if clients are not satisfied with what you are offering if you have a good product or service then you don't need to buy reviews just ask your clients or buyers to do a review on your products or services if your product or service is bad then you will be tempted to buy positive reviews, improve on what you are offering then you will not have to buy reviews.
765  Economy / Services / Re: Buy Trustpilot review for 5 usd in btc on: February 05, 2023, 01:21:46 PM
Buy Trustpilot review for 5 usd in btc

i need good review for my site will pay 5 usd .

take you 1 min to publish, pm me and I give you text.

Fake reviews in Trust Pilot are very rampant but it's better that you start your business with good service or good products, and ask your buyers and clients for reviews, not from people you are paying and have not tested and experienced your service if you have a bad service or products and you are paying people to give good reviews, your real clients who experience your bad service or products will give bad reviews.
People are checking more on bad reviews than good reviews, so make your product or service a good one so you will have no problem paying people to give you good reviews.
766  Other / Meta / Re: I am login at forum but forget password on: February 03, 2023, 11:30:26 PM
I am in strange trouble at the moment. I am logged in my browser but i have forgotten the password.
I will remain login as long as i don't logout. Is there any way i can recover my password ?

Not remembering your password and forgetting the email attach to your account, could only mean that you don't care about your account here in Bitcointalk so why ask for recovery if you did not secure it in the first place, and since this is a newbie account it's better to create a new one, and next time secure your account, don't wait to rank up before you do it, you'll regret this later.
767  Economy / Economics / Re: I don't see this changing anytime soon on: February 03, 2023, 10:55:35 PM
When the FTX scandal got exposed I am one of those saying it's over for centralized exchanges, now people will have no choice but to stay away from centralised exchanges because of this, I went to get a few DEX tokens for long term hold but I was damn wrong.

I don't see people leaving centralised exchange because of what happened with FTX, some moved their funds out of exchanges but after all the bad news cool off they go back, it seems centralised exchanges will always be people's favorite, they are doing very well. Look at Binance, after the FUD cleared deposits start coming in, look at Crypto.com, the FUD is no more and people are screaming the name.

Am I evil for wanting to see CEX go or at least become less important?

You're not the only one, between the two, I prefer the decentralized exchange, but not all investors are fully educated on how to do cross-chain trading, a centralized exchange is too easy and there are no complications just deposit your coin whatever chain it is being hosted and you can trade it from one chain to the other, and if you run on issues you have the support to rely upon to help you weed out any issues that you encounter, it's different on Decentralized exchange you are on your own, majority of us here are comfortable on platforms with support instead of doing things all by themselves.
768  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: OLE777 / Ole7.io Stole ~1100 USDT from my balance and banned me on: February 03, 2023, 09:40:24 PM
I find it surprising that the representative never drop a line in any of the accusations here, but prefer to answer all the accusations in their announcement thread, even though they are pointed out here because of the accusations, he should drop a word in all the accusations here so people will know if they are aware and looking on all these accusations the community will think that they do not want to resolve these issues and because of this the community will tag them.
769  Economy / Economics / Re: Australian government redesign of $5 bill. on: February 03, 2023, 02:42:48 PM
Australian $5 notes are pictured in Sydney on Sept. 10, 2022. King Charles III won't feature on Australia's new $5 bill, the nation's central bank announced Thursday, Feb. 2, 2023, signaling a phasing out of the British monarchy from Australian bank notes, although he is still expected to feature on coins.
Not something new the central bank of many nations on the recommendation of their leaders wants their note to reflect something that is progressive and reflects their independence, Australia wants to be independent not that they don't trust King Charles, but they want to be pictured as independent from their former colonizer, this is for the new generations of their country, they don't want to be reminded always that they are once part of the British Monarchy.

770  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: OLE777 / Ole7.io Claim My Deposit Was Never Received. on: February 03, 2023, 12:10:21 PM
Ole has replied after all the evidence I gave them and said they have still not received the deposit. Just the same copy/paste response as last time.

Not long after I received this message

I have been credited my funds.

Thanks to the people in this thread for verifying everything.

Since it's already credited you should lock this thread, and change or add the word resolve in the title of this page
as long as the complainant is complete with proof and he is transparent the community will support the accusation, hopefully, this thing will not happen again, and Ole7.io will fix everything on their end.
771  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin freelance bounties site on: February 03, 2023, 08:46:51 AM
We need more platforms like this, the developer market in Cryptocurrency is growing, and developers are shifting to Cryptocurrency but the most popular platforms are not yet ready to accept Bitcoin or Cryptocurrency, we need something to match Fiverr, where they only accept Paypal and credit card, there are a lot of admins and site owners in Cryptocurrency industry that want task created for them but Fiverr and similar sites are not open to accepting Bitcoin, although we have the service section of Bitcointalk, a third party company to escrow the funds of both developers and admins is a big help to both parties.
772  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: If you don't get the merit, the ranking won't go up? on: February 03, 2023, 08:20:02 AM
If you're not going to participate in a signature campaign and you just want to casually engage in discussion merits and ranking will not matter to you, but if you want to target higher ranks so you can have authority and you want to be part of bounty campaigns, you will find ways to get merits, some members are freely giving merits all you have to do is to be more concern on what to post and how to post.
There are merit threads that you have to check to qualify your post to gain merits.
773  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My son, daughter, nephew wants to know about Bitcoin on: February 02, 2023, 11:16:11 PM
I want to know a deep thing from you, I live in a joint family with multiple members including my parents, brothers and sisters, sons and daughters, nephews and nieces. Several people in our family work in cryptocurrency. We always work on Bitcoins and cryptocurrencies with computers and mobile phones. This made my family's young children interested in our work and wanting to know about Bitcoin.

But the problem is that my family's younger children all study in primary label. Should we educate young children about Bitcoin or introduce them to Bitcoin?
I recommend it, Cryptocurrency is a revolutionary and progressive technology they will eventually discover but its better that you're the one to teach them so they can get the right facts about Bitcoin

Quote
Moreover, another important thing is that in my country cryptocurrency i.e. Bitcoin is a completely government banned currency. So should we teach our children about the banned currency?
It may not be ban forever as countries are changing their stand on Bitcoin, they are banning it now but with the worldwide acceptance, they may not keep up banning Bitcoin.

Quote
Moreover, as time progresses, the interest of children towards Bitcoin is increasing day by day.  Would it be reasonable to keep young children away from Bitcoin in the context of my country?
It's better to educate your children now, they may travel to other countries where Bitcoin is popular so they will be aware of it already.

774  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Benefit as a forum member. on: February 02, 2023, 09:29:35 PM
Am so excited to say that I really benefit from this forum in terms of cryptocurrency trading and other related services.
This forum has taught me a lot on which I need to know most especially on how Bitcoin can be save. Such as
  Hardware wallet
  Electrum wallet
  Soft and hot wallet.
I have also gotten the knowledge on cryptocurrency trading there by how to study the candle sticks and market structure.
Again also on how to do transaction with cryptocurrency.and with this knowledge I have gotten from this forum I am proud to say things has been going well with me.

Actually, you can also learn all these things from other channels and platforms like Youtube and article sites but forum discussion is better because of the many ideas coming in that weigh the pros and the cons of the subject, compare to other platforms where the author is the only one giving you the knowledge but here you have many members giving you what they know and their experience and it's up to you how to evaluate them and accept it.
775  Economy / Exchanges / Re: https://crypto-exch.com/ ? on: February 02, 2023, 08:49:04 PM
They claimed to have these stats
50000 + Clients crypto-exch which is obviously a fake stat its impossible to have these numbers of clients if you're just a few months this just is another trick to make people believe that they are trusted by people and they are gaining more new clients, if a new exchange showing fake stats it's obviously a scam exchange.

776  Economy / Economics / Re: Is taking a loan/debt addicted ? on: February 02, 2023, 12:51:52 PM
Well, I have to clarify that personally I have never had any loan or debt in my life so this thread has nothing to do with my experience but intends to find out how people in loan/debt deal with the problem. Let's say you take loans from a bank and sometimes for whatever reason, you can not pay the debt on time, then you borrow money from other channels. Sure this works for a certain period but later bad things may happen, you have to postpone the payment and struggle with finances again. Isn't this a vicious circle ? How would you deal with the problem ? I am all ears.

If you're not going to stop the cycle you will end up neck-deep in your debt, so stop the cycle you will not only lose your reputation but you will end up penniless because of the interest, it's better to sell whatever assets you have there, so you can stop this vicious cycle you will eventually land in prison if you will not stop the cycle, you can file for bankruptcy and let the take bank that whatever assets you had and find a good job to repay the bank.
Sometimes things like this should happen for you to understand that taking a loan is not always the answer, but saving little by little goes a long way.
777  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀Jackbit.com | 🎰 Top Crypto Casino ⚽️ Sportsbook 🎲 Exclusive Mini-Games on: February 02, 2023, 06:45:38 AM
But hearing them out seems to be opening the idea that there's really something wrong. I've seen them run a campaign and thought that they'll get some popularity in the forum but it all come up too quick as it ends for a week.
The representative from jackbit said that the signature campaign would be resumed, but it would be better if the complaints that appeared in this thread were resolved first because it would not be good for the results of the signature campaign if the complaint remained unresolved, and the account representative had not been online for several days, hopefully when he's back online he can take charge of all these issues just fine.
This thread should also prioritize discussing about the casino and hosting complaints and casino reviews over discussing their casino signature campaign, I also think they have a reason to stop and continue the campaign at any time, so coming back to the community in this forum can understand their decision

No use to relaunch the signature campaign there's an accusation that needs to be resolved and when a flag is created and generates support from the community, the signature campaign cannot save them if these issues are unresolved, the team should prioritize addressing the issues, it will stop from people from joining and depositing I hope the admin of this casinos is fully aware of the complaint, this casino did not yet reach its first month here, a casino that starting to build their reputation will not leave this announcement in their first two months here.
Nothing beats an active representative here that tries to resolve issues than having a signature campaign.
778  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Crypto child savings account on: February 01, 2023, 11:49:27 PM
I have recently started investing in crypto, and I have now decided to create crypto savings accounts for my children. Is it possible to create accounts/wallets in their name, that I can control while they are minors, and that they automatically will become owner of when they turn 18? Or will I need to create a crypto account for myself and just manually gift it to them when they become of age? What might be the smart solution?

I'll be depositing funds in their accounts regularly, which will keep sitting there for about 6-10 years, so I'll be looking to accumulate some sort of interest during that period. What options should I consider for this?

Just use a noncustodial wallet where you have total control of your portfolio, you only need to give them the private keys, but before they reach the age where you will hand them the private keys, be sure to educate them on how Cryptocurrency works and the whole situation in the Crypto industry, what I mean is the many hacking, scamming, and dramas, I'm sure these will still exist and they know how to secure their wallets and of course how to trade.
I prefer hardware wallets to store coins for the future.
779  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [ SCAM ALERT ] 👉 Pi Chain on: February 01, 2023, 11:11:45 PM
The project where the platform is attached is minepi.com but there's no mention that they are part of the team or they have a partnership with them, pi chain is using their logo and trademark, the original Pi developers never sell their token because it can be freely mine, I already consider this project scam.
The developers of PICHAIN want to deceive the MINEPI community. They had their own crowdfunding and they never give credit to the developers of MINEPI.
I'm sure the team behind MINEPI will issue a disclaimer and warn investors.

They are using the Pi logo trademark to create their own token
Quote
Pi Chain is a new blockchain entirely built and designed to be community-driven that allow users to access an ecosystem of DeFi products, NFTs and GameFi, all indirectly powered by their original $PI tokens.
780  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: are all beginners like that? on: February 01, 2023, 03:31:50 PM

Most newcomers ‘play’ with crypto with the aim of getting rich quick, not interested in the financial revolution, let alone blockchain technology.

is it really like that in reality? is it normally like that? and I'd really like your opinion.

these are just questions that I want to know and want to understand, and want to collect various opinions from different people, about their views.

Because that's the easiest way for people to invite them to look at Cryptocurrency, just check the altcoin discussion and see people are always asking what coins to invest in or will likely make them rich, these are newbies but they will eventually do their research and understand the concept behind Cryptocurrency because you cannot be at all times stay as ignorant investors.
The easiest way to lose money is to not know how Cryptocurrency works and what's the utility behind it.
