I am currently testing out primedice's campaign so I will tell you guys how that goes by the end of the term. If you post a lot primedice definitely seems like the most valuable campaign to invest in, because if you post 400 times a month as a hero member (if you post that much you probably already are a hero member), you can make 0.48BTC a month, which is a heck of a lot of money.
I think it's safe to say that most people interested in sig campaigns know of PrimeDice already. And yes, it's probably the most trustworthy campaign in the forum, and if not the, one of the longest running campaigns. They also have a really nice site, a massive amount gambled, and over 700,000,000 bets made so I would find it unprobable to see them being unable to pay the advertisers. They are also pretty trusted

I find that cex.io is really not profitable at all. By the time you actually make a visible profit, the price will have fluctuated. The price of GHS almost makes its own mining irrelevant because you will either lose or gain a lot more money by trading the GHS in the market.

I'd be pretty surprised to wake up and find my coins gone.
here's my address: 1DDWEQM11uMUKiqpGEWvBT2at3CjCw3Vra
Hack away!
That address got emptied today, Final Balance $ 0.00. Wow is the 1DDWEQM11uMUKiqpGEWvBT2at3CjCw3Vra guy trolling or did someone actually hack him. Damn that would be pretty funny, but I'd feel bad for the guy. My tip is to just not have a lot of activity on the internet and never use that address anywhere. If the address is nowhere on the internet, there is almost no chance that someone would stumble upon it randomly, finding the balance of it, and then chances are he won't try to steal it, because he would still need a lot more information. Also if you are very active on the internet, like if your IP address is associated with you, your username on the forum is on many websites, and people know the address is associated with that username, they have a lot larger chances of stealing your BTC.

One thing that I have noticed on this site, is that yellow and red is really hard to make a profit, or stay even, but green I find that the odds are actually in our favor. Theres only a 19.6% chance of losing money, a either 34.9% or 69.8% (I don't know if the 1x multiplier are added together or if its 34.9% chance to hit one of them) to stay the same money, and finally a maybe ~30% chance to make more money. If theres an 80% chance that you will either gain or keep the same amount of money, how do you make a profit? I find that I rarely hit the middle one, and I have made about 0.3btc. Maybe I'm just lucky but the odds definitely seem in our favor.

is there anything that can be done about this ?
The transactions were confirmed, the bitcoins sent, no one can do anything except BTC-E. Contact them. Also I think it was specified to not mine directly into an exchange address. If not I have seen this general rule of thumb on many other pools.

Just an FYI, Starbucks gift cards can be reversed/cancelled if they were purchased through fraudulent means. I have purchased a Starbucks gift card only to realize that the balance was reduced to zero after the seller chargebacked the initial purchase for the gift card balance. In short, they are not 100% safe and once Starbucks removes the balance there is not much you can do about it. I would buy any gift cards that can be purchased directly with a credit card with extreme caution.
Disclaimer: I am not saying this seller is a scammer, but $20 for $100 gift card seems very shady.
Also look at his trust rating.

That is insane. Dell.com, accepting bitcoin. I was actually thinking of buying a monitor last month with bitcoin from newegg, by converting it and exchanging it to paypal or something, and now I can directly just get the monitor off of dell with no money lost from exchanges.
Uh, doesn't Newegg take bitcoin? Maybe I misunderstood your comment. Definitely good news, though. I've never been a fan of their computers, but I hear good things about some of their other products, so maybe I will look into them some more. No I was going to purchase the monitor with paypal, and fund the paypal account with bitcoins converted from exchanges and such.

Maybe we see a day when a satoshi will be worth $10.... hehe... :p
If 1 satoshi = 1 cent, then 1 BTC = $1 million. Bitcoin market cap = $21 trillion. If 1 satoshi = $10, then 1 BTC = $1 billion. Bitcoin market cap = $21 quadrillion. WOW mate Come back to reality , as of now we are floating around 610$-620$ /btc mark , I hope that we reach 1K$ mark that's the only reasonable mark that bitcoin can hit in upcoming few months Yeah, $10 (at today's USD value) per satoshi is obviously impossible. 1 cent per satoshi is probably the absolute maximum upper limit that is still possible. 1 cent per satoshi would be good. Of course 1 million per bitcoin seems insane, bitcoin will need to have a massive market cap to become a large form of currency. Currently the market cap with 21 million bitcoins would be 14 million dollars at a price of 676, which is very small for billionares, and imagine if the total cash in the world would be 14 million dollars. It needs to be big enough that it would be impossible to hold a large percentage of it.

the price of Bitcoin is exceeding 64 bitcorns on the last day of June.. A nice prediction by a sad uni professor (Mr. Willams) that 1BTC=1bitcorn ($10) in June 2014 I think that he is to be make fun off until the end of bitcoin...
Hahaha, 10 dollars= 1 bitcorn is hilarious, I'm adopting that. I think he is officially wrong in half of the world now. I'm bullish on the future of BTC, but I still think it is far more likely that we see $10 before we see $100,000 Realistically I see it sitting at either 100, 1,000, or 100,000 dollars. I don't see it being a random number because I think you should be able to easily convert it in your head. Out of those 3 I think that it will most likely be 1,000, but I'm not an expert or anything.

Allright after suggesting he uses an escrow he has not responded. Seems like a scam attempt, but I have not come to any conclusions yet so I have no way of knowing.

You are screwed for sure. Bitcoin is very scary because you can lose it instantly and have no way of getting it back. Never use simple passwords. What I do is type something random and encrypt it into a sha256 string and just use that as a password, written down on a piece of paper on my desk.
