First of all, apologies for the slow response - as I've said before we don't have 24/7 coverage on BitcoinTalk so I've just got back to the office and seen all the threads and posts. I'm trying to catch up on the situation above now, but I'd like to firstly assure everyone that we are not 'disappearing' and the website downtime this morning was just for routine updates.

@Cloudbet_victim - I'm really sorry for the delay you have experienced with your withdrawal. Please let me assure you that we are not in the business of scamming bitcoin from our players - no company would last 5 years in a niche industry with those kind of practices.

I'm contacting our support teams at the moment to get an understanding of the situation and will get back to you as soon as possible with a response.

@4x4et - Our site was down this morning for an hour or two for routine maintenance, once again I would ask you to please stop spreading FUD.

@Angry0ne - Our teams are currently investigating the missing lines as reported by a few different players, but they are having trouble replicating the issue which is what is currently holding up the process. I'll get back to you asap with any updates they provide.

@IPTV_Destination - Really sorry that you have run into some delays with Tennis grading, it's an issue that we are currently working to resolve via our provider as a priority.

Despite the occasional delays we will always grade the games correctly, and you have received all of your winnings to date - so I'm a little confused at the scam accusation. Are you still waiting for grading on a specific event or a withdrawl of your winnings currently? If so please PM me the Bet ID and I'll investigate for you right away.

As for the loyalty points I believe there is a team tasked with a revamp of the scheme, I should hopefully have some news to share about that in the not too distant future.

Hope you had an awesome weekend full of international soccer action! (Because we all know the nations league is super important... )

I've just counted up all the points and updated the spreadsheets. This week was a tough one with some weird results cropping up, including the Netherlands beating the current world champions France, and Slovakia running riot over Ukraine at home. I was also expecting a lot more action in the Italy v Portugal game, which turned out to be a bore draw.

With that said, this week did produce a few high scoring players! Lite.Six came out swinging with 10 points from 3 exact score predictions as well as picking Nertherlands to win against France - top work! Other players who made the weekly prize board include Joshing with 9 points, and DIA7 with 8 points. I'll be in touch soon via DM to get your free spins delivered!




There's also been a fair few movers and shakers on the overall points table, with tomahawk9 taking the top spot with two strong performances over the last few weeks. Sorry for the lack of daily updates from me here this week, we've been pretty busy planning for the Bitcoin Cash Fork and resulting flame war between the two factions

I've just updated the spreadsheet and OP with the new entries, and sent out reminders for those that entered last week that haven't showed up yet.

Anyone planning to watch any matches live/on TV this weekend? I'll be heading to Brisbane Road tomorrow to watch the mighty Leyton Orient face Bromley in the national league, and on Sunday I've got time off from the usual family responsibilities to watch the England Game!

@viotiov - As far as I am aware we don't limit our players! One player won almost 50 BTC on a single roulette spin last week, and there's been plenty of other big casino and sportsbook winners recently that are still playing at Cloudbet without any limitations.

I'll pass on your details to our sportsbook team and ask them to investigate the cause of the missing games, this is similar to another recent report along the same lines so I want the issue identified ASAP, I'll feed back any information I receive to you directly.
