Hi all, Thank you for your messages. After reviewing this case, we can see that as mentioned: an account was opened, a deposit was made, and no bets were placed. Based on our review, KYC was requested due to suspected multi-accounting which was flagged by our internal systems. As stated in our Cloudbet terms and conditions7.1.10.2. Only one account per customer/IP/household is allowed. If you attempt and/or successfully open more than one account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any Cryptocurrency credited to your account frozen. Our team have reached out to the player privately, and hope to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Many thanks, Cloudbet Team

After almost 48 hours of begging they returned the money to the user on the site but put me in a new surprise and made the withdrawal fee 4 times more expensive for $ 50(it was 8$). Hope this time the withdrawal request will processes smooth and im done with this website forever.
Hi ChickenLegs, I'm very sorry you've had the experience you did. ETH gas price has skyrocketed in the past few days, and your withdrawal was initially broadcasted promptly, but with a gas price that ended up being too low to get it into a block. We had this issue for a number of customers, and I expect other operators and exchanges did too. We've had to drop those transactions and increase the withdrawal fee, as the gas price is much much higher. I know $50 is brutal and I wish we didn't have to, but it isn't up to us - those are current ETH gas prices. As soon as gas prices fall, we will drop our withdrawal fees. FYI the withdrawal fees are only to cover gas price - in fact we subsidise it. Sorry about your experience and I hope any future experiences with Cloudbet are more positive. Leandro

We’ve been fans of Stake and Sportsbet since they entered the bitcoin community.
Here's a few reasons that separates our book from the others.
- We have a wide coverage of markets, and often with the best odds. We regularly host zero margins promotions. - We are one of the few books in the world to offer API, enabling our players to automate their betting strategies. - We offer sports previews and data insights by bringing in top sports journalist and analysts. - We actively listen to our players, we constantly improve our site based on players feedback and requests.

Not sure if this has been asked before but was wondering why we only have two crypto coins with not so high transaction fees i.e bitcoin and bitcoin cash yet we have ethereum and five other erc20 tokens on the platform which have very high transaction fees regardless of amount, any chance we shall see coins with low transaction fees like doge, tron, ltc, dash etc?
Out of DOGE, DASH and LTC, which one do you want to see added first?

Hi Everyone!
Our player safety team is reviewing this account and we ask for the player's patience, please.
We would like to remind the player and the wider community about our terms around account usage:
7.1.10.2. Only one account per customer/IP/household is allowed. If you attempt and/or successfully open more than one account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended, or closed and any Cryptocurrency credited to your account frozen.
Account verifications may take longer in case of a breach in our Terms & Conditions, but we are doing everything we can to successfully finalize the process and inform the player at the earliest convenience.
Thanks for your comments!
Wishing you all a great week!

Hi roosbit, thanks for bringing this to our attention, introducing new coins to Cloudbet is one of our main focus in 2021. We shared a more comprehensive view of our 2021 plans in a recent interview with the Gambling News, feel free to have a read. Cloudbet,
Am still waiting. Been 24 days and am waiting for my withdrawal. Give me an answer so I can atleast move forward and get some action or something. It has all been fair on my part still you are keeping me waiting for my 25086 USDT.
Hi rajatabbey1234, our compliance team is following your case closely, you will receive an email from the support team as soon as the account verification has been fully completed.
