1742  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the Dominica Bitcoin Drop be a Success? on: August 31, 2014, 09:46:33 AM
I am pessimistic about the drop. The ecosystem of BTC in Dominica is not built up yet. The citizens have nothing knowledge about BTC and don't know how to use it.
1745  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tracing the chain on: August 29, 2014, 12:58:36 PM
I don't see what's the use of it..unless you are in need of amusement..
I think it is userfull to track where their Bitcoin is going and coming from. We can use this function to track stolen balance as well.
1746  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How decentralization will impact the world for the better - thanks Bitcoin! :D on: August 29, 2014, 12:10:43 PM
Decentralization is global trend nowadays and will impact the whole world dramatically, like decentralized exchange, voting system, government etc.
1747  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: A service that sends you a text message when there is big Bitcoin news? on: August 28, 2014, 05:59:28 AM
I intend to know as well. If the news can be sent to my email. Then my Iphone will get instantly as well. I think it is a great opportunity for BTC start up companies who plan to focus on BTC data analysis. The first hand news or data can guide our trading.

1751  Local / 中文 (Chinese) / Re: 可能是最土豪的交易所:OKCOIN!!! on: August 26, 2014, 01:46:59 PM
大家期望OKCoin公布100%准备金,他还多公布了4.8%是炫富吗,这让亏钱的散户情何以堪!
1752  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Millions of merchants now accept bitcoin for payment. on: August 26, 2014, 09:09:27 AM
Yes, no one will stop this trend. More people are holding and spending btc.

1754  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you name your baby Satoshi for 150 bitcoins? on: August 26, 2014, 08:46:39 AM

1755  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not viable for small transactions, and this needs to change. on: August 26, 2014, 05:24:10 AM
If customer and vendor are on same gateway then process could be expedited. For example sake: retrieving btc-e code on btc-e is instantaneous. Right now, it seems like Bitpay is focused on merchants only. May be if they integrate customers then that may expedite transaction process.
I think the Bitcoin processing companies can make more profit from merchants than from customers. As the customers' base is increasing to as big as enough which will make them pay attention on customers.
1756  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency paying Dividends on: August 26, 2014, 04:51:18 AM
There are some crypto systems for companies to issue shares to public like Nxt Asset Exchange, cryptostocks etc. They have a good repution and are on the way to be mature and reliable. This will save large amount of commision charge by the brokers when IPO on the centralised exchange. Nowadays many companies are issuing shares on this new platform rather than throwing away thousands of dollars to create new infrastructure or cryptocurrency customers don't trust and buy.
1757  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Graphic design firm says yes to bitcoins on: August 25, 2014, 08:39:25 AM
numb about this type of news. If eBay or Amazon accept Bitcoin, I will be excited.
1758  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitBrokers ATM tested out on: August 25, 2014, 08:30:15 AM
The fee is so high and I won't use this type of ATM rather to go to exchange. I don't think the owner can make any profits. The ATM machine is for display.
1759  Economy / Economics / Re: A Problem With Cryptocurrency Exchanges on: August 22, 2014, 07:40:44 AM
OP, I think your idea is called decentralized exchange, which is new concept being forming and on the way to build up by many people.
1760  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it time for a viral meme of bitcoin that actually gets people into it? on: August 22, 2014, 06:59:40 AM
if the fundamentals aren't good a coin will die.
But Bitcoin itself has good fundamentals, doesn't it? I think if such publicity is done for Bitcoin, it will be successful.
BTC needs to get more publicity and let more people accept it. At the same time the flaws and issues encountered should be addressed, the features and usability should be enhanced, which is the fundamental for the success of BTC in the long term.
