521  Other / Off-topic / Re: Malicious bots make up nearly three-quarters of Internet traffic on: December 04, 2023, 02:02:31 AM
a staggering 73 percent of Internet traffic to websites and apps measured between January 2023 and September 2023 was related to bots performing malicious activities

Wow.   Imagine if ISPs started enforcing rules against these bots.   Speed would go up, prices would go down.   It won't happen with anonymity though.
522  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: My crypto news site - cryptotalk.tech on: December 04, 2023, 12:49:27 AM
Sound as a good plan, but i could use the money from the signature to pay a google or facebook campaign, that would be a nice bump too.

So advertising here costs more, but is less effective?   That would explain why you don't see non-crypto ads on this site; real money doesn't get spent on play money.

Now US gov is not going to shut down a forum for no reason

They will probably take control of it after Theymos is indicted.   This forum will not be shut down; too many crimes have been committed here.
524  Other / Meta / Re: Has Bitcointalk lost it's appeal for projects to announce themselves on? on: December 03, 2023, 09:06:27 AM
It appears that everything that can be done using the blockchain under the sun has already been done, or attempted, or at least had fundraisers for it.

So untrue!   So SO untrue!   Embarrassed

Crypto coins have had every service examined, but the future of blockchain is just starting!
525  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: The Bitcoin History Book 2008-2024 PROGRESS REPORT on: December 03, 2023, 06:26:48 AM
If anyone in the community can help, please donate by first messaging me here. Your name will be included in the book.

On a personal note, there are times when I feel lethargic and fed up. Despite that, I keep finding the motivation to persist. Please support me if you can as I do my best to create something great.

I appreciate all praise from the Bitcoin community.

I don't know how much you covered crime, but if you have a chapter on corruption, I can provide quite of bit of evidence in Theymos and OG's own posts.   I could possibly get you $ help with some scam charities.  (Don't get excited OG, they support scam victims   Wink)
526  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Report scam (free of charge) and support investigations on: December 03, 2023, 06:21:42 AM
1. this is a rather complex case for which we have analyzed thousands of transactions. In addition, parts of the analyses are based on so-called "heuristics". Here, results that cannot be calculated exactly are estimated as accurately as possible by an algorithm. Therefore, no one can simply "look up" our analysis in the blockchain.

First, "heuristics" is a bio term; computer algorithms do not use mental processes (yet - see Elon).

Second, you contradicted yourself in your next post, by providing the exact results you could not calculate.

 Huh
527  Other / Off-topic / Re: WHAT GONNA HAPPEN NOW? on: December 03, 2023, 02:02:55 AM
This could possibly wipe out the internet for a week or even a month. I think many of us will sell their holdings when this gonna happen. What are your thoughts here?

Not this one.  Intermittent satellite outages for only as few hours.
528  Other / Meta / Re: Two ways of develop the forum! The time has come to decide the fate of the forum on: December 03, 2023, 01:45:03 AM
In connection with recent events, I propose to hold a vote and determine the fate of the bitcointalk forum

First way. Going offshore like PirateBay (offshore hosting). And no government restrictions will be scary. You are all can do whatever you want. Absolute freedom, almost decentralization, development and innovations, a successful platform for promising projects

Second way. Do nothing. Remain in current jurisdiction. Complying with all orders from the authorities. Gradually introducing KYC and bans of everything related to casinos, gamblings, exchangings, faucets etc. Nothing can be done except worship and write praise for the DT-system. Absolute totalitarianism, complete centralization, corruption and degradation

Third way.   Replace the administrator with one who does not support theft and corruption.
529  Other / Meta / Re: Does Loyce, Bpip & Ninjastic collecting IP-data of visitors? on: December 03, 2023, 01:26:25 AM
3 bpip - sluggish (probably because it also collects browser fingerprints) (this is very dangerous for privacy of users)

Every website that you visit collects all browser fingerprints in it's log files - it does not slow down anything.   If BPIP is keeping and processing such data, where is it and why?  No one cares if xx% of browsers are Safari, or what your preferred language is.   Remember, if you were to hide all data from a webserver, no cookies would work and most modern sites would break.

These three services provide different types of data:

BPIP (created first) - is like the census.  It collects, aggregates and compares data, ranking and sorting.
Loyce Club (created second) - is like a library.  It contains RAW information which is harder to find but downloadable.
Ninjatastic Space (created third) - is like a registry.   You can search for specific data if you have parameters.

530  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Report scam (free of charge) and support investigations on: December 02, 2023, 11:06:44 PM
Our results (see case studies) should be much more decisive.

I was looking at your ponzi case study.

Quote
Our analyzes showed that a total of ~ 42,000 Bitcoin were deposited.
This amount is offset by payouts to customers of ~ 21,000 Bitcoin.

Why so vague?   Why not post the exact numbers of bitcoin?   Then your potential clients could find it on the blockchain and verify your words.
531  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Sypheon Online on: December 02, 2023, 11:01:15 PM
soon you will be able to colonize other planets and you will be able to mine Sypheon tokens in blackholes.

Interesting!  So a Sypheon token is partly in your custody, and partly inaccessible via quantum effects?

we didnt create token yet, we are building the game, dont need token for now, we are not scam projects like all others. create token sell it to people , get the money and try to make the project. we are not following that scam method. we are building ready to play product first. if you wanna be angel investor or early supporter to project you are welcome.

Sorry guy, my comment was a joke about black holes.   You are taking the correct approach - good luck to you!
532  Other / Off-topic / Re: Crypto Insight Lounge - dont miss any 1000x anymore on: December 01, 2023, 10:38:18 PM
Should be moved to Project Development.

In projects like this, the value comes in the experience of the people running it.   If they are on your site, they could miss out on the next big opportunity announced on another site.

You should list your credentials - education, experience, etc.   If you want to remain anonymous, be advised there are a million sites like yours.

Hi!  Looks great.  are you based in the US?  how and where will you market the site?  i have started an online store selling coffee that can only be purchased with cryptocurrency.  would be interested in submitting articles and some form of advertising if you are accepting things like this.

What a great way to eliminate 99% of your customer base.    Wink
535  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Join ASSETX - Revolutionizing Ownership on: December 01, 2023, 06:03:09 AM
Additionally, tokenized assets and NFTs (asset-backed NFTs) are entirely distinct concepts. You might want to delve deeper into understanding the differences between them.

Distinct concepts that you can treat exactly the same when it comes to a securities exchange, young one.   Wait until you graduate secondary school.

If you see my valid question as trolling, that explains why no one else is interacting with you.

536  Other / Meta / Re: DT system is centalized or decentralized? Poll on: December 01, 2023, 05:59:23 AM
The DT system appears to be decentralized, until you take a look at the source.

Theymos picks DT1 via his personal lottery.  One person controlling DT means it is centralized.

Read details about the project before posting mindless comments

I connected with you per your request.   It is a lot easier for an existing exchange to add NFTs than it is for a rude nobody to build a new one for NFTs.

You will need at least partial custody of the assets.   People will need to trust you are not some immature child.

You don't need to pay anything.  If you have lost money on this forum, you can join the class action.
Does that mean you can vouch for the OP website?

No, I would explicitly say so.   However, if this turns out to be real, I can add it to the list.
540  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Join ASSETX - Revolutionizing Ownership on: November 30, 2023, 03:11:23 AM
As you were told in your last PD thread, this is just a hash of existing services - nothing revolutionary.

How do you expect to compete with the likes of https://www.masterworks.com/ ?
