Hallucinations, by definition, aren't real. What he experiances was akin to a drug trip.

his brain shut down and probably flooded his system with endorphins, dopamine, seratonin, and other hormones. He hallucinated in a similar fashion as when a heavy pscychadelic ( like dmt) is taken.

We already know what happens in the afterlife.  Your body decomposes and eventually gets reused for something else.

Detroit is scarier than any zombie apocalypse...the cops are now passing out "enter Detroit at your own risk" flyers because they can no longer protect the city.
845  Economy / Lending / Re: 3000-6000 BTC loan - Hookah Lounge - 9/18/12 Update on: October 08, 2012, 07:26:50 PM
Thanks for the post, farlack.

Repentance, I didn't decide that, fate did.  I'm not even seeking donations, two parties chose to donate to me.  The hookah lounge will come, when the time is right.

Im guessing the "two parties" were your parents, and the "donation" was your allowance.

I wondered what happened to you.....

I'd go.

Looks like the first debate didn't change much for the two major parties (at least here on bitcointalk) but the reaction to the Sesame Street thing has been pretty funny though

People are selling ad space in their signatures. You can cut off signatures in your profile settings if you don't want to see them.
852  Economy / Speculation / Re: [NEWS] Bit4x.com - First FOREX accepts bitcoin! - 1:1000 Leverage!!! on: October 02, 2012, 10:28:16 PM
I see.

I would recommend linking your liscensing info on the bit4x page as well. There are a ton of forex scams out there, and it looks suspicious when you don't have it conspicuously displayed.
853  Economy / Speculation / Re: [NEWS] Bit4x.com - First FOREX accepts bitcoin! - 1:1000 Leverage!!! on: October 02, 2012, 10:19:43 PM
So you are regulated by FSA. Can you link me to your liscense registry? No one in their right mind is going to open an account (much less give you money) if you aren't liscensed.

Edit:
I see venetfx liscense info on their site, but nothing on yours.
854  Economy / Speculation / Re: [NEWS] Bit4x.com - First FOREX accepts bitcoin! - 1:1000 Leverage!!! on: October 02, 2012, 10:01:43 PM
- We comply to all local regulations. Clients should be compliant with their local regulations.

- As for bucket shop, VenetFX connection to Currenex is provided by http://www.admd.com.

For your clients to comply, they need to know what country you operate from.

So you are a member of nfa and liscensed? If not you cannot do business in the USA (or with clients based in the USA). If not, are you liscensed by your countries regulatory body, and can you provide a link to your license registry?

The fact that you haven't listed these things on your site makes it look very suspicious.

Daytrading/swingtrading with low fees and without risking loss to my real investments.
856  Economy / Speculation / Re: [NEWS] Bit4x.com - First FOREX accepts bitcoin! - 1:1000 Leverage!!! on: October 02, 2012, 08:02:39 PM
Forex brokers have an INSANE amount of regulation that varies depending on what country you are in.  As a us citizen, I cant even trade with a couple of the major brokerage houses due to government regulations

I HIGHLY doubt bit4x meets the operating guidelines required by law of brokerage firms (meaning they can be shut down by government authorities)

That's IF they don't just run off with your money.

Be careful people.
857  Economy / Services / Re: Help us design this Tattoo... 1 BTC reward. on: October 02, 2012, 07:20:51 PM
Ive been a professional tattoo artist for close to a decade, so I'll give you a piece of advice:

Let your tattoo artist design it, he/she will be able to make any modifications you need for free (and if they cant, go somewhere else because the artist is subpar).

They will also be able to design it so that it fits her foot properly (generally that means drawing directly on the skin or taking a contour tracing directly from the body part) which has to be done in person. Otherwise the tattoo is going to end up looking like a stamp as opposed to flowing properly with the body.

In addition, without seeing the actual size you want the tattoo done (feet vary widely in size), you don't know what details you can get away with...for example, those negative space/skintone dots in the wing are likely too small to hold up any amount of time, and would be better left off...but its hard to tell without knowing the final size of the tattoo. I would change some of the line weights in the tail too depending on final size.

Hope that helps...just bring your drawing to your tattoo shop and save your money for the artists tip.

Yeah, that doesn't really take any pretending.

Well the major candidates are tied but fall short of the libertarian candidate and the comedy options.

Bumping for more voting....

Evolve, I don't know your nephew and I cannot speak on his behalf.  In my interaction with autistic children, they were functioning individuals, albeit different.  I'm not claiming to be an expert regarding autism, all I'm saying is that mental disorders spawn for a reason.  Cancer spawns for a reason.  Everything happens for a reason, and if we can figure out why things happen we can control the way things happen.  For example, cancer is caused by man made things, weakness in the soul gives the cancer power to grow.  Nature, cannabis, heal the soul and body.  I'm not saying weed would 'cure' an autistic child, though it's been found to help.  If we could have healthy souls as a species, sickness would be nonexistent.

Low functioning autistic kids often cannot communicate at all and some have mental retardation that prevents them from functioning on a basic level. I don't understand what is so hard for you to grasp. Even a cursory search on google would educate you to this simple fact.

And yes, it does have a cause, and its not magic and not a week soul.
