I don't even understand why liverpool was always performing so badly. I expected that if liverpool gonna won a game with at least 10 - 0 against furth but it was getting draw. Furth has been relegated to the bundesliga 2. It's a shame if liverpool was drawn against a club that did nothing in bundesliga.
As far as i can see if the performance from liverpool is still very bad. There was no huge change happened in the club with mcallister was joining on it. The performance was average like last season. I don't even know why people called this club as the most potential contender to win EPL and compete with manchester united. People expected something big from this club but the new player will not deliver. Even though it was a pre season match but liverpool was facing a team that has only won three matches in bundesliga last season.
It's a very bad result for the liverpool.
The defensive line of livepool was very weak. It has been two times liverpool faced bundesliga 2 teams and liverpool conceded 6 goals. That's very bad result.

Why so serious with pre season match? I don't think with Liverpool have bad performance actually in this games as pre season and Jurgen Klopp give chance for all player get minutes playing. Its not relation between Greuther Fürth as Bundesliga 2 teams because Liverpool not find winning result on friendly match and prefer how to adopt scheme next season with new player squad. Actually this second pre season match for Liverpool with combine young and some new player need time for adapting. Have many time left for Liverpool before primer league start and Jurgen Klopp will choose the final squad for next season as starting eleven.

Regarding on schedule, Liverpool still have three pre season match left before facing Chelsea on first Primer League match, I don't competitive match as Primer League is most important for Liverpool than winning pre season matches.

We could say it's all just preseason and it shouldn't be pay much attention to, but actually in my opinion, I would say this should be seen as a continuation of how horrendous the Liverpool defensive line was during last season, especially towards the end of the season.

Last season they conceded 47 goals, the last time they conceded that much was in 2015/2016 season and for a fact they also did concede 4 goals against an already relegated Southampton in the final match of the season, so Jurgen Klopp really should pay attention to his defense rather than just midfielders and attackers.

This year's women's World Cup is some how lacking enough energy, is just dull. I don't know if the women are afraid of scoring so many goals. Imagine a country side like England winning by a goal, was expecting them to bang in a lot of goals like the men's national team, so far we only have Japan as the only side that have given us 5goals. The Netherland too are suppose to score more goals, I wonder how many goals the highest goal scorer would reach, I don't think it would be up to 10 goals before the tournament comes to an end.

We might still see the players score a lot of goals, most of them play rather very rusty as though they've never played football before, Imagine a player like that of USA's Rapinoe looking very off and couldn't hit a couple what could have been some somewhat easy goals. Could the transition period be affecting most of these teams?, because the teams are introducing a lot of younger players and trying to get over the old ones they once were solely depending upon.

We've got to big names to start kickoff today's event, Italy vs Argentina, let's see if they'll live up to the expectations and produce a very entertaining game, I've decided to go against the usual trend of low scoring encounter that we've witnessed so far in this tournament.

I went for Over 2.5 goals @ 2.50 Odds.

Then PSG must be the dumbest club ever if they didn't want to lose money on Mbappe but only agreed a mere 2 years renewal plus option for one year (which is up to the player) deal with him prior, now I don't understand what the club problem is, the player said he will honor is contractual terms and agreement reached by playing out his contract but doesn't want another renewal, how is that supposed to be an issue ? except for club who is already well known to always using awful theatrics to hold players against their will.
PSG turned down several bids last season for Mbappe even when the player had to implored them to sell him and let him go, they had all the opportunity to sell him them but they must have felt cocky and untouchable because of their money, now it's a threat against the player renew or get sold. I'm trying too see which stupid club owner(s) that looks forward to spending almost 200m in transfer fees and exorbitant wages on a player whose contract is less than a year away from becoming obsolete, except those annoying Saudi club owners, but we all know Mbappe would definitely never get to agree personal terms with any of those clubs.
Put yourself in the shoes of the club's president, Nasser Al-Khelaifi, and no one would like to lose money on the club's most valued player. Kylian Mbappe is keeping things tension-filled with the Parisians; he is adamant about extending his contract with the club, and he does not want to be offered in the market window this summer; he will most likely be compelled to do so. If he leaves as a free agent, PSG would lose a lot of money because they spent some hugh figures on him solely to keep him from leaving for Real Madrid last summer. Let's see how everything plays out.

Nasser Al-Khelaifi is a jerk so I'd rather put myself in the position of Kylian Mbappe if a working environment, I'd prefer to to go else ply my trade elsewhere, Mbappe isn't didn't say he doesn't want to get traded, he clamored for a trade last summer when Nasser Al-Khelaifi could have just let him go for a huge sum, he couldn't have said he didn't see this coming, he sure did and just never cared about the players interest, now he want the money for the player he didn't want last summer, but he still didn't put a price tag on Mbappe, because I'm sure every club that want rid of a player always do have their price stated, Nasser Al-Khelaifi is rather convincing Mbappe or forcing him out this summer, and he might likely not be sold to Real Madrid which we all believe is probably the choice Mbappe wants.

All I can say is that Nasser Al-Khelaifi and PSG played themselves!
1185  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: July 24, 2023, 12:59:16 AM
PSG just doesn't want to lose money after redeeming Mbappe at a fantastic price of 180 million euros from AS Monaco in 2018. PSG sentenced the player to sign a new contract but was ignored. As a result, PSG took steps to put Mbappe on the sell list in the transfer market this summer. The situation is also heating up because Kylian Mbappe is even reportedly ready to sit on the bench throughout the season to smooth out his plans to leave at the end of the season. Kylian Mbappe has always been a mainstay of PSG for the past six seasons. Mbappe has contributed 212 goals plus 98 assists in 260 matches in all competitions.

Oh no, I can't repeat such mistake again. But still, I made reminder on my phone before deadline.

Just a free tip, If you're at the possibility of having a busy day on Tuesday, I don't think you'd be at a huge disadvantage for submitting your answers as early as right now or waiting till later on Tuesday the most event you can get more information about before the deadline would be the Water Polo, and Riyadh masters for DOTA, however there is almost the slightest of chances that your decisions will change, between now and before the deadline on Tuesday if you've already done your research and made your decisions, so whatever you decide by the Tuesday still have about 70-90% chance of being wrong, especially for DOTA, due to the tournament format.
1187  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 on: July 23, 2023, 11:39:10 PM
This year's FIFA Women's World Cup tournament so far has not produced much goals as is expected of women's league. And to be honest, it's quite boring. Maybe as it's in it's early stages. I was expecting the Three Lionesses of England to thrash the Haitian side but their performance was not something I'd call satisfactory and if they couldn't beat the Haitian side well, is it the Denmark women they'd defeat? Maybe this will end in a draw.

Agreed so far it's been a little uninspiring.  I expect the knockout stages to be a little more watchable but to date there hasn't been that great of soccer (or futbol whatever) being played.  US side should have annihilated the Vietnam side and just spooked sloppy when in their 18, laid off betting for now but considering betting the underdogs going forward as the favorites have been just squeaking by.

It's been a eyesore event to watch for me not going to lie, except for very matches that met my expectation, especially with the fact that I needed to stay up late into night 3 AM - 5 AM, then they a quick nap to see the next game at 8 AM, so my sleep depriving expectation have not been met by the least margin, how could asking for a win from the French Women team against Jamaica be too much to ask, it's either these underdogs are getting a better hang of football generally or these favorites are just f*ucking hyperbolic and there was nothing special whatsoever about them to begin with, I hope it's the former in this case though.

What happened to surmarization?

The only time I check in here is when I get a mention, or Every Tuesday evening to be sure I'm not missing out a some new information.

1. We decided to award buwaytress for continuous quality of his writing and we bumped his payrate to 4$ per post even though he is not wearing avatar. It just seemed strange having one of the best posters on forum with lowest payrate in our campaign Smiley

I barely pay attention to the spreadsheet, so I never noticed he was getting below the Hero/Legendary pay rate, I believed he was on some personal terms different from others, probably getting more, but this I must say is well deserved for such a prominent member of the forum.

We just need to work on his Calendar for always needing a reminder for BSFL submission. That's a bit off topic, I'm sure, excuse my French please.

I will likely not join it this year as I didn't have the time or interest to take part unfortunately.

That being said, let me see if I can't find some sort of sponsor for this Smiley

That would be such a great gesture, hopefully it does work out very well 🤞

Thank you Wink

I know we will have the pool no matter what since there will be at least 10 of us playing even without sponsors but sponsorships are that cherry on top that gets another 10 participants plus much nicer awards.

And I'm definitely going to be one of the participants whether or not we get sponsorship, but would be really nice to have one due to the level of audience and exposure the FPL have had in the past few years, and it's getting bigger, If I'm not mistaken.

I think I need to make a note this week to write down every pool I'm joining this season, so I don't miss out on any of the deadlines.

0-2 so far betting this one.  I had Canada winning and they tied.  And then I bet US over 6 goals scored and they didn't come close.  There was a lot of rust on some of them players out there last night.  Could have easily been 6 or 7 but they missed the mark.  Maybe I should just stay away from betting this tourney lol
It is very tough to predict the women's matches. In unexpected matches we were able to see the goal count high. Yesterday Japan was able to make 5 goals against Zambia which isn't expected. In most of the matches just a goal is enough to keep the team on the winning side. Rather than trying for a goal most of the time women players are engaged into defensive technique which is why goal count is low.

Yes, Women football used to be easier to predict compared to men's football because there are usually clear favorites, but this year have been somewhat a really hard to predict one, especially the for handicap, and goals.

I have a feeling that it's just because it's the first round and there will be some adjustment and better prediction rate in the 2nd round, because even when the clear favorites win their games, they are very poor in conversion rate taking USA, England and Spain for instance, if you look at their chances creation and the look rate of their conversion, it's a very poor one, on a good day Spain should have won by close to double digits if they were clinical enough because they had 45 goal attempts, but all those for just 3 goals ?!

The Danish team 90th minute goal has already confirmed my lost to jeremypwr for this round, but I can't complain much because that goal, is also what ensured I won this bet too, I could use a two goal margin win, but then a goal margin at this point, for the betslip below is something I'd take with pride.  Lips sealed

Nigeria missed a couple of their best players today especially Rasheedat who plays for Atletico Madrid (w) team

What happened to Rasheedat? why wasn't she even on the bench? There's no doubt that the Atletico Madrid player is a great player and is one of the important pillars for Nigeria.

I'm still proud of their performance today and I hope they improve on their ball distribution and chances creation before the next match.

This draw is a positive move that they managed to do even without some of their important players, hopefully we can see the 3 points they get when they face Australia.

The draw will definitely put some pressure on Canada in their next game too of course, Rasheedat had a red card against a team I can't remember right now, in the Women African Nations Cup, and that's why she's ineligible for this game.

She should however be available for the remainder of tournament, that surely would ease the pressure and workload on Asisat Oshoala, I'm literally going bank on the against Australia for sure, I hope the odds would be up to double digits  Cheesy

Yeah I can't believe Sinclair didn't hit the pk.  Lost that game thought Canada would take that one.  Hope this isn't how my betting goes during the entire cup lol.  0-1 so far I didn't bet either of the opening games although I should have.  Always like betting the host countries first games.  Need US to crush tonight.

Yeah, I get your drift on the penalty miss by Sinclair, however that wasn't a bad penalty technique, actually that was a great penalty, but just that the Nigerian goalkeeper made even a better save, looking at the way she dived, she probably did her assignment on the USA team penalty taker ? because she dived as though she already new the direct and how high or low would be placed, I don't think I remember seeing a female goalkeeper with such physique having such good diving skill, but of course that could be down to me know watching female footballs well enough.

It's the only way to bet that game but I wouldn't touch it.  You have some youth on this squad and will want to make a statement the first game.  With goals for and goals against a possible decider they aren't going to throw on the brakes.  The raping and rose level are on limited minutes and I bet the younger women go for blood.  My guess is 8-0 US side.  Can't decide how I want to bet it yet though

You are quite optimistic about the US winning 8x0 hahaha, I hope that doesn't happen as it would be a very unbalanced match
The goals over 7 (if you believe in an 8x0 win) is paying very well, 2.65 odds

Guys, I don't know if all of you know, but there's official live streaming to watch the matches for free, with Fifa Plus website: https://www.plus.fifa.com/

USA have been predicted to overhaul their Vietnamese counterpart, and it's by a huge margin, but if we go by how most of the matches here so far has turned out, USA should win the game easily, however the goal margin might not meet the 6-8 goals project by the Sportsbooks, I'll watch the game closely and I'll have a some bet on the goals Over/Under depending on what I can expect after the first 10-15 minutes of the game.

I've been following the tournament via a local cable subscription, hence the reason why I have not had to stream any of the matches so far.

if the deposit has not been received by this date, the registration for the user will be cancelled by me

Hello, everyone! It's great to see the Bondsliga swimming pool back in action, sponsored by Sportsbet's generosity. I'll be joining you for the second season, and hopefully, we'll have 50 or more participants. When will be the last day to pay the entry fees?

The deadline post is quoted just above yours.

As for participants, 50 users will be highly unrealistic to be honest, so I think at best we might not get more than 25-30 users considering the number of pools running simultaneous, and more so not every poster here is actually interested in these sports or gambling generally.

you are welcome to join us Cool

You can count me in, looks like the we've gotten a new sponsorship, sure there would be no delays and incommunicado this time around.

good to see that Bundesliga is with us again
I will probably be here too as well, last season wasn't that bad, although having kicktipp as another platform is a bit of time-consuming comparing to just using Superbru

let's see is there a team to challenge Bayern this season

I doubt there is any team that will be able to challenge Bayern Munich this season better than Dortmund did last season, and meanwhile Dortmund sold quite a number of their best players out and one of them would even help strengthen Bayern Munich as usual, they sold Bellingham, Raphaël Guerreiro and Dahoud all in a single transfer window

In FIFA Women's World Cup, the match between two teams Nigeria vs Canada has started. The players of both teams are trying hard to score goals. However, I like the performance of Canada team players. It seems that Canada can score anytime. If Nigeria does not play well today, the chances of winning today's match will be very small. So far, the players of both teams have not scored any goals. If there is no goal in today's match, the match is likely to be a draw. If the players of Canada team Can play well, maybe Canada can win. Nothing is understood until the game is over.

Canada has more dominance in this match, and they should be able to win here. But a cool performance from Chiamaka Nnadozie made all of Canada's chances for nothing. TBH, I wasn't surprised to see her cool performance, because she came from Paris FC, which is ranked third in the French women's league, below Lyon and PSG.

In their next game (Nigeria) will meet Australia, which is one of the strongest teams in this World Cup, maybe it will be very difficult for Nigeria to hold a draw like they did against Canada.

It's a tough group for Nigeria indeed, but they are not to be written off just yet, Australia needed a penalty to win against Ireland, and I'm very sure that Nigeria would be a tougher opponent for Australia than Ireland was.

Nigeria missed a couple of their best players today especially Rasheedat who plays for Atletico Madrid (w) team, but still put up a decent fight against a strong Canadian side, and I believe the draw is actually a positive start for Nigeria, a win against either Australia or Ireland would sure put them in a decent chance of qualifying for the round of 16, I'm still proud of their performance today and I hope they improve on their ball distribution and chances creation before the next match.

We are once again in possession of news regarding Sadio Mane and his transfer to the Arabian teams, according to the report from Lequipe, there was a negotiation between Bayern Munich and Al Nasr, and after this negotiation, Sadio Mane will join Al Nasr and Ronaldo for the upcoming season.
Sadio Mane joined Bayern Munich from Liverpool for 45m and he is a 31y old player right now.

https://www.lequipe.fr/Football/Actualites/Sadio-mane-d-accord-pour-rejoindre-al-nassr/1409353

After the saga with Leroy Sane late last season, I was quite sure that was the end of Sadio Mane's career at Bayern Munich, I don't know how he will survive another the season in the Bundesliga especially with racially extreme some of those Bundesliga fans are.

I don't agree that Sadio Mane's career in Europe should be over, there are other teams that could really use his service, especially with Italian Serie A in mind, he could be strike great deal for teams like Inter, AC Milan or Juventus all of which have had to let one or more players leave their, Cuadrado, Tonali and Lukaku*** just to name a few from each of the club. Lukaku was asterisked because it's not a done deal and no terms agreed as of now.

This is too much guys, I am arguing that we need to stop giving you reminders and simply make all the players that are late drop down to lower leagues.
It is summertime bro, have some understanding for guys who forgot to post answers on time.
Instead of downgrading to lower leagues just have more negative points, and if one player collect many negative points than consider relegation.
Good thing for me that I am already having a good advantage in this round thanks to someone with late submission  Cheesy

Summertime mean less work at hand right ? and Over 48 hours of grace window is a whole lot, I think it's inexcusable especially this something that gets spoken about in here every week, but my conclusion is that competition have different level of relevance to each and everyone, so if someone can miss the window twice or 3 times consecutive, dropping such participant to the lower wouldn't be a bad idea, I'm sure there are some participants in other levels that wouldn't mind to pay twice as much to play in the first division.

I'm currently tuned into the FIFA Womens World Cup between Nigeria and Canada.., We're playing as the underdog here, but with how the opening matches went yesterday, I'm more than optimistic for the Nigerian Super Falcons here! Let's go ladies!

Maybe we see Leonardo Bonucci playing for Roma soon After Juvetos said they don't need Leonardo Bonucci anymore and Alegri doesn't want to keep working with his old and experienced defender, Bonucci got many offers, especially from Galatasaray and Fenerbahce. But this 36y old defender wants to stay in Italy and maybe he will join Roma and he can become their next captain and wear the captain armband.

Age might have caught up with Leonardo Bonucci, but I really don't believe his performance has dropped below reasonable par for him to be surplus to requirement, he might be quite a burden on the pitch due to his age and probable injuries, but his experience in the dressing room is going to be invaluable for the defensive line up and younger players, If Thiago Silva is still performing at top level, I see no reason why Bonucci should froze out of a team with not even an incredible backline.

It's not looking good for me right now, karrigan became totally unstoppable, and helped FaZe eliminated Liquid quite easily, a team beat the just 3 days ago, but it's a totally new affair today, Team Liquid couldn't really get it going even in the second map which was their own pick. If I add that to Tour de France most probable result, I'm in 2 points disadvantage already, is there any way to really beat this guy, huh jeremypwr ?
