For anyone interested in Litecoins

Get your double reward for mining Litecoins on GHash.IO!!!

Being the pool #1, GHash.IO has made a huge step towards scrypt mining and enabled Litecoin mining. But that’s not all!

To make things even better, we give you a chance to earn twice as much!

Connect your miners to our pool and get double rewards for mining Litecoins!

This unique offer starts tomorrow (13/03/2014) at 2 p.m. GMT and will last for 1 week.

Click on the GHash.io on the top right of the page next to support after you register to get started mining.

Thanks for the refferal! I have a small rig setup and any little bit really helps!

Register Here = https://cex.io/r/0/gelsicapital/0/

I would specifically NOT go to any pool who spams on another pool's announcement forum.  What a douche move...

The pool isn't spamming.. it's just that guy spamming with his referal code. Don't use his referal code.
Hope poolwaffle takes advantage of the double LTC rewards available there... would be a nice boost to income.

Got the above fixed... there's stuff in the makefile that needs fixing... seems the script that makes the pypaths.txt doesn't make it right...

Anyways.. have compiled armory with no errors...
running it on the pi i get the following:

poolwaffle

thank you very much for your work in putting together this pool and maintaining it.. i know that at times it can seem to be a thankless endeavor.  Ignore the naysayers...  Wink

Have you given any thought to a minimum payout?  So that my wallet isn't spammed with sub .1 btc payouts?  I'd prefer jsut leaving those in my account until my next payout.

Thanks!

I would go to a restaurant accepting Bitcoin in Chicago.
Kept looking at coinmap, but I was disappointed not to find one.

When you go to visit Be prepared with info, and ask if the restaurant will take bitcoin.  When they look at you funny, present your info.  Grin

150  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: Simple Cgminer Remote Monitoring Script - now with email alerts on: February 07, 2014, 09:57:53 PM
i already read it, cgminer configured fine, but it doesn't work

use the java API app that comes with cgminer to determine if cgminer is not setup correctly or if your port is not forwarded properly.
151  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: Simple Cgminer Remote Monitoring Script - now with email alerts on: February 07, 2014, 08:58:51 PM
Hello,

i have cgminer 3.7.0 and this doesn't work for me. I have port open (i checked it via http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/)

154  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Server Power Supply Interface Board - for standalone miners and GPU rigs on: February 03, 2014, 04:07:36 PM
8 for Z750P , 2 for DPS-800 , 2 for DPS-2500 and 5 for DPS-1520 if you would ever make them.

If possible everything with PCIE cables.

EDIT2 - more might be possible in the future but these to start with as I want to see how it will work out first.

Just curious.. what are you planning on powering with the DPS-2500AB?

Don't those output 51.4VDC?

The DPS-2500BB is 12VDC -  http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=4854652 . Currently powering a few S1 Antminers . Would be a perfect PSU if not for the lack of fans, I have a few strapped on the side cooling it but would prefer an integrated solution.

wow.. my bad.. not sure what I saw that told me it was 51.4VDC..

Also wondering if the most recent orders will be coming with pcie extenders?

They come with pci-e connectors on the board so no need for them.

wait what?  I thought these had screw terminals for power?  I recall someone posting pics.

Hi,
whether someone knows whether this version BAMT 1.3 right?

i find this from: https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=2924.0

Quick Start:
Litecoin BAMT comes in two flavors:

"R9 Series" supports all radeon cards, including the new R9 series.
Litecoin BAMT 1.3
Download and extract litecointbamt_r9_1.3.zip (688 MB) from one of these links:

*sigh*

no.. those are not official BAMT versions.  that's some stuff that someone hacked up.
159  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: BAMT version 0.5 - Easy USB based mining Linux with farm wide management tools on: January 17, 2014, 02:28:51 AM
I got hacked today somehow by a guy, that created a user called mocrosoft, and installed zenmap, then changed the cgminer.conf file to his own.
I fuckin forgot to look after his adress where he pointed my rig too.

I say, Bamt is not safe to use, cause its backdoored or has some shit code in it. Lost a whole day of mining.

EDIT: I use BAMT 1.2

Will change that immediately, but the old doesnt have drivers for the r9 290, right?

there is no such thing as an official BAMT 1.2. lodcrappo mentioned something about trusting copycat BAMTs.
your conclusion that BAMT is not safe to use is bullshit. The author of BAMT indicates that one of the first things you should do is to set a root password.
i've been using BAMT for a little bit under 2 years and have never had my rigs hacked into.  But of course, I've been using the one and only original BAMT, not some shit copy off some other forum that someone threw out there.
I'd say the fact that the worst thing that happened is that you lost a day of mining is probably the best thing that could have happened, instead of having your entire network hacked.

Have a nice day.
160  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAMMER] 50BTC.com on: January 14, 2014, 04:03:56 PM
Just deleted my previous post. Sure I was shocked when lost balance as all other people who had same issue.

I can tell now - 50btc - IS NOT SCAM.
Yes, I got an issue with lost amount there and this is still resolving.

AND: YES. This is resolving now day by day.
I already received balance correction from them and some part already corrected, other continued time from time.
So I hope soon all previous amount will be repaired soon.

50btc are trusty guys and they really had an issue with hacked database.
Now they repairing base and I hope soon all people who REALLY had earned money will receive it.

Happy mining to all and as for me I will be happy to work again with 50btc pool soon.

I'll believe it when I see it.  I'd rather not mention how much exactly I've lost to 50btc, but let's just say that it's more than several btc, and yes.. I was doing daily withdrawals until the last few days when every withdrawal was refused/pending. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a couple of days before moving all my rigs off the pool.
