I'm also going to ask for an explanation for the delay as I don't like having our players left waiting when we pride ourselves on offering a fast efficient service - I'll let you know when I receive a response.

@CryptoBrainy Apologies for the slow response, I do try to check on BCT over the weekend whenever possible but usually just scan our active Cloudbet threads and PMs.

@Joel_Jantsen As mentioned by squatz1 above, it would make no sense for a sportsbook or casino to KYC active players to purposely delay withdrawals. If the withdrawals are going to be issued anyway after successful KYC, then all the website would have done is create a negative PR issue around the withdrawal without actually 'saving' any bankroll.

We were offering 100BTC limits on the World Cup final, so you can see our bankroll is definitely healthy enough not to worry about small withdrawals from regular players.

KYC is only used where our support teams have a legitimate concern, mostly around account security, although other factors can play a part (like AML laws).

Hope you all had a great weekend!  

Well, that was a pretty intense few days of Premiership action! Two of the chosen matches had red cards, and West Ham might have thrown away their only chance of 3 points for the next 4-5 games. A couple of you picked Chelsea to score 3, but weren't expecting Arsenal to make such a fight of it!

We only had one prize winner in the weekly competition, with USSENT picking up 6 points by predicting the exact results of the Leicester v Wolves and Cardiff v Newcastle games - congratulations and we'll be in touch to deliver your free spins soon!

Because there was so few weekly winners this week, I'm also going to give some spins away to Niya who came in for the first time and managed to hit 5 points!

AT101ET put in another solid performance, but the likes of USSENT and Sutters Mill are closing the gap fast!

EDIT: I've just received word that there was a site-wide issue that affected players trying to place bets on certain markets, but it was picked up after 5 minutes and has now been resolved by our teams.
