A l'échelle personnelle ça n'a absolument aucun intérêt.

🌞Dear all,

🔹Some of you are concerned that we might be artificially inflating the trading volumes of ONEX on CryptoBridge. Just to clarify: one must distinguish between the normal practice of automated trading and fraudulent manipulations. Like the majority of popular crypto projects and exchanges, we do use bots. This practice is not only supported by the exchange – it is vital to the crypto exchange business. Indeed, any exchange wants to both be at the top of the ratings by volume and maximize its revenues, which come from transaction fees. That’s why all exchanges offer their own free bots.

🔹Analyze the trading structure of any popular exchange and you will find that it owes 90% of the volume to bots. What’s more, we can say without exaggeration that 99% of blockchain projects use automated trading tools. AI is the prime mover of crypto trading, and it’s only fair and reasonable. Thanks to bots, traders don’t have to spend days and nights staring into the screen and harming their health – instead, they can focus on what really matters in life.

🔹The OneExBit team always strives to stay on the front line of the crypto industry, so we are developing our own advanced trading bots. We are currently testing a few of them, and soon they will become available for purchase on our platform. OneExBit bots will become yet another tool for you to maximize your income. Stay tuned!

Here we go again with people not reading the topic and blindly applying when the thread gets bumped into first page.

3967  Economy / Reputation / Re: Iasenko's DT Negative/Positive feedback discussion thread. on: June 02, 2019, 10:31:10 AM
Another brand new account to post this non sense.

The defense saying "others are doing it too" does not hold.

Whoever is doing it is manipulating investors. You are the one manipulating here, do not try to inverse the roles.

3969  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Hhampuz embezzling signature campaign funds from BestMixer on: June 01, 2019, 08:03:08 PM
Separately, at the end of the day, the money in question belongs to BestMixer who hired Hhampuz to safeguard the money and spend it for advertising in a very particular way. Hhampuz received payment for this service. I see no benefit to BestMixer for Hhampuz moving the money or using it for his personal use. No, keeping its location secret will not benefit BestMixer because it’s exi is already public.

He could have moved it to a personal adress that is more secured for long term holding for bestmixer. Say a hardware device for instance.

Then again it is only a supposition as is everything you have against dear HHampuz.

Let it go man.
3970  Other / Meta / Re: A wave of bans: 400 yesterday, 300 the day before. What changed? on: June 01, 2019, 08:00:51 PM
I am mostly interested in the tool - the bot - used to actually report the plagiarists.

The who is mostly irrelevant, unless the who talks about said tool he/she/it uses.
3971  Other / Meta / Re: Proposal - Upgrade of the rank system on: June 01, 2019, 04:12:28 PM
I'm not saying they do need it.

I'm just saying that since 90%+ of users reach activity before merit, the activity barrier is somewhat redundant.

It's not like I am actively protesting for that change to happen. Just a healthy discussion Smiley

Thank you for your input.
3972  Other / Meta / Re: A wave of bans: 400 yesterday, 300 the day before. What changed? on: June 01, 2019, 03:47:35 PM
If you read Meta often enough, you'll have a pretty good idea. It's not my place to share this information.

Thank you for the data.

I have a pretty good idea, not sure though. I was wondering if that task might had been passed over to staff or not Smiley

3974  Other / Meta / Re: Proposal - Upgrade of the rank system on: June 01, 2019, 03:42:28 PM
It's always been like that: good posters always needed to earn Activity before their rank went up, even before we had Merit.

I'd say you are too young to use such sentences, but I have no clue what your actual age is.

A better way to make them stand out could be lowering the airdropped Merit, raising the bar for everyone instead of lowering it.

I'd like that too, but what is done is done, I don't see anyone getting demoted anytime soon.

Introduction of merit already rose the bar for everyone. Decreasing activity would only lower the bar to a very low amount of outstanding members. Not unlike yourself.

I don't feel that way. If there's going to be a new rank above Legendary, I expect to need at least 1.5 years (@2k Activity) or 4.5 years (@3k Activity) before I reach that.

Why should time even be relevant to this? I can see why it should be relevant in some extent, avoiding farming accounts, and or being of value for just a short amount of time before stopping and starting to shitpost, but 1000 days are a long time for the best among us.

I 'd love it if they could stand out more by becoming higher rank faster. Admittedly this is only about a small share of users.
3975  Other / Meta / Re: Proposal - Upgrade of the rank system on: June 01, 2019, 11:31:50 AM
This is the opposite of "the usual discussion" about ranks: usually the suggestion is to add a new rank, for instance with 2000 Activity and 2000 Merit.
Lowering the requirements for Legendary will only lead to more users with the same rank, while adding a new rank will make some users stand out again.

Both don't need to be exclusive.
And I get the utility of activity requirements from when it was the only requirement.

Now that you need merit, and that it is almost impossible to cheat your way up with merit abuse, activity's added value is fairly low.

This doesn't change your point that a new rank can be relevant.

Quick example: There are users that have 500+ merit but only like 200 activity. Why would they need to wait for the Hero rank. The added value they provide to the forum is already the one of a Hero member or even above.

I have the feeling that you want the highest ranks to be as elitist as possible, and I am wondering why. The ranks aren't exclusive. If a lot of members get enough merit/activity to reach it, why would that be a bad thing? Do you need to be part of the 1%?

3977  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Hhampuz embezzling signature campaign funds from BestMixer on: June 01, 2019, 10:31:00 AM
You still fail to answer my question.

I'm not saying I know everything here, however you don't seem to be able to bring a solid statement about this either. I also doubt that QS is in a position in which he can give legal advice any better than most of us. But hey I am open to learn new things.

All I'm saying is that in Europe Bitcoin rulings have been dealt with differently than if it was money.

Also regarding kyc/aml you are right when buying gold from an institution, but you have the right to gift this gold to whoever you desire with 0 obligation except making sure you are not funding terrorism maybe. But if I wanted to gift my daughter a gold bar there would be exactly 0 issue in doing such thing.
3978  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Hhampuz embezzling signature campaign funds from BestMixer on: June 01, 2019, 10:03:46 AM
Legally speaking though in most countries it is equivalent though. You are the one who wanted to play lawyer here. While I don't agree with the premise of this thread itself, he does have a point regarding standards for abandoned funds.

Is it though?

In most european countries it is not. It is handled with like physical property. Maybe gold or physical money would be the closest comparison. Then again my understanding is if you leave a banknote with a friend and then disappear, you don't have to turn this bank note to the state.

Buy maybe I misunderstood the lawyer talk. Please enlighten me TecShare & Quicksie.
3979  Economy / Reputation / Re: Iasenko's DT Negative/Positive feedback discussion thread. on: June 01, 2019, 10:01:08 AM
Vod does not belong in control of anything even remotely security related.

I don't see how allowing people to add notes on bpip would give Vod any control of anything security related.
