I have actually. Even in this very thread. There are some of my faves in my sig as well. In addition to Tek, Phs, Hbn, & Zeit, I like Mint, ECCoin, FLT, & BCX. I don't like momentum gambles on pump and dump coins, I like nice steady appreciation.

So people that are getting into next now without dumping 100BTC into it can actually get a share of the transaction fee pie? Kinda doubt it. If I wanted a rigged system that only rewards those on the top I'd stick with fiat. Nothing I can do about btc distribution at this point as it's the center of the crypto universe, but I can easily avoid poorly distributed alt coins. For me at least next is definitely one of these.
...and why was there ever a silly high manditory 1 nxt transaction fee? Someone coded it that way, I wonder if they also benefit from it?
Pass. There's plenty of variety in the alt coin scene. Next will go down in flames imo.

They broke up my significant(to me) withdrawal into two, but otherwise it went fine. Haven't tried transmitting to cryptsy. Their behavior has been rather creepy throughout this whole thing.

k.
*I* hated *MY* experience with next. Worst wallet experience I've had with any coin to date. Total buzzkill. Did I mention the totally unfair distribution model that only pays off early adopters? Pays them handsomely too with that STOOPID 1nxt min transaction fee.
pure. money. grab.
Easy pass.

Sweet! I managed to stack a few Zeits. Bring it on!

Hated next. Buggy wallets and a horrible distribution method that only pays the initial angel investors. Total pass. Their rabid fanbois buzzing all over preaching the gospel are a turn off as well...but maybe it's just me.

Just means they're now mining with their updated products and are therefore done with the "old crap" sierras. Might as well ship them to the people who paid for them last year now that they're nearly worthless. Wonderful bunch of people.

2,000,000 Zeitcoin bounty for the first working Zeitcoin windows wallet with working coin control functionality.
And another 2mil from me .. What's going on with the wallet? I built the original zeit coin wallet, but have not been around for a while. I know some other people have been in there since. What exactly is the problem? As mentioned, there is no problem. We just want coin control asap. It's important for a PoS wallet as you can use it to avoid the penalties that would normally occur with the default fifo system. It's a nice feature for PoW only coins, for PoS wallets, it should be manditory. Edit: BTW coin control was very recently added to the Mintcoin wallet. Mintcoin is the older brother of Zeitcoin and I believe the template upon which the coin was built? If that gives you any leads. Could be an easy 4m 5m Zeit. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=450381.0Edit 2: 1,000,000 additional Zeitcoin if you also update the OpenSSL implementation to latest code in the windows walletBounty claimed. Good to hear coindevcc. Are you able to add functions to wallets? I'd really like to see coin control functionality added to the Zeitcoin wallet as I feel it's an important feature for PoS coins.
Well, I will tell you one thing...the guy who built zeitcoin is pretty awesome And I bet that could be done. I have a lot of work on the go right now. Most coin work, or API work I do, I charge a rate for. If anyone wants ANYTHING done, contact me. You can view my other post in services if you want any more info. Cheers subtle enough? ;p

Then it seems like your next move is to refuse the shipment. They're counting on people just giving up. What a disgusting company.

Thanks @Varvarin for Your reply. But what if I don't keep my wallet open and only open it every couple days for it to sync? Also, is version v0.1.0.2 latest version and is heartbleed bug fixed in it? Hey waldistons, opening your wallet every couple days to let it sync and compete for stake is fine. I'm still on v0.1.0.2, but someone posted a few pages back that there'd be an updated wallet with an included OpenSSL update available.

The purpose of POS is to secure the network. POS reward is paid to secure the network by minting. High % return of POS is just a self-diluting game that puts a downward pressure on the coin's price, hence doesn't offer real return as "interest". What about this? Is this paragraph also correct in your opinion? The purpose of PO W is to secure the network. PO W reward is paid to secure the network by minting. High block reward of PO W is just a self-diluting game that puts a downward pressure on the coin's price, hence doesn't offer real return.

They have the in stock 1.6Th/s miners out on sale for $4799. Lots of people must have cancelled their order and requested a refund.
probably because KnCMiner just opened up sales of mini Neptune for $3500 at same speed and lower power consumption than cointerra's. Correction. Knc did *NOT* just open up sales of mini Neptunes. They opened up a NON-REFUNDABLE queue in which you may pay 100% of the price now and hopefully get your perishable product if and when they get around to building it.

Sounds like hashfast. What was your order #, if you don't mind saying?
|

A buddy of mine got his last Saturday. Been hashing at around 1.2-1.25TH daily he says. Any idea what his order # was? Mine's 1955 and I haven't seen anything from hashfail.
