1361  Economy / Economics / Re: Please stop with mBTC, microBTC, ...! on: July 25, 2014, 12:16:10 AM
I get confused by all the different names, even satoshis. I just like it when people use a big decimal in standard BTC pricing.
1362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: so, what's the strategy to be in before a pump? on: July 25, 2014, 12:14:47 AM
Watch the altcoin sections. Invest as soon as it starts up, then wait.
1363  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Need Help on: July 25, 2014, 12:14:07 AM
Expensive ASICSs are the only way right now to mine them. Even then theres a chance that you won't ROI. I wouldn't mine, I would just buy some bitcoin and wait till the price drives up.
1364  Economy / Economics / Re: Have you started spending rather than hoarding your bitcoins? on: July 25, 2014, 12:12:13 AM
I would only start to spend when bitcoin reaches over $1000. I feel like if I spent it now it would just be a waste of money.
1365  Economy / Services / Re: Pocket Rockets Casino | Signature Campaign | Earn BTC by being active on BCT! on: July 25, 2014, 12:01:32 AM
You should pay weekly if the limit is that low. 25 max a week, 10 posts minimum. Your rates per post are good though.
1366  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambits Sports Betting Experiment (Updated 7/24) on: July 25, 2014, 12:00:10 AM
Quit while your ahead man, gambling is always designed to make you lose in the long run.
1367  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: ♣♣♣ CoinMintersClub ♣♣♣ ~ 150% profit after 10 days on: July 24, 2014, 11:58:20 PM
What he is saying that now the power is free, but he did spend a lot on the generator. I still won't invest in it because why would he give away some of his earnings for free to the public. Maybe he needs a loan?
1368  Other / New forum software / Re: Feature Request on: July 24, 2014, 11:56:53 PM
Would be nice, wouldn't take any time to change, add a simple href tag. Replying to the post above mine, blockchain.info is a specific company, but I haven't used any other blockchain. Maybe a bitcoin:15syp6mtPPqGAourRxgTJqnYyeAKHH6yiQ link would be nice also.
1369  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can someone help on: July 24, 2014, 11:53:42 PM
If you sent the BTC to a wrong address there is no chance of getting it back, unless the owner of the address finds this post, and is nice enough to send it back, which is extremely unlikely. Sorry for your loss!
1370  Economy / Speculation / Re: My theory is proving true once again on: July 24, 2014, 11:47:32 PM
Good analysis. I don't know anything about investments and market predictions...
1371  Other / Off-topic / Re: Post your Total time logged into Bitcointalk on: July 24, 2014, 11:45:56 PM
Total time logged in: 3 days, 11 hours and 38 minutes.
Beat that!
1372  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your favorite car????? on: July 24, 2014, 11:45:32 PM
Pagani zonda R. Look it up, looks absolutely amazing and fast. I think it isn't street legal though...

1374  Other / Off-topic / Re: What Browser You Use on: July 24, 2014, 11:42:10 PM
I used to use firefox, until I used chrome. I find though on an apple computer safari seems the fastest, and chrome seems out of place. Maybe because I have been used safari my whole life. I love how chrome syncs everything though.
1375  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where is the best place to start to learn javascript / node.js on: July 24, 2014, 11:37:22 PM
In my opinion, actually making a website is the best way though. After you finish some projects on codecademy make a bitcoin related website, using daemons and such, and you learn well that way.
1376  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: btc failed purpose? on: July 24, 2014, 11:34:06 PM
Accepting BTC will give you lots of exposure if you add yourself to a bitcoin shop map and a list of shops who accept bitcoins. Don't accept altcoins (other than litecoin), because no one will care and no one will pay using that.
1377  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 40 minute BTC block time - No big deal on: July 24, 2014, 11:30:06 PM
Turned off my miner. Sorry guys
1378  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where is the best place to start to learn javascript / node.js on: July 24, 2014, 11:28:28 PM
I used codecademy for javascript and php and I learned alot. Enough to start my own coin flip website. I recommend it
1379  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Ive been scammed, someone please help me. on: July 24, 2014, 11:17:12 PM
anonymous22 you were scammed? I've dealt with you before, you don't deserve to be scammed. You offered me such a good starbucks gift card deal. This was for western union right? Be VERY careful when dealing with WU or paypal, because the non-bitcoin transactions are reversible, but bitcoin isn't. Also try to use an escrow whenever possible.
1380  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I paid with BitCoins but I have never received on: July 24, 2014, 11:11:40 PM
A general rule of thumb is to wait for 6 confirmations, then maybe 10 minutes after for them to acknowledge the transaction. If they never send you the product (wait a day or two more) post it in scam accusations.
