Perhaps there's a way to structure it as a self-regulatory system with some kind of community oversight.
That's how I see it. You guys think of the rights, I can host the database tracking the volunteer casinos. To those who feel casinos will not adopt this, I reiterate the advantages such certification holds is enough for one to eventually try it as a marketing ploy. There are only so many players to go around after all. If the initial casinos see increased participation, others will join. Then the oversight starts, and a nice directory to host complaints will be very helpful. |

The easy way to verify a PM would be by asking reporting it to a Global Mods, and ask them to confirm authenticity. But that goes off-topic here.
How can I report a PM I didn't send? The point being Theymos was not neutral, and OgNasty took advantage of that to scam thousands of bitcoins. But this is off topic. As I post more info on the nastyscam website (I update it weekly), I am trying to sit on my hands and not respond to his lies. |

When I joined this forum a few days ago, I knew nothing but was slowly learning a lot. u are the person in my life from whom I first gained knowledge on this forum.
It's not like you've only been there for a few days, but almost 2 months. Besides, if you see that someone has closed their topic, does it make sense for you to open a new topic and do some personal goodbye with someone you don't really know?Based on the image the OP posted, I think they were hoping for some merit. :/ If anything, these new threads should be comfort to his family knowing how recognized he was. |

Let's imagine if it will work, the project owner can run a campaign without need to follow the standard. I expect few DTs will tag the manager and every participants with neutral or negative feedback, then you will see people are complaining just because participating a campaign.
DTs wouldn't need to get involved, unless a PO lied about following the list of rights. Casinos are all competing with each other - it will only take one to see such a certification as an advantage. Moving to Gambling as suggested. |

I told the bozo to stop posting his BS, but he continues, not me. Moving forward, I'm working on several projects right now to rebuild my credibility. I understand I took too long to bring this to court, but I had a few distractions. |

In the post I referenced, it's normal for casinos to hide "catch all" termination clauses that they will enforce when they feel like it. You've got a list of casinos that has not yet had complaints; don't mean they won't steal your coins if it's a significant amount. You don't gamble anyways, why are you so concerned?
Why is it so odd to want to improve crypto reputation? I asked for someone else to lead it. I'll make a lot of other suggestions if I feel they can improve things - it does not mean I'll take them all on personally. |

How do you define smite? What bothers me most about Theymos, before he paid off a thief, is the following: OGNasty posted dozens of messages saying there was a PM I sent him admitting I was a pedophile. He posted repeatedly how Theymos could verify the PM. Theymos never said a thing (we now know why). Sure, the king shouldn't get involved in every squabble, but considering how influential OG was at the time, he should have posted something to correct his employee. So LoyceV, I ask you - how is that not smiting me? Every PM I had from Theymos in the past indicated he was neutral between us two, while he was paying OG to post lies about me, you, and dozens of others! Remember that the stress of that, along with OG contacting my family, caused me to have a stroke. As far as I'm concerned, he can join OG and take some of the money he stole from this community and be forced to spend it on this community. |

Theymos will be reworking DT by the end of the year. Count on it.  You think LoyceV is an idiot and you can't even remember your brother ran the nastyfans scam? You guys really need to get a life. I get so tired of stating the below. 1) I don't run NastyFans. 2) I buy seats and am a regular member like everyone else (I just bought 25 more yesterday). I have not taken a dime for any of my time/electricity/space/internet and continue to make efforts to bring in donations to NastyFans. Based on this post and the two responses, I realized another opportunity to actually contribute to the community, and not just my buddies. A group of players should get together to create a list of "rights" they demand, and issue a certification for those casinos that agree to follow them. Eventually, hopefully, increased success of those sites displaying the certification would lead to others sites following. Obviously, a right cannot be something that harms the site, such as "A player wins if ..." but instead something like "The site lists every condition that would enable them to freeze or seize assets as part of the registration and/or deposit process." Such a list of rights would not harm the legit sites in any way. Who wants to champion this? |
