Griffith have earned my vote as well!

I vote for Griffith - Recent Supercoin Takeover was done very gracefully & with professionalism.

Do we need to update our wallet?
|

still here. didnt really read the last ~10 posts. more skimmed them due to lack of time.
2 things that immediately came to mind.
why do you need an installer? the qt is a 1 click app. no need for an installation process imo. most coins dont have an installer. but if its reallyyyyy wanted i guess i could make one...
other thing was...
it is actually needed for the old dev to state he is leaving and name a successor, otherwise exchanges wont follow new code/github repos and wont update the wallets they run. in which case no matter what i edit the code to do that wont run it. so it would be useless. ive had this problem temporarily in the past (when mintpal was still a thing) and they told me they needed the old devs approval to change the repo they were following.
EDIT: btw, the reason the coin wont connect to the network if you havent run the wallet before is due to lack of coin conf file. and you need to create one manually. no need to do that anymore. i edited the code so that it automatically creates one in the right directory now for you. so that bug is eliminated.
dont know where to upload it as of right now though. i can create my own repo on my git. but before i do that i want to see if the dev is willing to hand off the coin to pass succession to my git. otherwise further developement is pointless if the exchanges wont follow me (described why earlier in the post)
but besides that, yeah we can take over for devving, if there is anything else that i need(that i can get), if someone could PM me or send me that would be great
+1 and hopefully the old devs hand off the info the is needed ...

Not you again dont you get tire of fud Supercoin if you have those problems go to mintpal team and ask them for a refund...

|
|
A lot of new people here...
Where are those who were here from the beginning? I see some of them, but, the rest? Gave up?
I am not against anybody or anything that could help Supercoin. I just want for Supercoin to recover and grow.
yeah a lot of them gave up, hopefully they dont regret it in a near future, cuz we all know where Super is going from now on!

|
|
Wow! We are going to act like children now?
no. i just needed to get one good post out of my system. unless u were referring to the sheep comment, in which case that gave me a good chuckle. Griffith How far are you willing to go with Supercoin? as right am just starting buying since the code was released if you the Dev that we need just assure us that you gonna support Super to the end, am gonna eat up all those sell walls at bittrex to many weak hands ...

is there a pool where i can sign up without an address i'de like to see the full pool status but i dont want to download the wallet if i wont mine ...

I say make supercoin even better! I want Griffith to upgrade supercoin to the next level! After reading the last 60 messages , I have realized that supercoin is more anonymous than darkcoin and with the correct upgrades from Griffith and mdtspain we can make supercoin the ultimate mixer and anonyomous with multisignature and then the final level to (not even show up on the blockchain) in the words of Griffith the best mixer but he can do better. Then lets make a supercoin that is up Griffith ideals! If we can will him over then supercoin will over take bitcoin!
+1

wait a minute it no good getting at Wolf0 about this couse this guy got loads of hash BUT look at those temps and fan speeds,,, that has got to be water cooled or not 14.6 drivers or inside an igloo Not really, dude - open air rig in cold weather with good coolers will produce that.
Nope. Watercooling FTW and driver Catalyst 14.6 where u get the Watercooling FTW from?

haven't found a way to mine with my older cards (two 5870 and one 5830) for neoscrypt efficiently...i think it is only a matter of time till someone tweaks the miner for older cards, currently i'm using it to mine cryptonote with claymore miner and these three cards fetch me 754h/s compared to a single 280x h/s of ~600h/s....i remember when claymore later added support for older cards, the same will happen to neoscrypt miners..
Have you tried the kernel modded for older cards yet? If not, try this: http://phoenixcoin.org/downloads/neoscrypt_vliw.clI'm using it for 5870's....42 kh/s each card...hopefully soon someone get's a kernel for us. will try it.thanks. that is very inefficient..my 7750 is at 70kh/s..5870 could double that of 7750 to about 140kh/s more..seen it double in other algo like scrpyt and cryptonote. EDIT: it works thanks damm315er....hey lsss you should try other settings, mine is -i 11 -w 64 -g 1 (overclocked) the ~100 kh/s is my 5830 and the 140 - 170 kh/s are my 5870's..don't know much about "WU" it is too high compared to my 280x but 0 HW which is good. there is still the <hash above target>..i'm still tweaking do you mine sharing the whole config line i cant pass 32-36khs on my 58's? and the source of you miner as well?...

But if you get it sorted and still have that high of a hashrate, that's great. Which kernel and miner are you using? http://phoenixcoin.org/downloads/neoscrypt_vliw.cl on sgminer i tried a few tweaks but still unsuccessful can u guyspost ur settings for this?

How many Telsas will i get per mhs/x11?

Whos on charge of this thread?

Someone have a solution for 290 non-x i can only get 250khs but with my 280x and 7970s i get 280khs anyone For a 290 (non-x) with hynix memory, settings 11/96/4 with clocking 1110/1475 will get you ~283k. Seems awful low for such high clocks? My 290 with Elpida memory is running 1000/1500 MHz and 287kh/s.. I haven't even tweaked any settings, just the first ones I tried. TC 16384, gpu-threads 2, worksize 64, intensity 13. lucky you i tried W64 but my computer just shuts down, what could it be?
