Hey guys, just wanted to say how this years International Dota 2 tournament (TI4) hit a prize pool of 10 million dollars. This is massive news for the gaming industry, as this smashes previous prize pool records. This will give at least a 4 million dollar prize to the winning team, and this is actually even a large prize pool for real sports. I think its even more than the fedex cup and the masters cup for golf.

Although if you are having connection problems, less shares could be submitted, leaving you with the same actual hashrate, but less shares submitted to the website, so the site thinks that you have less of a hashrate due to the less shares.

I am currently just holding my bitcoins, because in theory once the limit of the amount of bitcoins is reached, demand will indefinitely go up, increasing the price. Although I think that in the future bitcoin will need to stay at more or less a stable fixed price like CAD or USD. People don't want to randomly lose 25% of their entire bank account, and then have it go up later. Holding money shouldn't be gambling.

I lost 25% of my BTC holdings because of GHS. Shouldn't have done that...

Just don't say the address that this money is being stored on and they will have no way of recovering it without the private key.

Honestly I think this "war on drugs" is complete bullshit. I don't give a crap about gangsters in detroit taking drugs and ruining their lives, that's their problem and their choice. I don't care about some college kids smoking some marijuana. The fact that we spend billions on this war on drugs, and jailing these people is outrageous. Its your own choice to be taking these drugs.

Remember, the hash rate on the pool is not the actual hashrate you are getting, but it is calculated based on the amount of shares submitted. Check your mining configuration, and your internet connection.

I'm almost done implementing the provably fair number system, please don't bet, as your bet may be lost. I am also developing a signature system, where users can earn money placing a link to my website in their signature, and paid depending on their activity and post amount. I will probably put that system in place when more games are developed, and the website is almost finished.
