Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are meme tokens dangerous or moon

JSHIBA will not be able to have a large community like SHIBA because there are dozens of coin memes following the success of DOGE and SHIBA. If you couldn't be an early investor when the project just launched, stop dreaming of getting rich when the market works on a pump and dumping mechanism, so don't try to follow the trend when you arrived late.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Now is the best time to invest in Bitcoin
|
on: June 14, 2021, 03:05:22 PM

The biggest upgrade we've seen since 2017 is Segwit. After activating the upgrade, Bitcoin increased in value significantly. This time it's the Taproot upgrade in November of this year. The good news comes when El Salvador accepts Bitcoin payments for every item in the country. TESLA accepts Bitcoin again when it reaches 50% of Bitcoin mined with renewable energy. Today, Microstrategy bought $500 million. I have a feeling right now is the best price we can afford.

The growth of coin memes stemmed from the hype of Elon Musk. Doge started moving and making huge profits, other coin memes were formed and attracted people's interest. A wave of meme coin investments is underway. Overall, the market is in a bull market so all altcoins have movement, so money flows through more cryptos. If another bear cycle occurs, will we still see meme coins next bull run? I think most likely not.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Using renewable resources in Bitcoin Mining
|
on: June 13, 2021, 02:11:25 PM

The fact that El Salvador accepts Bitcoin and uses renewable energy to mine them is a good sign. They adopt Bitcoin and renewable energy, which makes it impossible for other countries to have any criticism because they do not destroy the environment. Other countries around the world will probably follow El Salvador in national monetary reform. By then, the Bitcoin market can surpass the $65k ATH mark.

Lower transaction costs are not a good sign for the market and DEFI has also cooled down now. Cryptocurrency projects started to drop in price as the BTC.D domain increased. Bitcoin is sideways and that upsets traders. To conclude where the market is going, it is necessary to look at which pattern the Bitcoin chart breaks. Hopefully, we will continue to see Bitcoin rise and altcoins follow suit.

Banana or Banano?
He means about banana. Banana was a ticker that used by the apeswap. I think that there's no banano token but i may be wrong about this. Apeswap was a new swap platform on the binance smartchain and that already got massive demand by the users. it seems like more and more people are seeing banana as a potential coin to invest. that's why he was picking up banna APESWAP is a project developed from the source code of CAKESWAP but they have refined and developed in their own directions. They have strong partners with many different projects and a commitment to burn weekly governance tokens. The total capitalization, TVL and trading volume of this project increased rapidly after a few months of launch. This is a successful project. In addition, I find SAFEMOON to be a good project as it brings great decentralization. They have more than 1 million token holding addresses, with a clear roadmap. SAFEMOON has grown thousands of times since its launch and brought wealth to many early investors.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China's official view of El Salvador

Wang Yongli, Former Vice President of Bank of China: Countries that lack sovereign currencies will not succeed in using cryptocurrencies as legal tender.
Wang Yongli, former vice president of Bank of China and chief economist of Shenzhen Neptunus Group, pointed out in an interview. Some countries lacking a sovereign currency lack the most basic understanding of currency, and use fully decentralized digital encrypted assets such as Bitcoin as legal tender. The economic and social operations will be severely disrupted due to its own price fluctuations. The country has no means of control and can only go to destruction on its own.
I think his statement is unreasonable.
Exchange rate fluctuations do not affect instant transactions as Bitcoin is only a unit of spot payment. If people don't want to hold Bitcoin they can convert to other currencies, the government doesn't force them to hold. The demand for Bitcoin is increasing so the long-term exchange rate volatility is positive and it is good for holding and accumulating. The Chinese spokesman's statement is just a cover-up and it is not reasonable.

Economy / Economics / Re: Trump regrets not banning twitter as he hails Nigerian government for doing so
|
on: June 11, 2021, 01:47:05 AM

Social networks should be strictly regulated and censored so that the news is not true and does not incorporate one-sided propaganda claims. Twitter violated laws that the Nigerian government banned such as racism and genocide. As for Trump's statements, incumbent statements about democracy are common political ploys to carry out American propaganda plots. Trump's recent statement was angry about not being elected president. He also used the money to hire ads on social networking sites to win the presidential election.

The list focuses too much on TOP altcoins and it looks too safe because those altcoins will move together. Think of the lower-ranked altcoins as they have a lot more potential for growth. Spend about 10% of your assets in USDT as the market may crash in the short term. That's your chance to buy the dip.
it looks like multifold leverage has the potential to occur in low-priced assets with high popularity. we can see how BNB designs their development well every year and it's not in a short time. There is also Dogecoin which may surprise many people. and right now I'm actually looking at new coins and tokens that have the potential 4-5 years in the future. just look at TKO, SFP, SOL, and SHIB. I love them and some are in my wallet. I don't think DOGE or SHIB are good options for long-term holding as they are very large caps at the moment. Those are meme coins, the meme trend can end at any time. SOL is already TOP altcoin with over $9 billion market cap so profit potential won't be good. We can hold low-cap altcoins but should only spend a small part of the assets because of their high level of risk.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does UBER accept bitcoin in 'El Salvador'?
|
on: June 10, 2021, 01:23:59 PM
|
Bitcoin is a legal payment in this country, all businesses in this country will gradually integrate Bitcoin if it is required. The problem is whether people accept a large fee to pay Bitcoin or not. Uber is a payment receiver, so they are not responsible for the payment process. It is their responsibility to upgrade the application so that it becomes a Bitcoin wallet.

I own 11 - I don't count the stablecoin USDC
I don't own two in the list below, but if I do buy them I will use the Percentage.
9.7% Bitcoin Cash 40.1% Bitcoin 37.8% ETH 1.8% ADA 7.0% Atom 1.0% EOS 1.0% CRV 1.5% Link 2.1% MATIC 1.9% SOL - don't own yet 0.4% VET - don't own yet 0.3% USDC 1.5% DOT 1.1% XLM

on: June 10, 2021, 12:53:56 PM

I remember wannacry in 2017, Bitcoin also reached ATH at the end of 2017. Hacking companies over a computer network is also a way to promote Bitcoin to people around the world. Bitcoin is a global currency and it needs more attention. In data attacks that require payment in Bitcoin, the problem is not with Bitcoin because it is only a payment unit. The problem lies in how to set up the data encryption protocol to blackmail, so that's the job of cybersecurity organizations. We should not blame Bitcoin.

We often act according to what we think so the results are often wrong. Buy low sell high is the simplest investment strategy that we can apply in any market. Taking profit is always the right and necessary thing for any investment.

Economy / Economics / Re: How to protect from inflation?
|
on: June 09, 2021, 01:56:28 PM
|
To avoid inflation, we need to understand it and have a plan to avoid it. Personally, I would diversify my holdings to never put all my eggs in one place. For a business, inflation occurs unexpectedly and is more difficult to control. Many businesses have gone bankrupt because of inflation. Small and medium enterprises are easy to go bankrupt because their business is not always favorable.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are all altcoins dependent on Bitcoin?
|
on: June 09, 2021, 12:51:51 PM

Most altcoins are dependent on the movement of Bitcoin. You can see the market moving with Bitcoin in the past days when Bitcoin continuously dropped in price and today when Bitcoin bounced to $35k, altcoins have gradually recovered. Some altcoins move because of the news and teams that manipulate the value so they chart differently than Bitcoin. Most of them move with Bitcoin as a whole.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Discipline hodling altcoins in the face of challenges.
|
on: June 03, 2021, 04:47:55 AM
|
In addition to discipline, experience and spare funds beyond established altcoins are also important. I see people going all in for one crypto will cut their losses because he wants to invest in another crypto with higher returns. People who have a lot of money to spare can also ignore the money they have bought for long-term holding. They have more money so their mind is better. Those who have experienced a bear market will have a different way of holding than newcomers because their psychology is stable, they are more experienced.
