People seem to forget that hackers aren’t exactly easy to catch just because an ip is a source of an attack doesn’t mean that’s the attacker it could just be an insecure network being used to relay an attackers actions that’s why most smalltime hacks don’t get prosecuted it’s better to stop it be trying to rigure out the true source
Yeah true, it's a fact being stated cause even if they are caught they could as well destroy the source and deny the act, I wish a secret camera capture can be put in place aside tracking of IP And how would you do a secret camera capture ? I mean everyone want that, but that is even more difficult than tracking a IP. You have nowadays a lot of tools to get a IP from someone you want. Lol what the hell is a 'secret camera capture'? This is the whole point that BitFence is trying to do, because IP address alone isn't evidence, they will be fingerprinting each detected hacker with their own signature. What is that? a secret camera capture? is that suppose to be some sort of pattern capture or a literal camera capture from the stingminer? This is interesting even google returns camera images lol. Although you think that's not a good idea but according to the decision-making team that's best for the future of their project. I wonder the reason I know their were some people bitching that the 3 day sale was odd timing and too short but it’s odd that they changed it without a bigger hullabaloo over the change and explaining it seemsit would have been a good thing to explain to not confuse people It is just a few days. That is totally cool for me, because it is not a lot of time. Better to do it 100% right, and not not to hurry. I always also thought that it was a short sale. They did a great job to extend it a little bit. it's not 'just a few days' it's an entire month again. Im slightly concerned as well now at this stage, it seems like it's a set of forever increasing goalposts since last October. The 100% bonus is not something I consider lightly. why is there still no easy access to the whitepaper? You still have to register just to get information about the project. That should be a lot easier
I registered once and after that i did not have to do it again i can just click on the link and see the whitepaper like i am used to see. I think the whitepaper should be openly available without any constraint. I really think it is a barrier having to register to see it. At first i was meh and I think the advisors caught my eye and made my self signup; that was one of the incentives. I hope they consider removing the registration. |

It's tomorrow people! Who else is feeling very excited about tomorrow, June 1st...listing is June 3rd  I think I am the first on that list. It's been a long wait and it has sure been worth it. In 3 days time all sales as regards this project will be done with. 14 Hours, and then we will have the pre-listing sale. I just can't wait for it. I really hope that they will hit the hardcap so that they can go on with full speed with their project. It will be interesting how much more 4New can raise. There is a tier approach to this. In the whitepaper three were mentioned If you hold SEEDs bettween 1 to 9999. You are a normal member. If you hold something between 10000–99999 SEED tokens allows you to have priority access to icos. If you hold more than 100000 SEEDs you can even reserve tokens in an ico. It's a good incentive to purchase and HODL SEED tokens, 100,000 SEED tokens is quite pricey for the premium membership, I just checked the converter and its value is 18.55 in ETH, and thats based on ETH's current value of $539 on CMC. ibininja, thanks for detail information. cryptossi, that you mean to say if I got premium membership on SEED platform as per above holding quantity so that tokens value will be worth of 18+ EatH? As cryptocurrency growth at this exponential rate, i think the security will become more relevant in this space. Happy to see bitfence is making contribution to crypto space and make the ecosystem more resist to hacker.
You're absolutely right, that simply means an increase in the market value of the project with every new entry that is made in the crypto world will lead to a potential increase in the value of the token and is not just the cryptosphere that this is applicable but the traditional means too, so the project has a huge market base, its relevance will keep growing I agree with you Mate. Cryptocurrency market is clos to $500B+ I think. This means lots of hackers will be active and trying to steal the data/wallet. That's why I think BitFence products will be in demand. If only it was at $500B+ !!! It has been consolidating around $300billion currently at $330billion. Also BitFence is targeting securing at multiple levels - mainly targeting securing business' rather than Cryptocurrency wallets. I am honestly interested in trying out the honeypot and see how much returns that would have. I know mining Eth for example is not as profitable as it used to be so I hope this would be better  I think at the beginning of a project mining is mostly profitable And what you should not forget here: Even if you earn little, it is a great reward, if you caught hackers and prevents them from hacking :-) Exactly it’s a good thing regardless but with this project you do the right thing and you get rewarded for it so I’m not sure how people could ask for more i mean imagine if avg paid it’s users for finding viruses lol this teams gonna basically pay for helping to find and develop fingerprints of hackers putting it that way ya; I mean if any of the current anti virus software paid part of what they get it we will all be rich . I read on CryptOcean website that they'll be listed on exchanges on the 10th of December this year which will be when the ecosystem is fully-functioning. I don't know how I feel about waiting this long for listing.
Exchange listing will be on 10th December? And whats the last date for ICO /main sale? Recently I am observing many projects doing such things. I mean delay in listing, until product is ready. Yeah and also you should know that they are working with a timetable, they will want to ensure success so all conditions needs to be met before listing The market is down anyways so it is maybe a bad idea to list it fast. There would just some sell orders who want coins for low prices. It is better to not hurry. By December the market should really be on a spike like 2017 definitely the best time to get listed for any project. It is still a long time to come tho. I don't want to sound pessimistic or anything but many were anticipating that the market would hit all time high but the market did not really recover from the major drop from the all time high. I think this is a good time to invest regardless |

Well from all indications William Philip Abraham has a lot of work to do since vanig is a young company operating with a recent technology I will home and vanig the very best A company or endeavor like this is mostly strategy and partnerships that need development longterm so it makes sense they would bring on more resources to handle those kinds of things in the project to make sure they don’t have a whole in the resources Vanig hiring an expert in retail is great news. I am sure he can help Vanig a lot with his knowledge and experience. Something else from that weekly update gets me really excited: They are getting closer to the release of their MVP and it seems like we get to know the exact release date soon. They are really pushing this; I am guessing they were able to land this from their previous event they sponsored (just a guess). They really have composed a solid team. We are working closely with Germany, Estonia and Russia. This means that we are preparing the issue of cards for Russia, and German and Estonian cards will be available around the world with logical restrictions (Iran, China, Singapore and other countries where crypto-currencies are not regulated or banned). In addition, we are aimed at expanding the scope of our cards and after the launch of European and Russian history, we will switch to other promising markets - Japan, Korea, Asia in general. Asian market is one of the most powerful markets in the crypto space. I would have been surprised if i didn't see them in your list. How long before you guys move to the Asia market. Most exchanges have rules against announcing listings before they are done deals and most don’t allow announcements while ICOs are actively running which makes sense if you think about it to keep things in check
Announcing exchange listing during ico is a bad move..it shouldn't even come to mind till during the last days of the running ico.. Exchange is usually a very big distraction during an ico... If the exchange isn't a favourable one it can turn down investors in investing in the token... Yeah, the big ones get you to sign a NDA specifically so they're not announced. I personally don't care about when an exchange is announced, if i invest in a project it's because I believe in the core of the project and their goals, not because they're going to be listed on X exchanges. Not only this, but I'm not fussed about which exchanges for now as the project is still developing. I'm more interested in the actual work they are producing and the progress - I'm in 4NEW for the long game rather than selling for a quick buck on an exchange They are burning unsold token which may likely bring the total 300m to a very reduced amount plus the different plants already set and more to come, there is no way value of FRNC won't improve over time You're right about the value increasing and a part of me believes that even if they don't end up burning the tokens which i doubt, the need for the token will be so much that it will likely be a scare resource in the future, sounds funny but there's a high probability of that happening, is realistic, is just a matter of time and the whole process will fall in place I saw some estimates on the 4NEW price channel that it could be about 100m tokens that end up getting burned. That means technically, each KWATT would be worth 33% more, and would embody 33% more electric. Where did you see this information, whats the source - i'll be interested to read that, wasn't aware of a burn! Especially 100m tokens :O Impressive and good news for holders! Well I learnt there's going to be burning of unsold tokens, not sure about the amount of tokens tho. If @darkoth89 is correct an increase of 33% will be really cool  . I thought they are generating tokens which is required in sale. If they are thinking about burn unsold tokens means they have more supply? I think you mean lowers the total supply? even if the burn takes place the plants generated power would be pegged to the token pool available. For me I think burning would be a great idea to preserve circulating supply. |
