There's also a story of one bettor who bet the same numbers for the last ten years and he is disappointed because he has to share the winnings with 433 bettors, even the managers of the lotto agency is at a loss on what happened to the draw, but he already assured everybody that the drawing is clean and beyond reasonable doubt and they are open to investigation, this is one for the record and can be considered in the Guinness book of world record.
1183  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My worst day in gambling on: September 29, 2022, 09:49:18 AM

How about you do you had a worst day on gambling  that you will never forget ?Did it affect an aspect of your life and how ?

I have many to share and its always been on two things, chasing my loss and gambling money that I can't afford like your story, and is always the worst day and can be considered a nightmare, its very irresponsible for gamblers to chase loss although we cannot avoid it and gambling money that we can afford to lose which is something we always do.
1184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do Kwon on the run, Binance becomes the target of the LUNC community. on: September 28, 2022, 06:10:35 AM

And about Kwon, there's nowhere to go. He's got a warrant and wherever he goes, he can be arrested. I just don't know about those countries that are allowing people like him to stay and they can't turnover him if there's some sort of special protection from that country and government.
But, I guess that everybody is believing that it will be a matter of time and he'll be arrested soon.

He should be handed to the authorities but its better that he surrender, his statement that he is not on the run is just meant to deceive authorities, that's what fugitives want you to believe, but he is on the run and will eventually be caught, and tried on the court and eventually go to court, these things must happen as a deterrent for future developers to do the right thing so investors will not lose their investment and their confidence in the industry.
1185  Economy / Gambling / Re: I beat Duelbits on: September 25, 2022, 04:51:36 AM
i am very good on this before i beat stake now i beat duelbits

If you're too good at this then why are you only winning $300 a guy that is good at beating the house should be winning thousands of dollars and he should be part of the VIP club

Quote
Is not a thread to put them down I love this casino is much better than stake.
You cannot put Duelbits down for $300 you have to make it six-digits to put them down but a three-digits I don't think so

Quote
But the house can't beat player like me.

So why not bet more like $1000 or more per session so we'll know if you really can beat the house.

1187  Economy / Gambling / Re: Euphoriabet.io NO KYC Crypto Esports Betting and Roulette on: September 24, 2022, 11:07:32 PM
welcome to bitcointalk
op you said no need kyc for your casino site . this sound is really cool but i seen many details talking about KYC and AML policy on your terms of service . what do you mean actually about this ? i don’t know why your site keep kyc and AML policy on  terms of service but you ask no kyc on this topic headline ?

We do not require KYC any of the players  if the player does not violate the rules, we can request KYC if the player is suspected of cheating , betting on contractual matches, multi-accounting

The above post is the statement of the team towards KYC.
So at the moment, they are not requiring KYC, unless they suspected you from violating their ToS.
However, with the scenarios that we have observed in a lot of gambling sites, they sometimes require KYC even if you haven't violated any of their protocols,
but just because you got big winnings. Now, up to you how you will trust the site about their statement on this aspect.

Its already given from all casinos if you've won a huge amount you have to undergo KYC  and if they suspect that you are cheating by having multiple accounts to abuse bonuses you'll also have to undergo KYC, all the casinos that implement that do not promote themselves as a no KYC if you deposit and play as long as you do not fall in these situations I mentioned.

Players might think that you will implement NO KYC if you won a big amount or have multiple accounts because you are promoting yourself to a NO KYC casino which is a half-truth, you want to have an advantage over other casinos when your terms is not different from all the others.
1188  Economy / Services / Re: 👣 App to motivate you walk using Bitcoin bets 🪙 on: September 23, 2022, 01:10:50 PM
Here is a link to PlayStore: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.walkingbet.app

Idea is simple: You bet your real crypto to ?steps per day? goal. For example you bet 0.0001 per 9k steps per day.
App measures your steps and once you make a daily goal it instantly returns your bitcoins to your balance. Also on the next day you receive money of users who did not make a goal yesterday.
Balance is always withdrawable.

Would you like to try it? Appreciate any thoughts and feedback  🍬

I'd like to know how's your experience on this, have you won, and how do we know that this is fair this can be manipulated, I read in one review that there is a coin that counts our steps but unfortunately there are reports that some steps are not counted, are you sure that they are really counting those steps, in my country you have to buy data, what if you run out of data while walking, you have to give us reviews first before inviting us.
1189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Twitch To Ban Gambling Streaming By October 18th. on: September 22, 2022, 11:18:45 AM

Just recently, there was a backlash on Twitch against its gambling policies. This is the result. The response of Twitch isn't a ban on gambling but a ban on sites that aren't registered in the US "or other jurisdictions that provide sufficient consumer protection." The latter part makes everything subjective from their end.

But as most crypto platforms including those specifically mentioned in its post are Curacao-licensed, it is clear that Twitch doesn't give much value to such licenses at least in terms of consumer protection.

They don't want to get the ire of the regulators if they only target Cryptocurrency casinos that are not registered in the US, they are not that big and they need to address issues and criticism, I'm not a regular user of Twitch its only alternatives for big platforms like Youtube and Daily motion, it's their loss anyway, streamers still have Youtube and of course, they are going to look for alternatives, a platform that will be considered as Twitch close competitor besides Youtube.
1190  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Twitch gambling problem and Sliker issue on: September 21, 2022, 10:20:39 PM

Update: Twitch has placed a ban on off shore casinos.
https://i.imgur.com/jTqZTAq.png

That's fast Twitch may have received a lot of bad reports about streamers abusing their followers, I don't see anything wrong on doing stream on sports betting and casinos, you're informing, enlightening people and educating people on the gambling feature of one casino, anyway there are still a lot of streaming platform that these streamers can perform their streaming but they should not abuse their followers, like what Sliker did.
That was indeed fast which it is really normal on having that kind of action whenever the platform or company did received lots of reports in regarding on what Sliker did but they do only limit out into those offshore

and still alow into those platforms who do have US licensed but actually this was just a right actions that they had made but to consider out on how many been affected then there's nothing we can do about it.
Twitch isnt only the streaming platform that we know that there are several ones which those streamers or influencers would just definitely be transferring if ever they cant already
do such stream or genre on twitch.
Casino streaming has a vast market, and Twitch seems ready to lose that market, they could just ban or limit one guy guilty of abuse of its followers but unfortunately, they prefer to ban the majority of casinos for streaming, We'll never know if Youtube will follow if they see similar abuse, but streaming is a growing market and platform can make a revenue out of this followers so I say other big followers will not that kind of action.
1191  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino and prisons on: September 21, 2022, 11:57:05 AM

It is interesting to note that this casino had no licence and wasn't recognised by the Nevada gaming authorities but the inmates ensured there was no cheating there by creating a self policing system.

I'm sure it was closed down because there are corruption and the inmates become addicted and they had to ask for money from their relatives and they had to do something from other inmates who can afford to gamble for them to get money, there's no way it will open again, officials might use these inmates to commit crime for them so they can give them money to gamble and besides correctional should be a place to mend their ways not for them to become addicted to gambling.
1192  Economy / Gambling / Re: Will duelbits pay 20k bet? on: September 20, 2022, 04:18:58 AM
If you've won that amount, they will likely pay you they have built their reputation in the last two years for them to get ruined for $60k when they still have a very long way to go and they already have a big slice of the market already, they can do a compromised for installment that's possible one casino has done it when one of their players won a very huge amount and they are not a big casino, but I'm sure they can afford to pay you $60k.
1193  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you being secretive about your gambling activity? on: September 18, 2022, 03:19:38 PM
Are you hiding your gambling activity from your loved ones, family or so?
Or are you being 100% open about gambling?

 Huh

If you're betting a big amount you should tell this your family, and should not be secretive, your relationship with your family will crumble if they find out that you lose a huge amount of money, you should tell them so they can intervene and help you if you do not have control on how you gamble, but if you're betting a small amount of money and its only for recreational purposes only you can keep it to yourself, just don't exceed your allocation.
1194  Economy / Gambling / Re: CasinoCritique.com ⭐⭐⭐|⭐⭐ Unbiased & Outspoken Crypto Casino Guide on: September 18, 2022, 11:49:12 AM
I have created a thread about the best casino review and guide site and the result is its a tie between BTCGOSU and Gamblingbro,
Your favorite casino reviewer here in Bitcointalk?
but if you can give this project a few more months they can give the top review site here a run for their money, the tagline is great, and looking forward to what you can give to the community, I'm sure you'll have the support of the community.
Maybe in a few months I can create another thread and see how it goes that time.
1195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When betting becomes to high on: September 17, 2022, 01:13:43 PM
Have you ever had an experience betting in which you knew that you were going over the limits of you finances and still continued? I have one playing a game, it was absorbing plenty of my time and despite me knowing it, I was kind of hooked on it. It was not a financial problem, but left me wondering how easy is to actually fall into a bad habit and how difficult is to break it.

If you keep doing this you'll create a problem for yourself, there's enjoyment in gambling when you are playing for a long period of time you lose time and go over your limit, but you must limit this from happening, this is where the addiction starting you will not notice it until you find yourself extending your time and allocating more because you cannot reach your high when you are playing for a short period of time anymore, it happens to me in the past until I realized that it's harming my work and my family, so better stop now when you still have time.
1196  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🦉 Owl.games 🦉 Web 3.0 Crypto Casino & Sportsbook - BTC-Metamask-Walletconnect on: September 17, 2022, 06:02:24 AM
We do have a 24x7 intercom support channel. and I think in our withdrawal notice we made clear that NOT ALL withdrawals are instant.

'Sending' Status meaning that our system is already sending your withdrawal and if that got stuck it usually means the network RPC has delay issue.

While we did a courtesy check on your #132234 withdrawal, it has been sent automatically via

TX: https://bloks.io/tx/be0b39667931138b4533ff338dc9e6ad79c42a64aee5ae390dc4c1c87d531402

We do not appreciate your spam in our ANN thread and it won't get picked up by our support team.

That's irresponsible for posting his complaint here when it could be addressed properly on the right channel, obviously, the complainant is not aware of your announcement that withdrawals are not instant, some players are not patient to withdraw their money, and he can spam with his withdrawal that if Owlgame has a bad reputation of not paying their players, and the representative is very active, he could just send the rep PM and it will be sorted out.
1197  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chipstars - Hybrid Casino (Crypto & Fiat) on: September 16, 2022, 11:35:30 PM

It's quite unprofessional to create an ann thread and then post and disappear since December and only reappear in September without giving any satisfaction, honestly for a casino this is something very strange and doesn't inspire confidence, I wonder how you intend to have customers when you act thus? anyway I hope that from now on you will be active here in the forum and in other social networks

That's what scammers and those who don't trust their project, they just post, don't leave an update then vanish, if they are not going to be active here or have changed their mind to promote it some other time or delay their launching then it's better to lock their thread, perception is very important in the casino business, if you don't have it, players will ignore you and move on to other casinos.
1198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in Casino tokens such as BFG, OWL or TFS on: September 16, 2022, 04:52:09 AM

Fair Spin and Betfury seem to be holding on fair okey, but Owl suffered a dip some days ago.
I wonder why and whether this has something to do with the accusations mentioned before against Owl and their relationship with Sandbox.

I have not given up on the Owl token in fact 90% of the token I accumulated during the time I was part of their signature campaign where they rewarded 70% on Owl token are still in my wallet, its just unfortunate that the second launching of the campaign they are not accepting full member, I have seen Owl Token ups and down, they are the only token in my portfolio that did not go down when the market is not doing good, in fact, it even goes up by 20%, those accusations did not weigh down Owl token and time will come that they will recover their all-time high, they have a usable and profitable platform and players are still loyal tot heir platform.
1199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Casinos vs money laundering. on: September 15, 2022, 09:53:51 PM

Nowadays most casinos has KYC, but i don't think that is enough to stop the money laundering, what casinos should do is to investigate the source of the deposits to fight against this illegal activity, but that will not happen because is a win-win game from them.

So, what do you say, does crypto casinos really care about money laundering?

KYS is really not enough to stop money laundering but they are doing their part as a company that is compliant with rules and policies laid out by the authorities, it's not their job to investigate their players, they are casinos where people are depositing money to get entertained and hopefully to make money, they are not online banks, its the job of the authorities to investigate go after these money launderers and scammers, casinos care and has a mechanism to stop money laundering but they can only do so much.
