I don't really understand how you can still be using Gox as an excuse for the refunds. First, it was pure incompetence to leave the coins on there. Second, this guy didn't even pay via coin. The logical extension to that is that he converted the fiat to coins so he could gamble on higher exchange rates. Privatized gains and socialized losses. Heads ks wins, tails his customers lose.

Slaughter's own words quoted above illustrate the problem perfectly. He KNOWS he owes this guy a refund, he KNOWS how much he owes the guy, but he still d1cks around with the guy's money. Bfl, hashfast, and VMC all pull this crap. It takes seconds to get your funds to them, but when it comes to a legitimate and legally mandated refund there suddenly seems to be no effective way to transfer funds and dozens of bs excuses why refunds are delayed. Noone should be doing business with any of these scammy companies. I have explained that the delay in refunds is due to our loss of bitcoins on MtGox. We intend to refund 100% of the money we owe to customers. K thanks for taking the time to explain. What he did wrong was ask for a refund before his wire transfer had cleared the bank. This caused his refund request to be rejected as the order had not been paid. Then, when his wire transfer cleared the bank it was not marked as accepted on his account, most likely due to his refund request above. Now, it took another month for his payment to be accepted on his account. Now, his refund request most likely was in limbo due to it being reject above. Now, when that was cleared up his refund request was on the bottom of the stack. Now, that is where it is now as we are waiting to start refunds again within the next week or so. That being said, since he complained the the Missouri Attorney General office, we had to pull his refund from the stack and respond to the Attorney Generals office. Therefore his refund is the very bottom of the stack. ...and this? If his refund request is valid and you KNOW his refund request is valid then why not just pay the guy? Why the circus with his valid request? Because Gox? You realize it looks retaliatory right? Wouldn't it be better to just pay him his money back and save your company the black eye? Also how could you be so shortsighted as to have your company's funds on Gox? Why weren't they in an offline cold wallet where they belong? Everyone knew gox was in trouble months ago.

Yes. Stay far away from coinex and cryptorush if you value your coins.

I prefer FIAT over random delusionary shitcoins I'll take the delusionary shitcoins. At least they're not 100% guaranteed to lose purchasing power year in and year out.

"The Scryptcat version of Bitcoin!"
How is this relevant to this thread?
|
|

whatev. You forgot the bilderbergs. If your ego requires that you make the thread about you then at least give those scumbags some love too.

What will we stuff strippers g-strings full of? You can always use monopoly money. It'll eventually be worth the same as fiat anyway. paper wallets?

Afraid?
Calm down?
lol
greed is ugly. I won't even bother with a response to picture puppet up there.
next is a 100% premined scam coin imo, so it's not a next vs them thing. I don't know anything about nem. Not in a big hurry to read up about it either with the creepy pumpers running all over.
|
|
|
These nem pumpers work overtime. This thing is still vapors and already has a bunch of lackeys running around yammering about how great it is. Should we go ahead and delete our btc wallets now guys?

Mmmmm yes guys I was trying to tell you guys but you threw my advice back at me I got rid of my 50 million at 3-4 satoshi if you guys had pm'd me sooner I could have helped you sell at the same price. But dont worry guys I forgive thea just have faith in me There will be plenty more oportunities in other coins and pumps, I wish to build a community that is of dedicated pumpers. who is with me?
you do realize that these pump and dump shemes that you are forcing PUMP GO GO GO can destroy Batcoin like the other coins , so i other words you have no good intention for batcoin other then make a quick profit , I was hoping for a healthy increase of the price so that batcoin has a future , but after the pump is over and people start to dump at any price, batcoin will die just like the rest of the coins With out any pumps batcoin would still be trading on tiny exchanges for 0.5 - 1 satoshis The money made from the pumping was used to get votes on minpal and cryptsy. Pumping the coin helps grow it and this pump was kinda slow over 2 months. If there was no pumper intervention batcoin would have died ages ago The problem isn't that there ARE pumps, the problem is that that's ALL there are is pumps. Batcoin should have died ages ago if this is all it's about.

lol thanx for the laugh buddy! Pretty sure the lizardmen at the fed, ecb, boe, etc as well as the political parasites in their pockets already know their favorite tool of economic enslavement is harmful and will eventually come to an end. They've got plenty of new schemes lined up to continue the oppression though. I doubt they're going to stop because we ask them to...even if we say please.

Crypsty is dying What makes you say that? They're gearing up to add fiat pairs just now. Seems like they're likely to see a large influx of fresh blood in the near future. Getting on cryptsy would be a nice move for flt imo.

Happy to be out of this stinker with a small gain. There are entirely too many worthy alt coins with actual development to waste time and funds on this pump and dump. Best of luck.

You know, I learned the hard way that HashFast are low-life scum but I never was one to accuse them of self-mining - it seemed like their problems were real that they probably just couldn't get it together enough to get shit out the door.
But looking at that VMC "set up guide". Wow. VMC is selling what are obviously Hashfast boards, with identical capacitors and other components, multiple Hashfast Rev stickers on them (the same board), and thermal paste already applied? Hundreds of these boards, allegedly?
Boy, it sure seems like used equipment to me. Coming direct from Hashfast to VMC?
Wow. This looks almost criminal. Screw arbitration. How about some time at San Quentin for these guys?
I was with you until you said ALMOST criminal.

S1s were selling like hotcakes, then they shipped batch 1 of their new s2, and now they're getting ready to ship batch 2 of s2. Probably safe to say they have all they can handle.
