On Dec 2nd your shares will be auto tendered to AMC-TENDER/Ken by Ukyo.

Ken will be able to process them and hold them for you just like anyone else's shares BUT there may be delays involved as he has other work to do. This is why you should keep trying to tender before the cut-off date.

No-one will lose their shares, but they may experience delays in getting access to them on a new exchange.

He has 400k shares OFCOURSE he's not going to troll!!

Hey Bargraphics you seem to want everyone to go away so you can have the thread to yourself yet you are too up yourself to answer the request for help from technogov.
1144  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: November 09, 2013, 11:24:03 PM
Its too late to back out now sum zero lol. You can't sell your 400k of shares no one is going to buy them on BF not enough buyers.

Nothing you do or say now will change anything its way too late in the day. The announcement is coming like it or not.

Any more drama queens going to do a public about face and tantrum like a little girl? Quite a list now.
1145  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: November 09, 2013, 11:11:42 PM
neo bee? Jesus

Half its IPO is unsold.
Its share price is not far off half its IPO level.
It doesn't have a banking licence to operate.
Its CEO was asked about the progress on licencing two days ago, he refused to answer.
It won't get a banking licence because they would suck money away from the traditional Cypriot banks that need the depositors to return to provide capital to support business loans and raise taxation funds.
No one is going to use neobee because no one is going to spend  btc on milk, news papers or fuel while it appreciates by 10% a week or even month.

Neo Bee has no future. ACtM at least has that.

1146  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: November 09, 2013, 02:56:38 PM
I'd like to apologize if I came off as rude or hostile.

Cheers.

This is the ACtM thread dude, wtf is wrong with you.

You need to man-up and tell someone to FO. That's the way it rolls round here.
1147  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: November 09, 2013, 12:22:03 AM
I love you all too. Sniff.

If this all goes down the shitter, can we have this as the ACtM Support Group theme tune?

It's Friday kids. That means EVERYONE on BITFUNDER now has SIX days to tender their shares before the CUT-OFF DATE.

This is how you do that

Log in to BF.
Go to the 'Transfer' page.
Select 'ActiveMining' shares.
Select amount - (all your shares)
Input AMC-TENDER into Username box
Click TRANSFER.

Before you do that, go to the 'Settings' page and make sure your 'Public Bitcoin Address' is one that you can sign from -  eg a Blockchain Wallet- https://blockchain.info/wallet

Take a screenshot of your tender confirmation page and save it. You do not need to email or PM Ken. You may be asked at some point in the future to sign from your wallet address (with your Bitfunder name) to prove you are the owner of that address.

Easy enough?

1149  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: November 08, 2013, 09:20:02 PM

I will have to wait until the deadline, so that everyone receives their dividends.

What deadline are we waiting for? Time / Date please .

All shares on Bitfunder should be transfered to AMC-TENDER within the next few days.

Instead of posting a question on this, which took you 30seconds and then waiting 3hours for a reply, you could have had a look at Ken's post page/Official ACtM post page and found the announcement a few posts down. That would have taken you about a minute.
1150  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: November 06, 2013, 09:12:17 PM
without question the prices of ACTM machines will need to drop by the end of the year, I think everyone knows this. What we don't know how thin the margins already are.

If the price of one BTC is up (by quite a bit) from when the price of the machines were already set. Then why does the price of the machine need to go down? Won't they now mine more BTC than they are worth.

For Example if you could buy a machine for $1000 that mined 10 BTC in its lifetime with BTC at $100 each, and then BTC now is worth $200 each, wouldn't the price of the machine be a much better deal than before, and actually should cost more, not less?

Yeah that's what I was thinking, are we purely doing ROI based on bitcoin amount? Or does the fiat value of bitcoin come into play as well…

At some point, as fiat value keeps going up, these machines are more valuable indeed… and more in demand.

Computer processing power rises exponentially.  Mining difficulty rises exponentially.  Cost of hardware undergoes exponential decay.  Bitcoin value rises exponentially.  We become rich beyond our wildest dreams and plug straight into the matrix.

Welcome to the singularity.

ha ha ha I want a pint of what your drinking.  Cheesy
It's a nice scenario!

A lot of you silly posters on here are forgetting - we are a mining company FIRST and a mining hardware seller to retail/bulk chip buyers SECOND.

So........
(please read this slowly if you are a regular forum poster) we make money if we can pump out large chip numbers, get them super glued to boards and start them mining.

IN SUMMARY:

Can we get enough chip volume from eASIC - I'd say CHECK

Do we have enough glue for chip assembly? CHECK

What about an internet connection??? OHHHHHHH SHIT!

SOMEONE PLEASE get on to AOL!
1151  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: November 06, 2013, 12:58:24 PM
but coming on here to play the company down at the same time is wrong.

If this is how it looks from your side then I guess I need to learn to communicate a lot better.

I would just say to you that talking about 'bag holding', offering an unreasonably low price, and suggesting price might be a lot lower than today, then coming on here and saying all we do is bitch and speculate when in fact this thread has been good for weeks with lots of comms from Ken IS good communication. You knew exactly what you were doing.

Now take a chill pill. You have lasted this long and we are about to explode. Big news this month, that is from Ken, it was on here 2 days or so ago.

1152  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: November 06, 2013, 12:35:39 PM
Well I fixed the thread over there because I was being a bit of a jerk. Sorry I am not in a good space at the moment.

I am sorry.

I appreciate a turn around like that - but you got no takers anyway.

Offering to buy shares is not wrong (at any price it's a free world) but coming on here to play the company down at the same time is wrong.
Apology accepted (by me anyway).
1153  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: November 06, 2013, 12:31:07 PM

eASIC are using a novel process they have not yet mastered, this is their first 28nm chip.

Santa Clara, CA – September 9, 2013 – eASIC® Corporation, a leading provider of Single Mask Adaptable ASIC™ devices today announced that it has closed a $23.5M growth capital financing. The funding includes investment from Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers, Crescendo Ventures, Seagate Technology and Evergreen Partners. eASIC® will use the capital to fund expansion of its US and European development organizations and to provide working capital associated with the fast-growing demand for its Single Mask Adaptable ASIC devices.

So 2months ago these major/global names backed the eASIC chip production technology (undoubtedly 28nm) to the tune of 23 Mill USD. Do you really question their expertise in the field?
1154  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: November 06, 2013, 12:20:36 PM
no eASIC and $1,000 Bitcoins will destroy this stock,

What planet do you live on?

eASIC are making our chips - that is official, 100% guaranteed.

1kUSD by year end would be great for this company. You are insane?

Banking on a new era with deep cuts
Angel Aggelodimou | 04 November 2013, 7:51 inbusiness

A number of measures should be taken to get back on the right track by the banking sector in Cyprus recorded in the report of the Independent Commission on the Future of the Cyprus banking sector, while the Bank of Cyprus and the Greek engage in race to achieve the notorious consolidation
"While the list of recommendations may seem scary, Cyprus has the strength to face all the challenges," were the words of the President of the Commission on the Future of the Cyprus banking sector NteivintLassels. Assisted by the other three members of the Committee, George Charalambous NteivintGkrin and Pierre de MEP, Mr. Lassels presented a few days ago the Commission's findings and its recommendations. As said, Cyprus is not the only country facing these issues, however, the banking crisis contains lessons that can help improve international practices in areas such as management of large banking systems and the recovery from the crisis. The current lack of depositor confidence in banks because of the bail-in is the major issue facing the banking industry. The steady migration of deposits continues, despite the existence of capital controls, noted with emphasis Mr. Lassels.
The Commission believes that the best way to restore confidence in a reasonable time, it is the Government to issue government guaranteed all deposits in local banks, and so it must be underpinned by a commitment by the European authorities that will provide the necessary capital and liquidity support. "Without such a guarantee, the uncertainty will continue to affect the local banks and the economy, causing unnecessary damage, for example by restricting the flow of lending and savings."

In this unique and extreme local climate with Cypriot banks closing down branches due to depositor flight how likely are the Cypriot Government to grant a Bitcoin bank an operating licence? They are desperate to get their own banks liquid again and servicing the business and domestic economy with loans and for that to happen they need Cypriot depositors to return.

So a simple question - in what way would granting Neo+Bee freedom to operate help the desperate situation in Cyprus for it's Government and business sector?

Can anyone inform me if Ken has officially announced what to do with our shares on bitfunder?

I know he has an exchange in the works but with the looming Nov 1 deadline I need to get my bitfunder shares out ASAP!

Posts from Ken: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1707;sa=showPosts

Thanks, tendered to AMC-TENDER - feels very worrisome but I trust ken.

Are there any other precautions I should take.  I have set up my bitfunder with a bitcoin address that I control and can sign from.

EDIT:  And just to be absolutely sure, is this the address that is important?

yes that's the one. that address shows on this public list: https://bitfunder.com/assetlist, prior to tendering your shares

EDIT:
I also PM'd Ken the transfer timestamp, my public bitcoin address and number of shares…

Yes, everyone should have a public bitcoin address that they can sign.

Also keep a full screenshot showing your bitfunder username, and the transfer transaction of the transfer to AMC-TENDER.

This is your proof of the number of shares transferred.

We may need you to send a message from that public bitcoin address with the details of your transfer at a future time.

Please don't PM your transfer information.

1158  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: November 05, 2013, 09:17:44 PM
At this time all shareholders should follow the procedure for transferring shares to AMC-TENDER.

OK guys, get to it. You have a week to tender - all BF holders.
1159  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: November 05, 2013, 08:54:10 PM
Also knybe - Ken said on here yesterday (or the day before) that BF holders will get divs verified OR non-verified.

So there is still no direct need to panic-tender to Ken, we need to see what his announcement is first.

EDIT
- sumzero and knybe break it up, no need for that, shake and make up. I command you.
1160  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: November 05, 2013, 08:51:04 PM
Put me back on ignore please and stop inciting panic where calm heads are called for.

shhhh… truth hurts.

question: if you've been told that BitFunder is closing AND you've previously been asked to push your shares to AMC-TENDER… than why haven't you?

-BitFunder users are encouraged to transfer their shares from the BitFunder site to the respective issuer(s) no later than December 1, 2013.

knybe, you are being overly dramatic - well over 3weeks before the site closes, and when it does close shares are auto-tended to the issuer.
