Did satoshi circle start off as being part of satoshi dice?
1342  Economy / Investor-based games / "Investing" in ponzis is not a good idea. on: January 14, 2015, 02:46:24 AM
Since there are so many "honest ponzis" out there right now, I just thought I'd throw this out there:

  • You are not gambling, you are sending money to someone and hoping you get more back. There are no odds, no fairness.
  • Anyone can put up a blockchain API with a little bit of code and then just shut it down when they think they have enough money.
  • There are actual gambling websites out there...why would you take the chance on this when you can have actual odds with provable fairness

Make smart decisions. A fool and his money are quickly parted.

This site won't stay up for very long on free hosting.
1344  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: PonziCrypto.com | 130% Return | 100% Automated | Secure on: January 14, 2015, 12:29:25 AM
Don't send money to them unless you want to lose it.
1345  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: BTC-pyramid.com - The unique ponzi with a backup wallet of 300 btc. on: January 13, 2015, 11:04:08 PM
Anyone that has 300 BTC and does not know how to sign a message saying they own the wallet is probably not smart enough to keep it very long or is lying.
1346  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [PRE-ANN] Virtual Mining Game on: January 12, 2015, 03:16:01 AM
I always have fun with these types of games, and I'd love to see it when it comes out.

Just a pointer, I have yet to see something with "ponzi" in the name that has been a good idea to send money to.
1348  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: cryptonius.com - cryptonius.com BEST DOUBLER CRYPTOCURRENCY on: January 07, 2015, 12:07:06 PM
Another HYIP to not trust your money with.

Just got paid for the first time, thanks.
1350  Other / Off-topic / Re: Ask TF thread on: January 06, 2015, 03:50:42 AM
Why do you still linger around here? What is your purpose now? You seem to just like to antagonize people and it verges on trolling sometimes, though other times you also have some good input.
Thank you, an actual question! I'm still lingering around here because I'm still interested in Bitcoin, and what's happening with it and the community. It's not my intention to antagonize people (most of the time), although my style may result in people seeing it as trolling.

The reasons that have bought me into Bitcoin (namely, a decentralized way to send money, and be your own bank) has not changed. I'm still interested in Bitcoin.

I feel this is a wonderful reason to stick around.
1351  Bitcoin / Project Development / Node.js and Bitcoin on: January 06, 2015, 03:48:11 AM
Has anyone done any work with bitcoin backend with node.js? I'd be interested to know how many people use it and with what.
1352  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am pretty confident we are the new fiat slaves, gentlemen. on: January 06, 2015, 03:44:36 AM
I'm not so sure about one altcoin overcoming bitcoin. Bitcoin's been around for too long and nobody has even heard of almost any altcoins. An altcoin would have to REALLY bring something to the table to do anything.
1353  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] FaucetBOX.com - free API & faucet script, create your own crypto faucet on: January 06, 2015, 03:43:23 AM
Cool that you provide free faucet scripts with it.
1354  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: 3% btc profit every 10 days on: January 06, 2015, 03:42:08 AM
Don't send money here, that's just stupid. A fool and his money are quickly parted.
1355  Economy / Services / Re: Swap .... Coinwheel script for a NOMP Pool set up (Digi Ocean) on: January 06, 2015, 03:41:08 AM
Not interested but probably not a good idea to describe the product you're trying to trade as "ugly"
1356  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitstamp issues statement and temporarily suspends service on: January 06, 2015, 03:39:16 AM
Goddamnit, not again.
1357  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: CryptoDouble on: January 06, 2015, 03:38:22 AM
You really shouldn't be basing your investments based on how long you think a site will stay alive.
1358  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] CoinCheckIN.com - time based faucet ! up to 100,000 Satoshi / 5 min.! on: January 06, 2015, 03:35:44 AM
Interesting concept for a faucet, I like it.
1359  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Recovery program beginning in January for PB Mining customers. on: January 06, 2015, 03:27:33 AM
This is a real shame, I hate when things like this happen because I have no reason to trust anyone here but I want to give people the benefit of the doubt.
1360  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Starbucks egift cards balance: 20$, 50$ and 100$ on: January 06, 2015, 03:23:56 AM
So you're selling these cards for 25% of the balance?
