261  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is money ruling the world? on: March 10, 2023, 03:27:42 PM
For me, money is everything, when I have money I can order anyone, buy anything, even happiness. Our world has changed and we need to adapt to it if we don't want to be eliminated. Money is just a man-made tool to serve us, but in the end, we are all manipulated by it, it's a sad truth, but the world works that way now.
262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will accepting cryptocurrency as a payment be profitable for business? on: March 09, 2023, 03:38:56 PM
Since cryptocurrencies are not yet as widely used as fiat, business adoption of crypto depends on where you live. If no one in your area uses crypto, it is useless to accept crypto for your business because no one pays with crypto. On the contrary, if your country is crypto-friendly and the majority of people use crypto then that is an advantage for your business.
263  Economy / Economics / Re: How to increase capital investment on: March 09, 2023, 03:29:03 PM
well that's how I try not to put everything in one basket. But every time I have more money than a profit earned and left over from what was planned for living expenses. then I also invest some of the remaining money in bitcoin. but I also like to invest in some altcoins. although in a smaller amount than in bitcoin. basically I'm a person who doesn't want to miss opportunities. I tried every opportunity and of course by doing the analysis first. and an analysis takes a long time.
Actually it's good to diversify in some assets but I don't believe for altcoins because it's not feasible to make long-term except bitcoin, and what's even better is to diversify in other assets outside of crypto it will be much better whereas in crypto we focus more only on bitcoin because it has a long history for each of its cycles.

Everyone is free to do this, but I myself am more focused on bitcoin. If you diversify into other altcoins, then it is not diversified, but investing in the same basket.

I agree with you, investing in altcoins is not called diversification, if we want to diversify, we should invest in assets other than cryptocurrencies. But I disagree that altcoins are not profitable in the long run, let's see what ETH has done, even today, it gives better returns than bitcoin. Investing in bitcoin is very safe but don't get too addicted to bitcoin and miss out on bigger opportunities. You will be safe with bitcoin, but you will never be able to make a big profit from bitcoin.

Right, fantastic increases occur in many altcoins like ETH, BNB, MATIC, Doge, etc, and this makes me regret because I throw a lot of altcoins when it's cheap, if I can hold doge and sell at the current price, of course I have more than $ 300k, but this is life that makes us have to have to think realistically and don't blame the situation too much.

We are here to invest for profit, I find it quite funny how many people worship bitcoin and overlook more great opportunities. I am not saying not to invest in bitcoin, but we should also look for opportunities other than bitcoin. I am sure that ETH in the next bull season will rise and give better returns than BTC.

265  Economy / Economics / Re: Twitter becoming Worlds biggest Financial Institution? on: March 08, 2023, 03:09:38 PM
Musk is diving into the world of dreams and wishful thinking. Grin He was dreaming about creating a cheap Tesla car(which won't happen).
Now, he wants to turn Twitter into a "financial institution"? How the hell does he plan to do this? Turning a Twitter into an online marketplace like eBay and Amazon? Letting the users send and receive payments between each other? What would be the incentive for them to use Twitter payments, instead of Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, Revolut or any other online payment provider(or cryptocurrencies)?
There's nothing wrong with being a dreamer, but you look ridiculous, when there's no possible way to achieve your dreams.

He is also one of the founders of PayPal, don't forget that. What he said sounds far-fetched to us, but look at what he's done so far, and I'd love to know what you've done better than him. You and I are just spammers making money from signature campaigns, we are nothing more than him, so criticizing him is a bit wrong.

I saw people speculated that Gane hand was possibly injured before this fight so I expected to see Jon Jones winning this fight.
He is now heavyweight champion and Stipe Miocic is probably going to be his next opponent, unless something unexpected changes.
I am really impressed with Shavkat Rakhmonov, with perfect 17-0 record he is seriously aiming for welterweight title.

John Jones was supposed to win this fight. I think a lot of people good already expect that by just watching the physique of both fighters. The fight was a good one. John Jones was the deserving winner of this fight. At some times in the fight, it did feel like John Jones was actually fighting against an easy opponent. But that's just his class which is above many fighters even at the top level of MMA.

Rakhmonov is actually showing great potential to actually be one of the best in the fighting business. A great record of 17-0 so far. If he can be persistent with his hard work he will probably get closer to Khabib Nurmagomedov's record.

Maybe Real Madrid will return to Mbappe or Haaland in next summer especially with Mbappe. Haaland looks to be happy in Manchester City but Mbappe does not have same feeling in Paris. Benzema is a very good striker and he scored many goals for them in this season even his contribution is limited by some injuries. Though he can play well when his body is ready, Real Madrid should not rely on Benzema in a next season as his body might become more sensitive with injuries.

I'd say Real Madrid should not expect to get Haaland and Mbappe into the squad. Haaland is now performing well with Manchester City. And he won't be leaving Manchester City now that's pretty much certain. Because he is in good form with the team, playing well as well as getting smart wages. Haaland has no reason to leave Manchester City. Mbappe on the other hand is PSG's most important player. PSG management will try their best to keep Mbappe on the team. They are even ready to increase Mbappe's wages. So now Madrid should try to sign another star striker.

Liverpool is crazy as fuck. It seems like that nunez is starting to be on fire. Even rashford can do nothing against liverpool. The defenders of MU must be got so many complaints as there had been many blunders being made by MU's defenders.

This win was much needed for Liverpool. Their performance has been quite stable in the last few matches. Scoring 7 goals against a first mustard team is not an easy task. Liverpool played very well. And due to such a wonderful win in this match, the confidence of the Liverpool players will increase even more. We will see stronger gameplay from Liverpool in the upcoming matches. At the same time, the Liverpool team will now fight to qualify for the Champions League. Liverpool is now fifth in the points table.

It was unexpected to see Monaco losing points against Troyes as well. I was seeing it a clear win for Monaco side. This is the second game in a row for them in which they lose points. They need to collect themselves not to fall behind Marseille too much.

This was a very unexpected result for Monaco. Troyes is one of the weakest teams in Ligue 1. It was unexpected that Monaco would lose points in this match. However, Troyes' performance against Monaco was not weak. Troyes played very well. And they definitely deserve 1 point in this match. Monaco should have performed more cautiously. Monaco would have been able to get full points in the match if they had kept their defense strong from the beginning of the match.

Now the fight of winning the league is between Bayern Munich and Dortmund. Union berlin was not able to stand the heat of competing for the first position. The competition now is between Dortmund and Bayern Munich, if Dortmund can succeed over Bayern Munich this season it will be nice too.
Dortmund seems much more consistent compared with bayern. I would not be surprised to see that if dortmund will be dominating the league. Bayern seems back again to the right track but it's not yet consistent. What is actually needed in the football especially domestic league was the consistency from the team. As far as i can see that if bayern was not consistent. It can be seen from the last five matches that already happened with bayern. Sometime bayern's performance was going up but it needs only a very short time to go down again. Dortmund and bayern have same points as for now. It seems like that the match between bayern against dortmund gonna be a hottest match in bundesliga now. The same points achieved by both make it even better.

The Dortmund team is consistently playing well. I would say their performance is stable due to their good match strategy. Not that they can dominate every match. However, their overall performance has been pretty consistent, and has earned points in almost every match. I can't remember the last time I saw a Dortmund team lose. And if this performance continues, there is no doubt that they will compete with Bayern Munich for the title. I will be happy if Dortmund can break Munich's dominance and win the title.
271  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: March 06, 2023, 02:51:34 AM
But United has a very poor preparation due to the loss in the competition against Liverpool, you would normally say that will also be in the heads of the players.
I doubt this will be the case for Manchester United. Their defeat will pass and it will be a lesson for them in order to not repeat it. Real Betis is a good team and they will annoy ManU for sure but the latter is better and I expect the red devils to pass personally.

The defeat against Liverpool was unexpected. Manchester United was in very good form. Even then they lost by conceding 7 goals. We do not know why their defense suddenly collapsed. But Ten Hag will definitely find out why. And will try to strengthen the defense. Ten Hag will fix all the weaknesses of the Manchester United team. I don't think the defeat against Liverpool will have any effect on the Europa League match.
272  Economy / Economics / Re: does bitcoin help in your economy? on: March 05, 2023, 03:23:09 PM
There is no official report whether bitcoin is useful for my country, but some local exchanges apply taxes from cryptocurrencies transactions, and of course this contributes to the country, of course I hope my country will immediately legalize cryptocurrencies so that it can provide more benefits and reduce unemployment.

How can cryptocurrencies help your country reduce unemployment? To be fair, cryptocurrencies are no different from a gambling game, and there will be winners and losers. Have you ever thought that when you invest and bring profits, where does that profit come from? The government doesn't print money and gives it to you for free. That profit is someone else's money in a losing market, the financial market is no different from gambling, where we take each other's money. Wake up, don't be delusional.
273  Economy / Economics / Re: War: who benefits and how! on: March 05, 2023, 03:16:41 PM
Frankly, the US is the cause of this war, and they are the party that is receiving a lot of orders to buy weapons from allies in the world, so it can be said that the US is the most beneficial party. Besides, because of the war, the world fell into an economic crisis, also when they exported inflation to the countries that were their debtors.
274  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many crypto wallets do you own? on: March 05, 2023, 02:16:38 AM
Am having two bitcoin wallets, the first one is with the centralized crypto exchange, which i use occassionally for the exchange whenever i needed to spend in fiat while the second one is a decentralized bitcoin wallet with electrum, which is an open source cold storage for keeping my bitcoin over a long time, it serve the purpose of bank and i prefer it than using a centralized institution like bank, i have full control over my finances with the bitcoin wallet i use and get satisfied.
Since when is an exchange considered a wallet? Anyway, for Bitcoin, I've stuck with Electrum; it's a simple non-custodial desktop wallet, but I'm planning to purchase a hardware wallet soon enough. They're much safer and not expensive at all. I'm also using Metamask, where I keep my stablecoins and some of my BNB; the rest, which is a small amount, is on Binance.

don't consider CEXs your alternative wallet. they are more prone to hacking and other fraudulent events as they are the target of most scammers or hackers. much better if you will use noncustodial wallet such as electrum. if you put some of your funds in CEX, you are subjecting your funds to unexpected circumstances such as hacking or abandonment of the owners from their platform. if you have your own keys, you can also pretty much sleep peacefully, knowing that you have full control of your funds.

All contain risks, nothing to ensure your property is safe when you have full control of your money. The exchange was attacked because they held too much property, so it was easy to become the target of hackers, I am confident that they have hundreds of times better than you. If we keep the property in the non-custodial wallet, there are risks such as losing the private key due to accidents, natural disasters, fire ... all are risky, do not be too subjective.
275  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the easiest way to explain bitcoin to a regular person? on: March 05, 2023, 02:05:50 AM
I think the best possible thing to do is to share Andreas Antonopoulos YouTube videos about bitcoin. When I discovered bitcoin sometime around 2014ish, I was told to watch his videos and that he would in a simple manner teach me about bitcoin and it’s inner workings. I also read his book, Mastering Bitcoin. Im not very technical, so I didn’t understand like 75% of it, but the other 25% did teach me quite a bit.

Here’s an introduction to bitcoin video by Andreas - https://youtu.be/l1si5ZWLgy0

That's how people can understand bitcoin well, we can't explain bitcoin to someone with just words. Bitcoin is not too difficult to understand, but it is not simple either, so a suitable method is needed. We also have to watch youtube videos to understand bitcoin, so why not use this way to make people understand bitcoin?
276  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How will you feel when your government make BTC legal? on: March 05, 2023, 01:59:32 AM
My way to class this morning with some of my lovely course mate, someone raise this question that if our government decide to adopt BTC or make BTC legal how will i feel? I told him that the day our government will announce that BTC is now fully legalized in the country, I will throw a big party to host all the bitcoiners in my environment to join me to celebrate. If your government decide to adopt BTC or make BTC legal in your country, how will you feel?  Will you be among the people that will be angry because i know there are some people in our various places that think BTC is a scam digital currency which is not true, will you go to make them to understand it better in a positive way?

To be honest, I really don't care whether the government will accept Bitcoin. Because I use Bitcoin as an investment, a place to store assets, and I don't want anyone to know it, whether the government is legal or not, I have never cared. I am wondering, people always praise Bitcoin's privacy but everyone wants the government to accept it. How, when Bitcoin is widely used, will it get privacy?
277  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: March 04, 2023, 12:57:36 PM
Yesterday, Borussia Dortmund had a hard time in the second half against RB Leipzig, but in the end they managed to keep their lead and they are currently at the top of the table. Today, Bayern Munich and Union Berlin will want to make up for the losses to the leader. Both teams are playing against much weaker opponents, so I think they will get 3 points each and it will be very tight at the top of the table again.

Dortmund had a great performance against Leipzig and they won 2-1. By winning this match, the Dortmund team managed to occupy the top spot in the table. If Bayern Munich can't win against Stuttgart today, Dortmund will be at the top of the table. And if Bayern Munich gets 3 points, Munich will be able to regain the top spot in the table. On the other hand, Union Berlin will play today against Koln. Berlin is not in good form right now. So Berlin has the possibility of losing points in today's match.
278  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 04, 2023, 12:50:49 PM
The match between Manchester City and Newcastle United promises to be very interesting. The visitors have been in a weaker form lately, they haven't won the last 4 matches, but today they will certainly be well prepared. I'm counting on a good show and a lot of goals, I bet over 2.5 goals.

Newcastle started the season well. But now they are not in the truck. Newcastle's performances have been poor in the last few matches and they have dropped points. It is very difficult for them to win against Manchester City in such a situation. I consider Manchester City as the favorite in this match and I am betting on Manchester City to win. My guess is City will win the match either 2-0 or 3-1.
Phil Foden scored a goal from Rodri's pass in the 15th minute to give Manchester United the lead. Manchester City is playing attacking today from the beginning of the match.
279  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: March 04, 2023, 12:44:57 PM
Paris saint Germain will play against nantes tomorrow in their stadium and this is the last match before the second keg against Bayern munchen, wining this match and scoring many goals will certainly give the team so much confidence for Wednesday match, i believe psg isn't yet elimination and Wednesday match will bring some surprises to psg fans
After that fixture with Nantes, the next match of PSG in the Champions League. Don't you think otherwise that they will like to reserve their good players such as messi and mbappe for the Champions League. They really have to reserve this players because Neymar Junior is already injured, and if Messi or Mbappe get injured again. It will be a difficult match for PSG to contend.
So you might not witness many goals in that match as usual.
I agree with you that it is possible for Paris Saint Germain to rest their main players so they can be fitter for their Champions League second leg clash. Don't mean to belittle Nantes, but it looks like they can beat them without some of their star players. I believe they are more focused on the Champions League matches than in Ligue 1, because their main target this season is to win the Champions League title they have wanted for a long time.

PSG coaches may need to rest their key players. Because PSG needs a full-strength squad against Bayern Munich. If a key player suffers an injury against Nantes, it will be more difficult to perform well against Bayern Munich. Nantes' team should not be considered weak. However, if PSG forms a second team, and plays defensively, then PSG has the potential to score points in this match. Galtier should now focus on Champions League matches and rest the squad's star players.

These are tactics to gather more and more people for audiences to attract their interest in WIPL ( cheap tickets, giving tickets for free) as its new   women's will definitely come to watch to support .
This should be a motivating factor for rest of Asian countries to organize their women leagues.
Yes, mostly members here are feeling good tactics from BCCI, but I have feeling they are known how to sell their products because they are already had more than their expectations from media rights so allowing women's free is surely not bad even they can go through with this idea for the next four yeas as well because this will give good encouragement to women's, and they will also have the good number of fans in grounds which will be also good to watch on media.
Now wait is just how things will happen in this first edition because environment is very exciting and players are also desperately waiting for this big movement in Indian cricket history for me in next cycle they will be able to have their figures into INR 1500 crores because exciting is good round for the WPL start.
Today's is the first match of WPL starting in few hours between Gujrat Gaints and Mumbai Indians , many international players are also participating in this first edition of WPL.  This is start of a new era of cricket and hoping that this era will have positive effects on rest of the world women teams.

I am eagerly waiting to watch this match. A new era of women's cricket is about to begin. I am not worried about how they will perform. However, this will increase the acceptance of women's cricket. At the same time, women's cricket will become more popular in the Indian subcontinent. And the WPL is organized to increase the popularity of women's cricket.
