Good morn Bitcoinland.
Ninety ninety-three dollars.
(Bitcoinaverage).

Barted right back up
To where it was on Wednesday
That didn't take long.

Good morning Bitcoinland. Welcome from sunny Playa del Carmen.

Did it again. Landed here Thursday and the price immediately fell by $500... currently. $8777usd/$11611cad (Bitcoinaverage).

Sorry folks. I really have no control over this shit.

I'll be flying back up around December 1. Hopefully it'll go back up by then.
2223  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 04, 2019, 07:23:10 PM
But what does ATH means here. A moment when price will reach over old ATH of 20k and make new all time high, or ATH of the new bitcoin cycle?  I voted 2022 for the second. But I believe that Bitcoin will reach $20k much earlier then that.

As soon as we pass the current ATH it will be a be a new ATH.

The next "cycle" as you put it will be just one of many.

Who knows what the eventual ATH will be measured in USD. It will probably not matter when the old USD is as insignificant as the old Zimbabwean dollar or the old Mexican peso.

The worth of Bitcoin will be measured in something more concrete like the price of drinking water.

Good morn Bitcoinland.
Nine-one-nine-five US bucks
(Bitcoinaverage).

Are Sunday haikus
Still a Wall Observer thing?
I hope they still are.
_____

It's getting colder
Up here now in Toronto
It's time to go south.

I'm getting ready
To fly down to Mexico
This coming Thursday.

I hope it's not like
Last year when the Bitcoin price
Traveled south with me.

But more like last spring
When it rose when I went south
Wait and see, I guess.
____

I thank you Bitcoin
For the freedom to escape
Whenever I want.

And the chance to live
Happily ever after.
Go go Bitcoin go.

Gut-bacteria is informing me we are likely to be testing $10k by Friday.

Gotta trust those lactobacteria.  Cool

Hope you're not still considering selling any of your precious bitcoins based on price rather than on need.

Brilliant ! I imagine the plants cure quite quickly Wink

It might also decarboxylate the cannabinoids, depending on how hot the miners are.

Good morning Bitcoinland.

Interesting night last night. Up $300 then down $500... current price $8351USD/$11038CAD (Bitcoinaverage).

Volatile enough for ya?

Trezor (security by open-source) or Ledger (security by obscurity)?

which do you prefer?

I prefer multiple cold storage ("paper") wallets.

I do have a Trezor though. Almost never use it. Keep less than 30 coins on it. Too much trouble.

#nohomo usage in WO might have a history which I don't know. Maybe someone else can help.

It was first used by an openly gay WOer to indicate non-sexuality in posts to heterosexual members and spread from there.

Good morn Bitcoinland.
Eight-zero-seven-five bucks
(Bitcoinaverage).

The quest for eight grand
Goes for yet another day.
I need more coffee!

Do you know what a tie and a collar has in common? Only dogs and slaves wear them. A tie around your neck, you know what to do and what not to. Just like a dog. Come, go, eat, shit and...

I don't remember when was the last time I had to wear a tie. Feels free man. (even though i am not free)

The real purpose of a necktie is to reduce the flow of oxygenated blood to the brain. It helps keep the minions in line.
2237  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 05, 2019, 12:47:12 PM
Good morning Bitcoinland.

Sideways 'r' us... currently $8116USD/$10808XAD (Bitcoinaverage)

Do we really have to wait until November to start the journey upward?

Come on you people, these haiku are utter shit, it's got boring now.

Nice haiku V8
But you forgot to space all
The three lines apart.

2238  Economy / Speculation / Re: Q4 -Quarter 4 speculation thread, where will 2019 end, join the LIST on: October 03, 2019, 03:44:14 PM
Put me in for $16990.

I figure we'll rally in Nov/Dec but fall just short of an ATH and then dip by a grand or two.
_________

One-six-nine-ninety
Autumn rally will fall just short
And then dip slightly.
2239  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 28, 2019, 11:43:36 AM
Good morning Bitcoinland.

Still going sideways I see... currently $8181USD/$10835CAD (Bitcoinaverage).

Ho hum.

Caring about the environment is for pussies. You're supposed to eat raw meat and fart diesel fumes if you want to be a right wing Alpha in this day and age. If you want to prove yourself go bleach a coral reef and burn down a rain forest.

Hey. Don't denigrate raw meat.

I love raw meat and I'm not some knuckle-walking conservative redneck. Not some politically correct goody-two-shoes liberal either.

Alphas have better things to do with their time than waste it on politics.

Good morning Bitcoinland.

The battle for $8k continues... currently $7969USD/$10555SAD (Bitcoinaverage).

Seems like only last week we were battling for $10k. Oh yeah, it was just last week.

Shit happens. Hopefully I won't have to buy any fiat for month-end expenses.

Go Bitcoin go.

I think Schlitzie was a guy.

Indeed. Born Sept 10, 1901 in the Bronx possibly as Simon Metz but dressed and billed as a woman for theatrical reasons.

In Todd Browning's "Freaks" she was always referred to as a female but later in life he was billed as a male. I still remember the barker's spiel: "Schlitzie is here! Schlitzie wants to see you! Is he a man or is he a monkey? He has a head shaped like a a coconut... turned upside down!" She still wore the pretty little frocks though.

IRL he was pretty androgynous. Apparently those close to her called her "he" and "she" interchangeably. She always struck me as more feminine than masculine so this is why I called him "she".

It seems strange in this age when people think they can choose their "gender" by what they identify with, that there was a time when it was chosen by other people.
