Testnet restarted

If you want to test it, send me or SyRenity message, we will send you test crypti for testing merchants and etc.

Don't use your real accounts.

Crypti In Window Smiley

Just tried to build it in window, working good:

I think in 0.1.7 we will release wallet for all platforms in window.

Great work!. Does this mean that the wallet will run in a dedicated platform and not through a browser like this : http://nxtra.org/nxt-wallet/ ?

Yes

Another Monero thread  Huh, why don't you get your own forum and post all your "Monero to the moon" threads there? This is like a plague, we are all tired of seeing these pathetic threads all over the forum.

Price dropped ~7% after BCX posted this thread. And so the dump commences....

Read the whitepaper (not really a whitepaper, just a write-up) for more info : https://github.com/crypti/whitepaper

If you're looking to invest, I suggest that you do some research into both Crypti & Node and make the decision yourself and not just take my word for it.
Thank you very much for the insight. And don't worry I would never invest in a coin without conducting due diligence. Although, comparing my perception of coin x to what others think is helpful in some cases.

No problem bud, happy to help.

Just a few recommended CSS Changes :

Code:
.button {
font-weight: 700;
text-transform: uppercase;
font-size: 10px;

Code:
.input {
font-weight: 700;
line-height: 20px;
text-transform: uppercase;
text-align: center;

Code:
.msg {
color: #FFF;
font-weight: 700;
margin-top: 10%;
margin-bottom: 10%;

Code:
#recaptcha_area {
    margin: 40px auto;

Code:
.footer {
    color: rgba(167, 168, 166, 1);

With these CSS changes implemented this is how the Faucet will now look :

Nice! But... if I were in your shoes I would work towards having something excited ready for Sunday when they implement XCR to MP.
It will be your best chance of gaining more widespread adoption (doing a better job of snatching up the MP traders, than you have done with the Poloniex ones) if you have something desirable and new to offer come sunday.

What you say?

We already working on 0.1.7, but first will be released 0.1.6d (soon).

And today our designer started work. Soon will be more new interesting news Smiley

Great work. Just a quick question, could you give us more info on the designer(s), any sample/previous work so that we know what to expect.

Also, another quick question, did the new designer work on the Faucet as the color scheme has been changed. The shade of Green has been changed closer to a lime-ish color: #80BD01 , wheras the original shade of green which blended better with the rest of the color palette was #61B26E

This is an edited version with the normal color scheme (as used in the Wallet UI) :

This is how the current version looks :

It's like asking to launch Frosbite 3D engine before playing Battlefield Smiley.

Nice comparison, although I'd prefer:

NIS = CryEngine4
NCC = Star Citizen

CryEngine 4 hasn't even come out yet Wink
311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: node.js coins on: September 17, 2014, 01:11:05 PM
Crypti & NODE are the only current Node.js based coins.

Crypti is a lot better in my opinion, but my opinion would be biased as I am an investor myself.

What is your personal opinion as to why Crypti is so much better than NODE. (other than the fact you have stake)

As I mentioned my opinion matters little as I'm an investor myself. But I invested into Crypti for these reasons (there are possibly many more depending on what you prefer)

- Professional Design (Visual) & Great Wallet UI
- Custom Blockchains Support (Releasing Soon)
- Introduction of 3 New PoS Algorithms
- Merchant Support built into core protocol (for better integration with storefronts)
- App Store Inside Wallet (To Be Released after Custom Blockchains) - This paired with Custom Blockchains Support could lead to all kinds of apps being created to function on the Crypti blockchain in the future.

Read the whitepaper (not really a whitepaper, just a write-up) for more info : https://github.com/crypti/whitepaper

If you're looking to invest, I suggest that you do some research into both Crypti & Node and make the decision yourself and not just take my word for it.

Are you going to drop Crypti like you dropped NXT months ago?

is crypti distributed to 15 ppl ?

~465 genesis investors Smiley

Hey man

Great work on the Block Explorer. Just a quick question, is the Windows Wallet still available for testing, if so send me a PM, I can help with testing.
315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: jl777 asset scammer EXPOSED on: September 13, 2014, 07:44:10 PM
I find it funny how the Monero shills attack SuperNet and jl777 in unison. It's pretty pathetic honestly.

For the record I don't even support SuperNet. I'm just tired of seeing this Monero shit being spammed everywhere on this forum.

Just for your instance: every big player in Bitcoin supports Monero, all of them, and all of them strive to see it thrive.

You better get used to Monero posts otherwise you might have a mental breakdown. Monero is what Bitcoin always wanted to be. Not far in the future you will be posting on Monerotalk, when XMR is what BTC is now. The #1. Everything will be traded /XMR.

Neglect it now, put your head in the sand now, close your eyes now. You will see the truth later because there is no running away from that day.

LOL. Tell how Monero is better than any other CryptoNote coin? The only real CryptoNote coin of note is BoolBerry, and even that is a mess. What makes Monero special? It's only real feature is anonymity, which tons of other coins also support or claim to support. Do you seriously think Monero can compete with the likes of MaidSafe, Ethereum, BitSharesX, NXT etc? Those coins run circles around Monero feature-wise (or will when some of them are released).

Monero is nothing more than a cloned coin being pumped by high ranking members in the Bitcoin community. If you think that they are really in it for the good of Monero, then you've got a serious wake up call coming.

LOL. how delusional are you? "Features" aren't what makes Crypto successfull. The userbase is. Why do you think was Bitcoin pumped to $1200? Because of features? Ridiculous. It's because of the supporters. Monero has the best community, richest supporters, best infrastructure, there's nothing that compares to this. Nothing, and you know it. That explains your laughable comments to defend the shitcoin investment that holds your $100. Whatever... LOL

Your argument about Bitcoin's pump is laughable to say the least. Sure userbase helps, but at the end of the day the value of all alt-coins are based on speculation (until there is real-world adoption). People are willing to pay (speculate) more for coins with innovative features rather than clones like Monero. That's why you see BitSharesX and NXT with higher market caps than Monero.

If userbase was everything, then whatever happened to Dogecoin? Face it Monero will never amount to anything, more than a tiny pump amid a sea of alts.

Yesterday, I've read that Paypal is considering accepting Bitcoin. I know it's now for tomorrow, but imagine if we could make an alliance with Braintree to including NEM as a payment option with Paypal. This would be fantastic.

http://www.theguardian.com/technology/2014/sep/11/paypal-bitcoin-braintree-overstock-reddit

I'm a supporter NEM, but seriously that is the dumbest thing I've read all week.

Do you really expect PayPal, to include NEM when it hasn't even integrated Bitcoin yet? If Bitcoin proves to be a successful integration with PayPal (which it most likely will), PayPal will probably only ever add another crypto-currency if it rivals Bitcoin, and I'm not talking in features alone, but in popularity and use, unless the become pro-crypto-currencies and start openly supporting crypto-currencies in it's entirety (which likely will not happen).

In the event that PayPal do become "pro"-crypto-currencies or if NEM surpasses Bitcoin, you are looking at this 3-4 years down the line. There is no way PayPal is going to add NEM overnight, or even within a year of it launching. You have to remember that PayPal is not some small business that you can simply persuade into accepting NEM, they are a multi-Billion, multi-National business, you can't just send them an e-mail explaining why NEM is "X" times better than Bitcoin and expect them to add NEM.

NEM has to outright surpass Bitcoin in every aspect, including community numbers, for it to stand any chance of gaining the type of adoption that Bitcoin receives, and that will be an extremely tough challenge. Than again if NEM achieves what it set out to do, then we won't need payment processors like PayPal anyway.

That's exactly why I use the words "I know it's not for tomorrow" and "Imagine".  I really don't think that Paypal will work with another coin than BitCoin for the moment (and I'm not even sure they will ever accept BitCoin in the end), I was just entertaining the idea of what a partnership with Braintree could do for NEM.

Ah okay, my bad, misread your post.
