Actually I think the action for discovery will show there will be a mess. This is why they cant change their site right now. Any action on that front without the approval of the court will mean hiding evidence. If I had to guess they are in the middle of getting a bunch of information from AMT to find out how to properly settle this. That said there are alot of other routes that can be taken. And appear to be taken. The FBI investigating them has been mentioned in the main thread...and its possible because of the investomer concept, it could run afoul of SEC regulations. Even if they aren't just having that on record that they were investigated by them is a bad thing on its own.

The problem is the longer they drag this out and procrastinate making us whole....the worse its going to get.

Do you happen to know why they had even chosen to reply to people in a forum and not directly to their customers via email? I have an order with 2 1.2th miners. Gee if they even send me some competitor's hardware which is cheaper now id be happy.

A forum is a public arena, it seems that here they get a better understand of who's order is what and who's order they can fulfill directly without offering up settlement options via their website. It seems that if they were to email all their clients (some in the class action) then again it would result in a problem, because again that would be settling outside of the class which the other lawyers don't seem to like.    <-  Frowny face.

I am only a client of AMT, but my suggestion is to email AMT with what you'd propose as a form of settlement for your order, from the above options which I overheard while sitting in their office.

Hi guys im back been a while since my last post here, you may remember that i did finally recieve a 520ghs miner from amt order number #1450,
you may also remember the poor condition it arrived in and the fact that it didnt even mine, 1 chip even burnt out on 1 card, well since then i have been promised time and time again a replacement product by joshua himself, it has been several weeks now and i have not received anything from amt, i was promised a shipping label to send the faulty miner back this was nearly 2 weeks ago, still nothing, so i would like to make everybody aware that they need to stay the hell away from amt and do not purchase a miner from them, they have no customer service and can certainly not handle returns.

Just got off the phone with the Jenkintown's PD, and they're taking Joshua's threat toward me rather serious and wanted me to confirm that if this were to go to trial would I be willing to travel to PA to testify, of which I replied in the affirmative.

It didn't take me six months to give the money to AMT. I sent it instantaneously, in one lump sum. I don't think it's too much to ask. It was my money to begin with, and I just want it back since I have not gotten what was promised to me and pretty much everyone else who ordered. Why is that such a difficult thing to get? If I buy anything from pretty much anywhere, I can cancel my order or return the product and get a full refund either way.

Me and basically every other customer have been treated poorly and unfairly for virtually the entire time we have been dealing with this mess. Me personally, I just want my money back. I paid almost $8000 over six months ago and have essentially jack shit to show for it. If any legitimate company did this, compensation would be given immediately for the poor handling of the order, extremely poor customer service, horrendous product quality, and the outright lying to the public. I would please like to cancel my order and receive my full refund via bank transfer, personal check, money order, etc. I will even fly up there from Florida just to do a cash transaction and be done with this nightmare. Just got off the phone with the Jenkintown's PD, and they're taking Joshua's threat toward me rather serious and wanted me to confirm that if this were to go to trial would I be willing to travel to PA to testify, of which I replied in the affirmative.

If I buy anything from pretty much anywhere, I can cancel my order or return the product and get a full refund either way.
