Bitfence will collect data from miners, analyze it on BitFence server and distribute the results immediately. Such projects should be supported because at the end of the day you will be the winner and not the hacker.
You are right it is going to be difficult for hacker's to win on this one.. But i have a question who and were are the results going to be released to. The security industry has always been reactive and way far from proactive. Only when a damage happens that a treatment is released. I think this approach of mining for threats would minimize that gap drastically. |

Pioneer i don't understand the use of that word here because i believes that there are many institutions already diving into the different fields of AI and also blockchain so i don't see how devx are going to be the first or among the first.. Or do they plan to launch academic sessions and boithcamp this year?. There are dedicates institutes for these subjects but i think he means they will be investing in getting the best folks on those subjects to deliver the courses. It is going to be a tough road but I think because of the other part where you are rewarded for your code things would get a great boost. |

At the end of March, there was this lock-in plan that started, where you could have locked some AIDOC tokens for up to 1 year to earn interest on your tokens. Was just wondering if anyone of you guys participated in it? And do you know if there will be another possibility to lock-in the tokens for everyone who missed the first deadline?
Unfortunately, I learned from AIDOC too late, because the hardcap was already reached. Had I already had tokens in March, then I would probably have chosen this option to lock the tokens for 1 year. But honestly, I only learned about it from your posting :-) Yeah me too, the only thing is I don't understand is why AIDOC only did the lock-in plan in March and why people can't join in after the lock-in date? I guess from an administrative point of view having one entry point each year is easier to manage but it really limits the amount of people that lock in their tokens, which is detrimental to AIDOC because they want people to do the lock in as it is beneficial to them. They could have just said the lock-in plan will start from this date, if someone joins in later then they will receive less tokens/interest than the people that started, this makes more sense to me and I really think AIDOC messed up a little bit on this. Like you said it will be difficult to manage and the process will be tedious if they do it that way and to be honest a program like that need to be carried out once a year since those participating are going to receive their rewards after a year. That would make sense given the rewards are to be distributed a year later. Just to fully grasp this; when you lock-in token and basically can't trade them what guarantees do you have about the bonus? |

I'm confused by something, so far I've always thought that in this project the communities are paying for their garbage being burned. but now I have read that 4New wants to pay for the garbage? have I misunderstood something?
Well, usually people pay to have someone who takes care of the disposal of their waste. So 4New won't pay for the garbage. They collect this waste and uses it in their waste-to-energy plant to generate electricity. usage of freely available resource (not sure if I should say waste is a resource or not; I guess it is); Electricity is not the only outcome; water and other useful substances are also involved. |

This project will be needed for sure in the future and also right now. More and more hackers are active nowadays because of the crypo growing in popularity. Yeah everyone is in a get rich scheme where and some people took theirs too extreme that they decided to take from hardworking individuals who were not security conscious and fell right in the trap of hacker's.. Yes, is really an unpleasant thing and my wish is for this project to become a reality and help stamp out this disease called hacking out of the global system and create that feeling of safety once you go online, every click, every login that we engage everyday is a potential opportunity for a hacker to strike, we all just need to be careful I think that hacker's will always try to find a way to do their thing. But i think that if there are projects like this who keep them from hacking then they might eventually give up. Lol they will never give up, does security cameras and police stop bank robbers? Nope. Look at the current security solutions, there are very effective enterprise level products that stop external threats, but did you see in the news that a Las Vegas casino was hacked via a smart thermostat in a fish tank? We need to be realistic, this is going to help in the fight again hackers, the honeypot will finger print and send out to the rest of the network, and their routers will block any further attacks, but it isn't going to ' make them give up'. Maybe Bitfence should also do an educational series on cyber security in companies, like I said in a previous post, you can have all the security in the world, but if someone plugs in a USB, or gets tailgated into the office etc it's over. The concept of giving up is a tough one. Hackers well some of them find peace in hacking it is like a hobby. newbies like to the feel of accomplishment seniors love the challenge. There is always room for hackers lol. But I think having an active net to attract hackers is one of the way to speed up the protection process. I don't think eliminating is guaranteed 100%; you can try to match the hackers speed in protection. I think this is one that could be achieved. Let us see. |

10 days left for the ICO. I think that we can see the number 3 000 000 of the tokens sold. With the extension we have seen that there is a good increase in the investors.
If the sales end up like this it means fortyseven bank will end up with less than 4 million tokens in all... I wonder how this is going to play out in the market with its low total supply. I think the low Token supply is not the worst thing, rather it is good for the investors. For the project 47B it would be better to sell more than 4 million Token. Worst thing? Low token supply is amazing, it means you own a larger percentage of the pie, so if the market swings up you get a much bigger gain, projects with billions of tokens or even hundreds of millions are much harder to see a substantial move in the market, and the tokens that do moev that are big like that quickly get dumped by everyone with stockpiles of tokens. Yea. Huge token supply actually favors the whales more than it favors the market especially when there is a little significant increase in the price of token. And such people just have their way of taking the profits off the market for everyone else with their huge dump Very correct man a project with huge token supply gives room to price manipulation from whales, I'm am actually glad Forty seven bank reduced their token supply along with their proposed features one can be certain of a healthy price growth. The reduction benefits the sale too; They just happened to be at a time where the whole market was going red and fud was spreading like crazy. That has impacted them drastically. Vanig looks like a great project that will reduce the amount of money and time wasted on online shopping and ecommerce, for example the average cost of a purchase including shipping will only be 8-10% if you shop with Vanig and use cryptocurrency, compared to the 17-20% it would cost to make a purchase including shipping if you shopped with Amazon or Walmart and used fiat currency.
To have the whole tracking of product in place is what really caught my eye to be honest. think of the possibilities this means or opens up. fraud combat; making sure the product is genuine and all the good perks. |

The hype and buzz has been sustained for this project for good, despite the delays the numbers kept on increasing, I have seen project get delayed and loss members but it's the opposite with fortyseven bank project, it show good faith from both potential and already investors Ya its a pretty steady build up, not sure they'll break the 4000 before end but its definitly possible, it depends if they start to push their advertising a bit more into new markets that might not have aheard about the project, theirs a lot of sites outside the standard few that are getting very popular in the scene picking up some advertising in those and upping the social media could easily blow them past the 4k mark I think that the project is doing well with the marketing company, although this is not superfluous. And up to 4000 is not very far, it is more than realistic if you take into account the popularity of the project and what kind of service this project offers. 3855 contributors is a big number. they sold more than half which is great; let us see if it closes in the next few days. The problem is that most antivirus solutions or defence mechanism are reactive; it is only (in some cases) after the damage has happened that the defence software implements an update to protect against. Let us see if this solution can solve this issue. In the sense there is a dedicated mining process to detect hacking patterns. |

I think this project will be very vital if it is brought to Africa because here in Africa, we are drowning in waste and lacking adequate power supply
That will surely be a good business base for 4NEW, as the resources can be easily gotten and the market is readily available, though the main purpose of this project is to create like a backup for the steaming population of the blockchain community due to its vast power consumption but it can also be extended to corporate bodies and private homes Yeah Africa would be a great area for 4NEW to expand to if the idea works in the UK this could really help with the waste problem the whole world is facing at the moment! It will definitely be a great area. In fact, I think Africa is one place were this project will be very beneficial because of the mismanaged waste and insufficient power supply I don't see them expending abroad for a few years yet. They need to get the UK operation setup and fully operational first, including the completion of the third plant. Agreed and they also need to prove efficiency of the business model to consider expanding; there is a huge overhead cost to start operational and need solid validation to expand. I am also searching for this info. I don't see any such blockchain based e-commerce platform. It seems Vanig is first project. I have done a quick research, and really can't find any. I think Vanig is the first integrated e-commerce and supply chain ecosystem powered by blockchain. I think wabi did part of what they are doing; If Vanig pull this through it would be a real fraud combat and fake product fighter. Especially expired items with modified labels. |

I think they are set to provide a full history of any product you wish to buy. I think they will be combining the full history log from manufacturing till delivery of item. At least then you will be sure where the product came from and if it is legit. |

I have really high hopes for this project and by looking at the presale i get even more faith that this project will become huge for sure in the near future.
