Holy shit as if this guy is under enough stress already. Leave him alone, his website got comprimised, and he probably has lots of angry emails from people he hasn't paid back. I can confirm that he paid me back on both the Big ponzicoin and the regular one, just be fucking patient. And to the CrazyRabbi, fuck off bitch
1763  Bitcoin / Project Development / Need help with simple gambling site, Large BTC reward for help on: March 11, 2014, 01:35:55 AM
Hello,
I am a fairly new programmer, and I know how to make a website that you can look at, but I can't make anything "Happen" when I click something. I could put like photos on it, some hyperlinks, text, but I can't do anything with website like querying to mysql or in this case, doing ANYTHING with bitcoin. I do have a bit of json rpc knowledge, I have manually sent transactions to myself using a bitcoind server when I tried to start this by myself, (I will be using blockchain's wallet api features for sending and receiving, or I can use bitcoind, doesn't matter), but I really can't figure this out
Anyways, I wanted to make a simple gambling website, with no animations, but a nice looking design with some addresses listed (for each game) and stats for each game, such as amount deposited, amount of profit I made, and a complete ledger of all transactions formatted to look nicely, not just a iframe of the blockchain link like http://ponzi120.com/. I would like help with the bitcoin script part of it, mainly the backend, and parts of the front end. I would need help with creating automated scripts, mainly rolling dice and coin flip games, that have a chance of sending bitcoin BACK to the sender (if the person won), while sending a 1% part of the winnings to a seperate specified wallet (my own). If the person lost, there would be a extremely small transaction sent back, to notify of a loss.
There would be multiple sub-domains of the site, like coin.gamblingwebsite.com, and dice.gamblingwebsite.com, and each would have their own custom formatted ledger, saying who send it, a link to the txid, and if they won or not. I would also like to have a main page linking to each game, with some brief statistics under each link like probabilities and total gambled, and I would like to have more detailed statistics at the top of each page showing a bit more details, like the amount of DIFFERENT addresses, total gambled and total addresses sent, and a small leaderboard of most risked addresses, and most won. On the main page I would like to have a larger leaderboard that would show the most gambled addresses, most WON addresses, and most LOST addresses, with a small probability statistic next to it, to show how lucky they are.
Please reply with questions, and for people that actually want to help me with this, I will reward at least 0.05 bitcoin, depending on how long it takes. The main way we would talk about this is over skype or email, and I am not asking for a completed website, I want someone to show me how they are doing it as they are doing it with me, maybe over a cloud based word processor or i have no idea, I use google docs so that might be good for this.
Also the person that helps me will get free money to spend on the site when it is done.
I will pay 0.01 up front to show I will pay at the end, and at the end I will decide how much to pay at the end (at least 0.05 btc, depending on how complicated this is), plus maybe credits on my website or something.
If you are interested in teaching me pm or email me and we can decide on a price and how complicated this will be.
Thanks guys!

1765  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: ★ PonziCoin ★ 120% Profit ★ 200% for the last deposit in every round! on: March 10, 2014, 10:19:13 PM
Just to clarify with you guys, vort makes a lot more off of fees, and he does it automatically, meaning he can basically leave it, go to work, whatever, and check bitcointalk once a day, and let the fees go in to his personal wallet. He has moved around 200 bitcoins, and cause he has a 7.5% fee that is 15 bitcoin, and that is legal money, not stolen whatever. By doing this ponzi for another week he could probably make close to 10 bitcoin off of fees, or he could steal 10, and risk being caught by the police. It just doesn't make sense to steal bitcoin.
Still, if he dies we are fucked cause no one else has the private key to that wallat, unlike fiat where the government can give it back (or not). I think there should be one more person that is elected to manage this or something. 2 people would be safer.

I'd be a lot more conservative, but yes I would continue, Vort, add some more features maybe. Maybe there is a 5% chance you get a 30% bonus or some crap like that.

Guys, I'm terribly sorry I noticed the site was compromised last night with users being able to query the DB and what appears to be able to use my PHP RPC library to directly reach my local bitcoin instance. All deposits have been refunded.

I am trying to nail down exactly what happened and I will post as much here later today.

Needless to say PonziCoin will no longer be taking deposits.

Apologies again for the gigantic cock up.
Thank. You.

This is comedy gold. You participate in a ponzi scheme and then get butthurt about it when it turns out to be a ponzi scheme.

You don't get it do you.... We knew that this was a ponzi and late investors would lose money. However we are shocked because the owner ran with our funds.
Who the fuck put this on reddit. Now all we have is ignorant people who don't even know what ponzi means making fun of us for using a GAMBLING website, and the owner running away. Btw Vort if you are still reading this some large news sites like businessinsider and important journalists on twitter now know about this, so I advise you send back the coins and say its a website failure and your internet cut out. PrivacyGuardian.org is going to send me your information like your IP address, and its only a matter of time before you get caught.
Turn. Yourself. In

Privacy Guardian would be a shambles if they sent one of their customer's details to a total stranger lol. They will only release details to the authorities so dont BS. I want be coins back as much as you guys but they're gone Sad I thought Vort was a good guy...

^ that was taken from privacyguardian.org, you can check there.
I seriously still do believe that this guy is legit. Maybe the website was home hosted on a bad internet, and the amount of traffic (I refreshed about 100 times in a couple minutes) could have crashed the computer, and the internet, causing something to go wrong and he now has to fix his internet. At one point he had 100 bitcoin, thats ~60,000$, and why would he take away only 6000$, and risk being arrested. If you look up ponzicoin.co scam on the internet, there are semi-popular news sources talking about this, and a bunch of important journalists on twitter.

Lol if his internet just turned off for a couple hours, and this was all a misunderstanding, that would be hilarious, but the average person doesn't mask there details for registering a domain.
