401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Source ain't easy. on: August 26, 2014, 04:19:21 PM
Since Qora came out with a coin labelled new source it seems everyone is labelling their shitcoin 'New Source'

Most are scams but what I think we are finding is that even the legitimate new coins that have tried to produce a new source code are running into problems making it work, ie Node, NEM, Exocoin.

Again shows that Qora is a genius doing things alone that teams can't do with months of work.

NEM running into problems? I've tested the Alpha and it runs great. As for the others Exocoin is vaporware and Node isn't that interesting either. Qora, as well is another boring coin that is going nowhere, it's just basically a re-written, underpowered version of NXT.

Crypti (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=654463.0) & NEM are the leading "2nd Gen" coins in my opinion. Ethereum, MaidSafe, and BitShares all fall under different categories.

Crypti is a scam

Please elaborate

Your name is all over Burstcoin as a scammer, It's all over the thread. That's enough for me and enough you are hear also pumping Crypti...rumbled.

So I'm a scammer for helping out a new innovative coin with their logo and wallet UI. If you had actually bothered to read the Burst thread you'd realize that it's all baseless FUD spread by one guy.

seemed pretty convincing honestly, tons of proof you were part of other scams. I don't know anything but Crypti looked like atypical scam from the start. No source code for one. People need to keep their ideas that a coin is great till it proves it. So far Crypti is a forum thread and a fancy wallet, like a lot of scams before it. Plus it looks like Blackcoins wallet???

Gotcha, you are nothing more than a Qora shill, trying to promote your own coin here. Secondly you are also part of the recent FUDstorm that's been following me seemingly everywhere I go. How do I know this? There's a group of members (possible one guy) all involved in Qora who have been saying this same shit "It looks like Blackcoin's wallet" in every one of the threads I've been in. That same exact statement was repeated in both the Crypti thread and the Burst thread, and guess by who, Qora shills like yourself.

Nobody in their right mind would thing that either the Crypti or Burst wallet look anything like BlackCoin, there are only 4 people on this whole forum (all Qora shills) who have said that, and all of them have tried to spread FUD against me and the threads I've been in which leads me to believe that you are part of this group or the same person altogether. Anybody who doesn't have bran damage would realize the major difference between the BlackCoin wallet and either Burst or Crypti's wallet.

From the SilkCoin thread :

Goddaamn the silkcoin wallet is sexy. Looking forward to the next release Smiley

it's the Blackcoin wallet.

From the Crypti thread :

Who wants to make a bet on this being a scam or not? I'll do escrow.

Can I just say like I did many times for Silkcoin. You guys are special. I mean who buys a coin that says it's a new source code but has the same wallet as Blackcoin, and of course Silkcoin. Hilarious. You guys..

Okay a few questions. Could you give us a rough idea or explain a bit more in depth on these points :

- Online Marketplace Management  I have no clue as to what this would be :p
- Merchant Review System - Kind of like Yelp?
- In-Wallet Escrow System - Smart contracts?
- Affiliate & Referrals System - For merchants I'm guessing?
- Verified owners voting - No clue
- USD / EUR Support in Block Chain - A bit like BitShares/ Market Pegged Assets

@Devs, now that you've secured your funds can we get a roadmap for the following :

- One click install-desktop client
- One click Forging (Including setting passphrase)
- Blockchain Explorer
- Contacts in the Crypti Wallet/Client

This points in the plan.
Roadmap will be ann by GreXX.
Waiting for the roadmap

+1 Eagerly awaiting the roadmap.

This again....  Sigh

First you try to extort 10 BTC from me, now I'm part of some mega-conspiracy of yours that involves all recent scams. I've already explained myself on a number of occasions, I'm not going to waste my energy typing out another full response.

Anyone who's curious is welcome to take a look at the Burst thread to see my replies.

Hey SyRenity

Hope you got some rest bud, the new update has worked wonders, great job there. Everything's working perfectly now. Smiley. Just a quick question could you give us an update on the custom blockchains and SDK? Can we still expect a September release?

It looks like Bter XCR daily withdraw limit has been raised to 20k.

Indeed, it will be periodically lifted and then removed completely, once Bter has ensured that all works properly.

Nope, it's been raised to 100K, I managed to withdraw another 90K this morning Smiley

I honestly don't know who could possibly dump at this price.

At the current price it puts the market cap of this coin at around 50 BTC, now think about that for a second, the most innovative coin in recent memory is sitting at a market cap of $25 000.

Whoever sells at this price is brain dead. Once we get added to a proper exchange with more exposure, no offence C-Cex, but your exchange is dead, expect the market cap to reach up to 1000 BTC...at least

bter transfer stuck on 'Waiting for balance.."

Same here.

no desktop one click install...average joe is deeply disappointed...

SyRenity will solve it soon Smiley

How soon  Wink

And it seems that there is only one dev. So get your facts right f fudders. Unbelievable how disgusting people are here.

There is no reason to "rescue" my BTC because I didn't put any into this coin. Mining and patiently holding is the key. Don't understand how anybody can sell that low.

Even if the prices stay around where there at, the cost of mining this is way lower than gpu/asic mining. ie. electricity is low and hardware is cheaper.

Why is the price falling so much on c-cex?

The developers are dumping, Wulfcastle will claim he knows nothing about it. Hehehe.

Coincidnece Use coin which the developer also has a Simpsons id has just dumped and run off. Hahaha.

Crypti is the next Domino to fall..

Oh boy, here we go again...

Guess he's not learned anything. Ignore button sure looks good right now to use on these FUD'ers......lol

I'll hold for now, and what does FUD mean lol?

Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt...Here's the definition from Wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fear,_uncertainty_and_doubt
These accusations get dumber and dumber every post...

Well according to him I'm the Usecoin dev as well who ran off with 100 BTC yesterday, heck I may even be DreadPirateRoberts from SilkRoad or better yet I may even be Satoshi himself.  Roll Eyes

Anyway back to business, would it be possible to create a HTML GUI for the pool, which operates in the same way as the wallet via localhost, I think that would be the next port of call. If anyone is interested in doing the back end work, for this I'll have a bounty ready, plus I'll work on the front end UI

What conspiracy of yours am I part of now?

what means pump/dump? just newbie please answer

Basically, someone takes some BTC, and starts buying the price up. People see the green on the exchange and start buying also, which keeps the price green and others notice and buy too. This quickly "pumps" the price up. Then those same people start dumping the coin and taking profits on the fake bubble they created.

i guess you have to be whale to do that

PUMP and DUMP is a scheme that comes from the Stock Exchange.  A stock price would be pumped up by brokers pushing it to their clients, glowing press releases about the company, rumors of potential mergers, or rumors of a new product, innovationor mine strike.  When the stock price rose, the pumpers sell quickly.... thats the dump.

Buy on the rumours sell on the news,

Thanks, that certainly a pleasant thing to hear Smiley.

To be more exact, we are looking to bring Crypti assets to the level of the leading payment systems, such as:
https://stripe.com/
https://www.braintreepayments.com/

And so on.

In that case go for it Smiley

Have you taken a look at Breach (http://breach.cc). It's a hackable browser developed in Node.JS. The beauty of Breach is that you can modify every single aspect of it.

You could modify it to only load the Cryti web wallet and just remove the search bar, bookmarks etc. and you could use it as a one click install for Crypti, it would be much quicker than creating native one click installers for each platform

So essentially what you have is a "locked down" browser thinly disguised as a one click install

Nice find!

We will certainly give it a look.

No problem, if you guys do decide to use it the way I described, it would only would only take a few days at most to modify it as a thinly disguised one click install client
