141  Economy / Economics / Re: Corruption Should Be Taught From Young Age on: April 21, 2023, 10:51:32 AM
Greed is a part of being human, we can control our own greed but cannot control the greed of others. Today, corruption has become a cultural feature of government work, and its elimination is impossible, and no politician wants to eliminate it. We are citizens, so it is very frustrating and annoying to see so many others corrupt. But I believe that if you or I become a politician, corruption will happen.
142  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is on 30k how was your feelings ? on: April 20, 2023, 05:28:32 AM
After 10month later btc again touch 30k range, Although I was happy to see it rise to the range of 30k, but a deep pain and fear was created in my chest, actually the fear is that I don't feel comfort when the price of bitcoin goes higher because after investing at that price, if btc's value goes down. It's like the bitcoin pump couldn't make me happy.
I would like to know your feelings on this matter.  Tongue

And now it's back below $30k, and I'm happy. I will be happier if bitcoin can drop below $25k during this correction as I will have more chance to buy low price bitcoin and will sell it in the next bitcoin bull run. I made a lot of profit selling bitcoin at $29k, and I am expecting it to fall rather than keep going up.
143  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think BTC would rise again? on: April 20, 2023, 05:25:04 AM
With a community that continues to increase and according to many reports that bitcoin users are increasingly active and selling or borrowing money in banks with reasons to invest in bitcoin, the opportunity for bitcoin to rise again is very large, it is only natural that the current price has reached $ 30k and I am optimistic that the price will continues to rise in April.

What do you talking about? Can you provide any links that show many people are actively selling and borrowing money to invest in bitcoin? I'm a very frequent market updater, but I've never seen anything like what you're talking about. Bitcoin price will go up again, that's for sure but not for the reason you are mentioning.
144  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Predictions? on: April 20, 2023, 05:20:08 AM
Looking at the current market conditions, of course we have to be optimistic that the market will rise soon, the price is already in the position of $ 30k and in my opinion it will soon reach $ 40k, and will continue to rise until the end of the year, maybe sometimes there will be a correction, for example, a few percent down but the price will continue to rise due to ever-increasing demand.

Bitcoin price is still undecided by supply and demand, so it is impossible to say that the increase in bitcoin price is due to increased demand. Bitcoin is an asset that is being manipulated and its price is being adjusted in their favor by whales. I still believe bitcoin will hit $40k this year, but bitcoin is hard to hit $40k this month, we're 10 days away from the end of April, and BTC is correcting below $30k.
145  Economy / Speculation / Re: Correction from $30K: Reason to worry? on: April 20, 2023, 05:09:34 AM
I would be even happier if bitcoin could correct sharply and drop below $20k again. Every time bitcoin gets dumped, I buy more, so I'm most looking forward to a correction during the bear season. I'm focusing on accumulating bitcoin and only selling when it hits $150k, so I'm happier to see bitcoin drop than to see bitcoin go up so fast.
Probably not happening again, the recovery we have being experimenting during the last two months was significantly faster than I thought, this tells me the market is stronger than anticipated as the economic signs are not necessarily the best, and smart investors decided to buy bitcoin earlier than expected due to those worries, and unfortunately for you this means that if we are to watch another drop happening at worst we could get to 25k and not one cent lower than that.

I also don't think that will happen. Bitcoin will still correct this year as we are still in the bear season, and $25k is also a support level that I believe bitcoin can touch but cannot be broken. If anyone wants to accumulate, then 20k$ is a better price but 25k$ is not too bad and still better profitable than 30k$ or 40k$.
146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to convince a sceptical person to buy Bitcoin ? on: April 16, 2023, 03:19:38 AM
No need to convince people to buy Bitcoin, rather educate them what will be the advantages and disadvantages of owning a Bitcoin. Proper education could lead the people to do their own research on how they can benefit and what kind of risk they are trying to get in. Bitcoin is for people who have a very high risk tolerance in volatility. Always emphasize to them that they should only invest what they can afford to loose and set aside greediness.

Convincing others to invest in bitcoin is really a bad idea. Even ourselves, we would never invest in something we don't believe in. So instead, educate them about bitcoin, give them all the basics, and when they get the hang of it, they'll know what to do next. Many people don't like to invest but can also use bitcoin as a currency, don't just advise them to invest when they don't like it.
147  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Females domination in Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies on: April 16, 2023, 03:12:23 AM
Women usually are less interested in technology discussions than men.
Also, they are usually less interested in investment discussions than men.
Is there valid research about this?
In this modern era, I assume both men and women have the same interest in technology or investment.
There is no limitation for genders in any field, both men and women are educated enough. So, both men and women may have the same chance to engage in the discussion about technology and investment because all have the same capability and the same level of knowledge. IMO, how big the interest should depend on an individual's knowledge, Not gender!

Yes, our world is equal, and there is no limit to this, but the reality is clear that the percentage of women involved in cryptocurrency or other forms of investment is lower than men. Check your friends list, how many women are investing, and how many men are investing. That is the most factual proof.
148  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: April 15, 2023, 08:15:32 PM
Inter Milan will face the bottom team Monza and this is an opportunity for Inter Milan to be able to shift AC Milan in 4th place in the standings because AC Milan has just failed to win because it was held to a draw by Bologna.
I think Inter Milan's victory is quite big in this match and I even chose the -1.5 Handicap bet because I think with great motivation Inter Milan to be able to re-enter the top 4 they will play very insistently and have the possibility to create many goals, especially if looking at the quality of the Inter Milan team far superior to Monza.
I'm afraid that Inter also failed to get an additional +3 points
The last few weeks have seen Monza often hold teams in Serie A to draws, it is not impossible that they will also hold Inter, the current situation supports this possibility.
Moreover, Inter really takes care of the condition of its players so they don't get injured because they still have the next stage in CL

In the 70th minute, the players of Inter Milan could not score any goals against Monza. Monza will play defensive in this match and try to draw the match, it was predicted earlier. Inter Milan should have developed a proper match strategy to break down Monza's defense. But despite Inter Milan making several good attacks, they are falling short. And I think the match is going to be a goalless draw. If they fail to win today's match, it will be more difficult for Inter Milan to stay in the top four of the points table.
149  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: April 15, 2023, 08:10:43 PM
While I'm making the post PSG have already scored thanks to Mbappe and they are 1-0 ahead now.  Grin  With this advantage PSG should be able to score more goals to finish off Lens as early as possible.

PSG led 3-0 at the end of the first half. PSG desperately needed a win in this match against Lens. Because Lens team is now competing with PSG this season. PSG is almost certain to win this match. Lens played a defensive strategy from the start of the match. However, they conceded three goals in the first half. Mbappe made a goal and an assist. Messi and Vitinha also scored one goal each. Hopefully, we will see more goals from both teams in the second half as well.
150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: April 15, 2023, 08:02:58 PM
I'm sure Arsenal will keep leading with 3 points, the next 2 matches look easy for them. They only have matches against West Ham and Southampton. If they still perform as usual, I believe they will get full points in these matches. But the problem is the match against Man City,
The league is very much open now than it was three weeks or  month ago. Manchester City are almost catching up and Arsenal now have got difficult games ahead and I'm not talking about the game between Southampton and West Ham, I'm talking about the game between Manchester City itself md Arsenal. They are the people in the Race for the title with Arsenal and now they've got a huge advantage. They've got the goal difference to settle between themselves who leads on the table in a case where they eventually catch up with Arsenal which is looking possible now than ever, Manchester City have got the goal advantage so is left for Arsenal to try and maintain their point gap else we are going to see a Manchester City lifting up this trophy again. Arsenal winning West Ham and Southampton is not questionable but, can they beat Manchester City?
Arsenal have got to take there chances now to lift the trophy or have it lost and it would be difficult to repeat this run next season.
That is why I said that the problem is with the match against Man City. Man City is also a very strong team, difficult to face and defeat. With this current performance by Arsenal and Man City, probably this will be quite difficult for Arsenal to defeat Man City. But this will be more interesting again if something unpredictable happens. I am sure that Arsenal will not expect to lose the point to maintain the first position. But on the other hand, Man City, I am sure will be exactly more serious and motivated enough to defeat Arsenal because they want to take over the position. This will be exactly an attractive match, right?

I would say Manchester City vs Arsenal match will decide which team will win this season's Premier League title. Manchester City team is only 3 points behind Arsenal. And only if they win against Arsenal in the next match, Manchester City will be able to occupy the top spot in the points table. As Manchester City is in great form now, I think the Manchester City team will win this match against Arsenal. But Arsenal will definitely try their best to win the match. But winning against Guardiola's brilliant match tactics is difficult.
151  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: April 15, 2023, 07:58:08 PM
Madrid could not score a goal in 40 minutes against Cadiz in today's match. Madrid is even likely to share points with Cadiz today. Vini, Toni Kross, and Mendy missed the match due to injuries. And so if Benzema doesn't play well today, Madrid's chances of winning are slim. Their points gap with Barcelona will increase.

The Real Madrid team could not score any goals in the first half. But they are dominating the match. And despite many attacks, Madrid failed to score. Real Madrid has 72% ball possession in this match. And they made 17 shots in the first half. And although 7 of those shots were on target, Cadiz's defender and goalkeeper Gil was able to successfully parry every attack. However, if Cadiz's defenders are able to continue this good performance in the second half, they will be able to share the points in this match.
152  Other / Off-topic / Re: Prepare for the life when you get old on: April 15, 2023, 04:26:01 AM
I see quite a few people giving great claims and advice to others about preparing for old age. But I wonder if people like us, who are making every penny per comment, who have to work more than 10 hours a day, can save and prepare for their old age? It sounds easy to say, but I think with the current economic situation, not everyone can do it.
153  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has a bad reputation (we should fix it) on: April 15, 2023, 04:18:00 AM
I think education is the best way to change people's opinions about Bitcoin and blockchain technology. With education, people can learn about the technology, its use cases and the potential benefits it can bring. You can start by creating a website or blog that explains the basics of Bitcoin and blockchain technology and how it can be used in a positive way. You can also create informational videos, tutotrials and other materials that will help people understand the technology better.

Nowadays, you can find websites, videos, and blogs about bitcoin a lot, it is not a new and effective solution. I agree that education is the only way to help people understand bitcoin, but for education to be effective, it needs to be included in educational programs in schools. It's the best way to help people get educated about bitcoin.
154  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Bitcoin is Speculation & Gambling" - Warren Buffett Critisize on: April 15, 2023, 04:10:20 AM
One thing I know about rich people is that they aren’t going to give you financial advice for free. Warren Buffet has always been a strong critic of bitcoin and I don’t think he’s going to stop now. Buffet is old, talking about bitcoin keeps him relevant amongst young people. This interview was to reassure Americans that the banks are still a safe place to keep your money. I think he’s sentimental about the issue but let’s look at the historical data of bitcoin before making their decision.

And the rich don't want others to become as rich as they are, so it's understandable that they speak ill of an asset that can make someone else rich quickly. If it were me, I would do the same, I don't want everyone to be rich because then the world will be unstable. Most of us are speculating on bitcoin, hoping to get rich quickly, so I have a feeling what he's saying is talking about us, not bitcoin.
155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IF ONLY EVERYONE CAN EASILY ACCEPT CRYPTO on: April 15, 2023, 03:59:02 AM
High rate of crypto illiteracy still makes me sad.

I made a transaction through my bank, Fortunately the money was'nt received by the suppose receiver and i was debited.
I went to the bank for transfer error issue, spending more than 5hours trying to get access into the bank(due to crowd) and 3hrs trying to fix the transfer error.

My point here is that, if i had sent the money in form of crypto(Bitcoin), my transaction would have run smoothly, the only way i would have had an issue was if i had transfer to the wrong address.

Note: Crypto illiterate as mentioned above is not an insult, they are individuals with low crypto knowledge.

What's your opinion ? .

So have you ever used bitcoin during network congestion, especially if we are in bull season? Bitcoin transaction fees become expensive, and transaction completion can take up to several days. I'm sure many people here have experienced the same thing. I bet you are just trying to say good about bitcoin to gain merit, you have never used bitcoin for a transaction at all. Nothing is perfect, everything has its pros and cons.
I highly agree with this opinion. During bull season or even not, sometimes the network gets congested, just like recently where I won a raffle and the prize was bitcoin, it took me 4 days to receive the price although it is not something to panic or be worried about, if the network gets even more congested after that, for sure I will have to wait for few more days again.

Bitcoin or fiat, has both pros and cons. While some supports bitcoin like a fanatic, we should understand that there are also people who don't. We also have to accept that fact and respect their decision. Personally, it doesn't matter to me which is which, but at least I have options to choose, either crypto or fiat.

There are too many bitcoin fanatics here, and even though they know the truth bitcoin is not perfect. Recently I made a transaction worth 4k bitcoins but wanted to save cost, I set a fee of 3$, but unfortunately, the bitcoin price suddenly increased, and it took me 7 days to complete transaction. But I don't see anyone talking about this, bitcoin delay.
156  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 2022 bear market? on: April 14, 2023, 02:08:32 AM
The market in 2022 will make it difficult for us to forget, the price dropped by more than 70% and became a bad record that was repeated like the previous year, but now the market has started to stabilize and there is an opportunity to go up so we can forget about 2022 soon.
the repetition that bitcoin does is after it reaches the peak of ATH it will go down and it keeps happening and the events are repeated. agree with you we should forget about it soon because now is the time when bitcoin will start to move slowly. It must be remembered that in every era of the halving period, there will be an increase and it will happen next year and not for long, so if it is currently increasing, the probability will not be too high and only to give a momentary surprise.

Bitcoin is down 70%, which is a good thing if you are a real investor. If you bought bitcoin at that time and compared to the current price, you would have made a 70% profit. That's not a bad situation for bitcoin or for us. I find it quite funny because everyone wants to make huge profits, but when bitcoin drops, they don't dare to buy, and when bitcoin rises, they scream to buy. People are just trying to enrich the sharks, not themselves.
157  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is your take on the pump coming? on: April 14, 2023, 02:04:31 AM
I sense that very soon the pump will start to shame all those folks who feel btc is failed project. We are expecting the bullish price to pump 60k straight up even against all odds. Those who are well position for the market can see the evidence this night is already 30k plus. I can only believe that bitcoin will do better than ever, though not withstanding we should invest wisely while waiting the pump.

If my plans works out am ready to buy more and store! But what's your take on the pump? Do you see it coming or am just doing illusion?
Let's hear from you.

Even if it's an illusion, if it doesn't happen, you should continue to accumulate and increase your bitcoin holdings. Because if bitcoin is not pumped now, it will surely be pumped in the future. As long as we hold on patiently, it's only a matter of time before bitcoin rises. I'm not too worried about the price in the short term because even if bitcoin hits $50k, that's still not my sell target.
158  Economy / Speculation / Re: FTX recovered $7.3B in Assets and is considering restarting! on: April 14, 2023, 02:00:22 AM
Coming back to refund users who lost their funds should be the first goal. If they own up to what happened, if they come back, people will not operate with them so easily for now because after the last streak, people have learned a lesson they will never forget so easily. That amount they have recovered can be used to settle a lot of their customers first.
Even though they are back with good news but it is not easy to get trust back from high loss, they have been added to blacklist of exchange so it is very difficult to recover reputation and get out from backlist of traders, I have an account that has lost few dollars but I feel lucky to have withdrew some of the funds before the exchange disappeared, so I responded based on their exchange users and I don't care about any news from them, we will switch to the top exchange so we won't be disappointed again.

I agree, they will never get their reputation back because there is no guarantee that they won't go bankrupt again, their reputation has been ruined. Meanwhile in the market there are many exchanges that are 100 times better than them. I've never used FTX and I wouldn't use it if it was rebooted.
159  Economy / Speculation / Re: 30k Bitch!!! on: April 14, 2023, 01:55:32 AM
Starting to look like one hell of a store of value for these FUD guzzling wussies!!!! Haha!

Suck on that one Peter Schif lmao. Jim Cramer rated BTC bearish maybe 🤔. USD going to absolute dog shit. Gold and silver are up and bitcoin is MOVING. LFG!!!

They can say whatever they want, and we don't know if they're investing in bitcoin or not. No one wants to share their wealth with anyone else and that's what the rich always do. Instead of listening to what they say, watch what they are doing, and don't fall for their trap, and assume you are better than them. We should focus on our work because the results are still proof in the end.
160  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: April 12, 2023, 12:19:14 PM
Newcastle got his confidence back after being able to bounce back to beat Manchester United. And in the end it was proven that they kept trying to compete very competitively in order to get tickets to the Champions League. So that in the summer Newcastle will target the purchase of fantastic players in order to fulfill their ambitions.
That's right, it's only a matter of time until Newcastle can hold on to their current position and they are doing quite well against their opponents. On the other hand, they are required to buy players if they want to compete in European competitions and that must have been planned in advance by the club owners to bring new players to the St. James Park. If we talk about Newcastle's next game, they will play away to Aston Villa and this is an almost even game considering that Aston Villa is in 6th place and if Newcastle lose then the spurs opportunity to shift them will open again.
Since changing ownership, the Newcastle Club has indeed become a strong club. and well their motivation to get a ticket to the Champions League is also very high. and well the confidence of the Newcastle players is also getting higher after successfully beating MU. and I am also quite sure that in the next match against Aston Villa it will also not be something difficult for Newcastle to win the match just like the last meeting between these two teams where Newcastle won by a lot of scores.
Newcastle had performed brilliantly since last season after coming off relegation zone courtesy of Eddie Howe backed by Billionaire owner, despite no Marquee signings the club had compete with top clubs in the league and  won some of the matches, the club is a confirmed contender for UCL spot, I believe after their UCL qualification this season they will surely sign new quality players in preparation for next European competition and it's obvious Newcastle will continue to be among the top 4 contender in premier league every season though winning the league now is not feasible probably in the next two seasons to come they will likely become a major league contender if the owner make provision for quality signings.

The overall performance of the Newcastle team after the change of ownership is truly astonishing. There are no star players in Newcastle's squad. Still, this team is playing well in every match. And the team is third in the Premier League points table. They are playing well in every match and are able to win even against big teams. And all this is possible because of their coach Eddie Howe. Hopefully, next season if Eddie Howe gets a bigger fund, he will be able to strengthen the Newcastle team. And next season Newcastle will be aiming for the Premier League title.
