I think we have begun a wave C, could be part of a 1-2-1-2 primary, or a correction up 600-700.  We don't know really if that's C or (III). They are indistinguishable at this stage. But I think it's more likely to be C because previous wave down was more like B. What is 1-2-1-2? I know only 5 and 3 combinations. These one-twos should subdivide. well 1-2-1-2 is a retrospecive form of primary, that looks just like an abc until wave a of the next leg turns around into a iii wave. we had some really bad news yesterday, and the market has turned. this is not a short squeeze, I think it has fundamental drive. considering where we are in the larger picture, I am expecting a wave iii.  |

EW was a pattern observed retroactively for decades worth of data in saturated / mature markets. Bitcoin is none of those.
EW certainly applies to bitcoin. very clearly. the constant is not the market, the constant is people/herd psychology - old as the hills. wave counts can be ambiguous, but I promise you Bitcoin offers some of the clearest junctures you will eves see. this is because people are very emotionally attached, and prone to panic/greed. |

I have talked to him personally on chat. not very convincing in his reasoning, although his count is valid. A valid count is all you need to make money with EW, be it right or wrong, but there are better bullish counts that are equally if not more valid.

Crazy that they also banned withdrawal channel! withdrawals of funds, purchase and sale of recharge codes related transactions and other activities not through my bank account funds transfer related transactions. Once found, the bank is entitled to take account transactions related to the suspension, cancellation related accounts and other measures. they banned withdrawals without notice? funny that! the easiest way to take funds out is with BTC now. |

we have a complete count. the C wave was a weak impulsive, now we have a typical abc-abc-135 pattern. this is a tradable juncture with a lot of upside potential - I am long from 430. this bear run is very weak, and losing momentum rapidly. Exit strategy is pending, if the impulsive becomes more aggressive, I would cut loss in the teens, but the trade is otherwise valid until 400 is broken.  |

Ah. Thanks, missed that. Yeah, it's the only bank left for Huobi and BTCChina then. Already closed their account on CHBTC. I somehow got confused I doubt PBOC will ban fiat withdrawal. If it does happen, shit will hit the fan. Banning all fiat deposits is already a huge step towards slowing down BTC adoption in China if PBOC bans fiat withdrawal, every cent of fiat on those exchanges is going straight into bitcoin. BOOM. Thats ridiculous. They would set a deadline and people would be desperate to get out while they can. The idea of "to the moon" because there is no other choice is juvenile. Did it happen with Gox?
