1361  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: >>> PUMP WATCH <<< on: November 13, 2016, 03:08:00 PM
What are the chances that coins whose price value have been manipulated in the past can be manipulated in the future?

i say it is extremely high.
although it depends on how that coin has changed since last time because coins that are easily manipulated they can always be easily manipulated too. but what i said about change means that if for example throughout the years that coin died and no one is interested in it anymore or the opposite, meaning that coin has grown big and now has a higher price, a much better distribution and some other factors which makes manipulation very hard.
1362  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how much amount of bet you prefer? on: November 13, 2016, 03:03:09 PM
how much amount of bet you prefer?

I can bet up to 2-3 bitcoins per match. It's depend on the match that how confidence i am on that match and how much bankroll that i had. If i have big bankroll, my base bet will increase too.

wow, so you are willing to make a bet as big as 1400-2100 USD which is a huge amount of money to gamble with and since the first rule of gambling is to bet what you can afford to lose i am guessing that you are rich because otherwise making that kind of bet is plain dumb!
1363  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why the sudden crash now? on: November 13, 2016, 02:59:04 PM
and why is no one here talking about it?

i came here to ask the exact same thing because i have not seeing any kind of news lately that can cause such drop (although it is only $10-$12 and it is not much of a crash) but still breaking the $700 was not seen by me!

i guess it is a good chance to buy if anyone had missed the train before though!
1364  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting on sport = gambling? on: November 13, 2016, 02:54:42 PM
Yes it is gambling when you bet on any sports game. There is no difference not even little between betting and gambling. Betting is given to sports events to distinguish them from casinos games. It is like using card in poker, rolling the dice or spinning the wheel in slots all are gambling. It is involvement of money which turns a simple thing into gambling which can be anything.
that's correct no difference at all we still talking about playing our fate into this game placing our money with the team that we are hoping to win its just like choosing which will happen when we place our bet with dice game we can't really say what will be the results because even best teams loses if we are unlucky with our bet.

it is gambling only because it is unpredictable and that is the first rule of gambling. what you can do with gambling on sports is to guess the result and never be 100% sure. now if you have some experience with this type of gambling and if you read up on the history of the teams and players stage at that game then you can only make your guess stronger and that is why we call sports betting an skill based game!
1365  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bet With BTC on the Stock Market on: November 13, 2016, 02:49:48 PM
Hey, any good sites to bet with btc on the stock market, i've seen few , but i want to know if any got regulation or soemthing so they can't just go bankkrupt 1 day..

Edit: I've added a list of all the existed known comapnies

Stock Market With BTC List:
1broker.com (played up to 1 btc smooth deposit/withdraw - 25.5.16)
simplefx.com (unknown - need reviews/proofs)
bitbulls.com (SCAM - check their name on google for proof)

everything about your terminology is wrong!
- you don't bet on the stock market (unless you are fool rich kid with money to waste)
- you don't play with 1 btc,...
- instead you bust your ass learning how to trade, and then learn technical analysis and then some stuff about economy and related stuff and after than you start researching and busting your ass finding a good stock to buy and then invest and hope for the best.

if you want to gamble, go do it in a dice site!
1366  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Chinese miners rejecting transactions originating in the US on: November 13, 2016, 02:45:45 PM
I don't think that the chinese miners can identify that a transaction is from US, if yes how can they do it?

As far as I know when a transaction is being made its IP is not public (at least most of the time).

With Trump as president I don't think that he will make restriction or affect the bitcoin industry.

It also bothers me, how can they know it is originating from US. Can they really reject transactions? Though this is more on technical issue and i am not an expert on this, I leave this to those who are knowledagle enough to explain.

There is always a way to hide your real IP even when making bitcoin transaction (it the IP is stored anywhere which I doubt)

For example I can use web wallets like coinbase or xapo and they do not store my IP when making a transaction and making this IP public.

even if you use a bitcoin full node the miners still have no way of knowing your IP because first of all your IP is not stored with the transaction and second of all you are not connecting to the miner to push the tx to them directly you instead connect to peers (other nodes) and after seconds everyone are broadcasting the same tx (memepool) and there would be no IP
1367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: November 12, 2016, 03:13:35 PM
If I was rich I would stay gambling, due to the fact that its easy and also nice to do, I think that gambling is fun and enjoying so why not.
A rich man should enjoy himself right ?

you're right , every person should enjoy in any way that they want to enjoy . if it's your passion then you don't need to hesitate you should live your life the way want and especially if you're already rich and gambling is your passion and you find yourself enjoying every time you are playing but make sure that you are still in control because there could be a possibility for you to get bankrupt .
As long as the person doing it enjoys it then that is fine but the rich must be especially careful because they have so much money that they could end up ruining their life if they become addicted to gambling.

That won't happen easily with rich people, because rich people always gamble without fear as they have good backing which is key for the easy winning. More the fearless more enjoys the events and have fun.
Yeah, because they can afford to lose what they are gambling. Also even if you are not so rich, you can still gamble what you want and you will not be able to feel the fear because you are consistent enough with your goal which is to gamble for fun only.
Well i wouldn't be so confident about that as well as the self control would most likely be less since you know that you have money to burn. Rich people could still end up being broke by gambling irresponsibly

if we are talking about a super rich person like a multi millionaire then these people never go broke from gambling because they have their revenue which is always bringing in millions for them so even if they lose a couple of million dollar a day, the next day they can make the same amount and bet again!
1368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins with BitCoin Like Growth Potential on: November 12, 2016, 03:08:48 PM
this is one of the mistakes that usually people make with altcoins and it is a common one. because when you look at bitcoin and how it turned out to be you see it was worth less than $1 and then over time went up to 10-100-1000 dollars and you think this can be true about an altcoin.

but what you are forgetting is that bitcoin was the first, bitcoin is being used as currency and as investment, bitcoin has the most developers, and so many different things.

compared to altcoins, they are copycats, there is no usage, the development is either small or non-existant in some cases, and the main purpose of them is to pump and dump and  a p&d never goes that high because it lacks demand.
1369  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe that win in gambling is depending on your luck ? on: November 12, 2016, 02:57:29 PM
For the first time, I have seen a page full of 'Yes' posts. This is nice, I mean many people cannot stop gambling because they think a strategy will be found to make them rich - false. The only "strategy" would be exploiting the website, but that's an illegal thing to do.. You need luck to win, everybody should know that and stop betting all their money away hoping for a strategy to work. Especially Martingale.

luck is necessary and it is like bread and butter of gambling but you can't deny the effect an strategy can have on your results. obviously there is no 100% winning strategy in the world but having a strategy is a lot better than not having one because it improves your winning results and that's the only thing that matters the most.
1370  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which gambling sites have 0% house edge? on: November 12, 2016, 02:52:03 PM
0.5% house edge is the lowest I ve seen so far. Has anyone found anything better?

from time to time you can find some of the dice sites, even the older ones give some kind of promotion or celebration to attract more attention again and they offer 0% house edge.

apart from that you can only find 0% house edge on brand new sites.
1371  Economy / Gambling / Re: Monthly Best Gambling Site (November) on: November 11, 2016, 01:02:00 PM
@OP
i see so many people requesting to add their casino to the poll an you usually add some new ones mid month to the poll each time. so i suggest you add the ability for users to change their vote so maybe if someone wanted to change it based on the changes they can.

there is a checkbox called "Allow user to change vote." for that.
1372  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ethereum is dead ? on: November 11, 2016, 12:55:53 PM
eth is good project that neeed time.. who buy jan 2016 now make huge progit..who buy later at price 10-13 or even higher, will need soem time to wait for first profit...Wink

actually ethereum is a bad project which has a terrible code. there has already been so many bugs in in found and exploited!

but its price has never been affected by any of these because it is in the stage of getting pump and dumped and right now price of ETH is at the lowest possible which means there is only one way to go and that is up.
1373  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Better Advertise Gambling Site? on: November 11, 2016, 12:49:58 PM
I want people to play on my site and give me feedback: http://loli.center/

Not enough players though and none of them tell me if they enjoyed it or not. :C

if you want survey, your gambling site enjoy good or not
you can try giveaway, faucet site, and reward only play to your gambling site
so much people can try and play in your site, if your site is good and enjoy much people can play again

or you can try promote your site use signature campaign, and pay send to balance your gambling site

I tried to visit the website loli.center but it seems that the site is already down or this is just temporary. But for me, the best way to advertise gambling sites is with the help of those social medias. You can give some rewards for your players daily or bonuses if they will get the mission that you will them to do. This is an effective way.

Different ways are here to advertise the gambling sites, But for my experience, best way is Signature campaign, i feel, it is best way to advertise specially for gambling, and it really worked, all gambling campaigns come here and promote their gambling site, than peoples know about it and work from them. Even, many gambling sites names i never heard before the joining the signature campaign. So, for me, it is best way to promote.

Promoting through signature campaign can only be acceptable if you already has a good budget for your advertisement because signature campaign is so much costly and you might not be able to get the result that you desired.

actually signature campaigns are the cheapest way of advertising your business! you can check out the other ways of advertising prices and you will see yourself.

for example the banner bitcointalk banner advertisement is 0.3BTC for 1 slot which is only shown randomly among other banners and other site's banners are no better especially with all the ad blocks which will block banners on those sites.
1374  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: November 11, 2016, 12:43:33 PM
Just want know how much the gamblers who use analysis when play gambling and what kinds of gambling game? And do you think it is needed or not making analysis on gambling game or it is depend on lucky. Thanks for share your opinions and experience.

what i do is that i usually use analysis mostly in sports betting since i don't usually play any other game that can use analysis and this is based on a little of my experience and mostly on the information i can gather from the internet.

but your question depends on the type of games people are playing. there are so many of them and analysis doesn't even work on half of them so what type of gambling game you have in mind?
1375  Economy / Gambling / Re: REGISTER FOR FREE AND EARN 50 000 SATOSHI! on: November 11, 2016, 12:38:14 PM
you forgot to say the most important thing: "the name of the site" or "the link to the site" Smiley
maybe you should have made this post when your site was ready and you had a final released version which could be tested.

i am also interested to know more about the game, what genre is it in and what is innovative about it?
1376  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used for Good? on: November 11, 2016, 12:34:32 PM
Not just can, but it is. I think the majority of situations in which Bitcoin is used are in good causes. And unless I'm missing something about cryptos, the proportion of cases in which a currency is used for bad purposes is much greater when it comes to fiat currency.

What people are using with the good or bad purposes with fiat currency are also being used by the people who have crypto currencies.

It is a good thing if you will use bitcoin for your own good purposes but we can't remove the reality that there are people who are taking advantage for bitcoin's anonymity.

And those people are involved into illegal activities which mostly found in deep web.
Bitcoin is like fiat where we can use in transaction, and when fiat is use for good and bad transaction then definitely bitcoin is also use  for good.
The question seems to unfair for bitcoin and it's like it is judging that bitcoin is widely use for bad or illegal activities.

I think bitcoin gives a bad image because of those terrorists that uses bitcoin to buy weapons. Or drug lords also uses bitcoin as money. Mainstream medias broadcasts those kind of things  which makes bitcoin illegal but they don't show the good things about bitcoin in the news.

i don't know where you even came up with what you just said because as long as the terrorists and the big ass drug lords have access to the easy transferable and easy traceable USD which is accepted anywhere and it is easy to do anything with, they won't look for an alternative Smiley
1377  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Going all in on a Hillary win bet on: November 10, 2016, 02:16:06 PM
Trump won, I also won, I bet the odds more than 4 before, I like him because he is a billionaire, he is my idol and goal

congrats dude.

i wanted to bet on Trump too but i couldn't find anywhere that i could make a bet on the election at first and then when i found it i somehow got cold feet and decided against making bets on this because i though i am going to lose Sad
1378  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does a President Trump mean for Bitcoin? on: November 10, 2016, 02:07:08 PM
i am not really following US politics and all their crap but i have been hearing that he might even be for bitcoin and actually it can be helpful for the adoption of bitcoin and finally recognition of it as a real currency which is not just a black-market-money as sometimes media shows it.
1379  Economy / Services / Re: Sportsbet.io Signature Campaign(OPEN) on: November 10, 2016, 01:57:53 PM

1380  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla's building a solar roof , It can be a good days for bitcoin miners? on: November 08, 2016, 01:05:29 PM
I think the main focus should not be the use of the solar power for the mining, but rather for cooling. Now suddenly mining can be done in warmer

areas, because the solar power can cancel out the extra cost needed for the extra Air conditioning needed in warm areas. You take this to a desert,

and you are on a level playing field with most other mining operation in colder areas. Most extra cooling is only needed in day time, because the

temperature at night is normally very cold in most deserts.

i seriously doubt that it would be a good idea to move a mining operation to a desert which has temperature of 50°C = 122 F
you would be setting up for a big fail because no matter how much electricity you are genrating from the sun, you would be forced to spend double that amount for cooling during day! and you would still need a source of energy to run the mining farm during the night at 0°C
