1141  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamling with a high risk and high rewards or low risk and low rewards? on: January 03, 2017, 02:43:42 PM
If you are a gambler and have 2 option :
1. Put your money in high risk game with high rewards.
2. Put your money in low risk game with low rewards.
Then which one you choose?

it depends on many things Cheesy
- the game that i am playing. is it a chance based game or is is skill based for the later i am more willing
- how much reward are we talking about? for example is it a 50%-100% reward with high risk or is it 2000% reward with high risk?
- what kind of risk? gambling risk: sure, scam risk: never
- how much money to put in: low amount in high risk: sure,

1143  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins Investment: risk or benefit? on: January 03, 2017, 02:35:05 PM
-Benefits is you may use that bitcoin to invest in other Bitcoin services and invest bitcoin is safe, profit good
-Risk is that Bitcoin collapses and if countries and government accept Bitcoin, Bitcoin will have tax, your computer can be hacked
What’s your opinion?

the benefit is that bitcoin is still a new technology so it is still being adopted and with growth of this adoption, its price will go up and give the investors a good amount of profit.

but at the same time the same thing means bitcoin is still new and needs a lot more development to become ready for the real world (you can say now it is 80 ready more or less)

but i disagree with taxes being a negative thing. taxes actually can mean government allowed bitcoin to be recognized as a valid currency.
1144  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I invest in bitcoin casinos? on: January 02, 2017, 12:54:02 PM
I never invest in casino because a friend told me that the sites that accept investment are usually made to scam later.

There might be some casino's that are abusing the gambling industry and wants to scam people out of its popularity and trust. But not all those sites that are actually accepting investments are made to scam later. You need to learn on how that site is running, if that site has a legit way of getting profit and supporting its users and as well as investors, it is easy to identify if they are made to scam. Haven't you tried investing in bitvest?

I would say go for it recently on bitvest people have seen some pretty big profits.

you usually choose a casino to invest in that has been around at least for a short while because you are trusting them with your money and when these sites are established and are earning good amount of money there is not much reason for them to scam and take a one time only money and run away when they can continue to exist and earn money.
1145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: January 02, 2017, 12:46:03 PM
Ethereum is a bad coin, the price is drowning, it used to be good before the hardfork, now the price is under value and keep on decreasing, but there is still hopes in eth, eventhough it is drowning but it is still one of the coin with a lot of transaction, but i still wont risk my money for eth

nothing is new here. this is the route all other altcoins before ethereum has also taken. they come in hot and get pumped real hard and then they run out of air and slowly start to go down and after a year or so disappear completely. in case of ethereum i think it would take longer but we'll get there.
1146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling vs Real Gambling on: January 02, 2017, 12:41:28 PM
-snip-

Your experience doesnt matter at all as well, if you could win in either real or online casino then it doesnt matter whichever sites you play. Although I do know that there is a lot of fun in playing in a real casino however as long as I can win wherever I bet then that thing doesnt matter atleast for me

For me it does matter, you can't just gamble in online or real casino's without experiencing the best gambling experience and of course win is important and it is also a matter of experience, if you are experiencing good fortune with real casino you will stick with it and vice versa.

Why would I stick with a casino? It is not that they are giving me anything in return, If I win I leave and Im not gonna stick my ass forever and play there. You know that you cant win in the long term so there is no purposes at all to stick with them even when real casino could be offering you free drinks and stuff

people usually like to frequent a familiar place, somewhere they have been before specially if they have had some good experiences there. it is not all about getting something for free although that is a great promotional technique to get people to come to your casino (whether it is online or offline casino).
besides you do everything faster and more smooth when you go somewhere familiar.
1147  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who earns more money Hyip sites or Bitcoin casino sitex ? on: January 02, 2017, 12:32:24 PM
HYIPs area earning dirty money and there is no future in dirty money and the amount they earn can not be considerable because people are not getting fooled easily these days.

but an honest casino is going to earn a lot more and easier money. and most important of all it is a consistent way of making money not a one time robbing people blind and getting away!
1148  Economy / Speculation / Re: is 2017 the new 2013? on: January 02, 2017, 12:27:55 PM

this is the rise from $200 to $1000 in 2016 which took 12+ months

and this is the 2013 rise which took <1 months

1149  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think BTC will hit 2000 USD feb 17 on: January 02, 2017, 12:20:55 PM
Happy 2017 to all
Due to the current huge daily increase of bitcoin do you believe\think that one bitcoin equal 2000 USD by the end of this month - Feb2017 ?
Thanks

this month is January and the next one is called February and no it is not going to rise up $1000 to your dreams come true. this current rise you are seeing is going to slow down and stop then people who were dreaming about moon is going to panic and price will drop.

only after the drop (which is shaking the weak hands out) the price will rise to $2000 and that takes time.
1150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monero, Dash, or Zcash? Let's argue about it. on: January 01, 2017, 12:05:55 PM
any coin that has not been around for at least a year or two can not be compared with those coins that have been around for a very long time, kept the price up, and have been battle hardened. i am talking about Zcash, you should not even compare it with big coins like Monero or Dash. let it stay around for at least a year and if its price was still above $5 then we can talk Smiley
1151  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I bet you have never lost more than this !!! on: January 01, 2017, 11:56:40 AM
I am always surprised to see it. I guess losing 10 BTC can make people become stressed in gambling, even making them can not play anymore. but, after seeing this, I feel that the person is a true gambler. I felt that he was completely hooked on gambling. if the person is still gambling, I think he was great.

10 bitcoin is not just a number! it is worth nearly 10,000 dollars and apart from those who are filthy rich billionaires i don't know anybody who can easily gamble with that kind of money and keep coming back to gamble more! and that is the strange part of this all.
1152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto trading or gambling on: January 01, 2017, 11:50:28 AM
Gambling is much better than trading because with trading you never know if the coins you invested is good or not but at least with gambling you know you gambled on right team and were just unlucky.

you think this way because you have zero knowledge about trading but you instead have some information about teams that you bet on, and that doesn't make trading any less good.

in fact if you spend as much time as you spend watching your teams to learn basics of trading you can see that it is not that bad and you can eventually make some profit.

1154  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gambling Investments on: January 01, 2017, 11:36:17 AM
We have now made 96.89% on a USD basis after 5 months! Amazing returns - read the full details here:

http://bitcoingamblingreviews.com/bitcoin-gambling-investments-512/
Nice stats Smiley

It would be useful if you include your percentage in bankroll. Because your share reflects earnings/losses.
Currently I think it's 0.2% at crypto-games.net, 0.55% at safedice and 5.5% at kingdice?

he has all the information you want in the first post and looking at it i think the crypto-games share was 30% of the profit and safedice was a bit more nearly 40%
and kingdice was a new one as far as i know, so that stats that kingdice gives is not as well as old ones.
1155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What gambling method are you using for Dice? on: December 31, 2016, 01:46:50 PM
I use my own custom strategy and bet all in with all my funds, win big fast or lose so fast. Easy.

your strategy is called YOLO and it is a pretty bad strategy because the chances of making any profit in a game like dice which has a house edge and you have small chance of winning is slim.

would you mind sharing how much you have lost or won using this strategy so far?
1156  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience is Key in Long-Term $BTC Outlook... on: December 31, 2016, 01:38:12 PM
Yes Patience is the key and I can wait until 2026 to import funds from my cold storage, till then I will accumulate it. I believe that bitcoin is undervalued and it will gradually get more and more valuable over the time as people around the world would be using it. Bitcoin could emerge as a major player in fund transfer industry and since it is decentralized, vast of the users would give priority to this amazing technology.
Those indicators you mentioned are strong indication that the market will soon move to a particular direction. the skillful, experience and professional traders don't trade based on this open indicators but they analysis the market based on so many factors e.g current market volumes, market action and fundamental issues.
Patience may be the key to making a good profit and a good investment , but this does not mean that we have to wait for a very long time holding bitcoin and  waiting for the price to go very high, because at some point the price will go down and then we will lose our opportunity and we would have wasted time .

Fully agree with you. Buying and holding bitcoins has been by far inferior versus selling the tops and buying back the lows.

that is true but also you have to remember that not everyone is capable of day trading. many fail miserably when they try to "buy the dip and sell the top" they get scared,... and end up buying at a wrong time and selling at another wrong time.

and besides doing that needs spending a considerably longer times trading and most people don't have that to spare so they end up hodling which is still pretty good.
1157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you care about bonuses on btc casino ? on: December 31, 2016, 01:32:00 PM
Do you care about the bonuses casino offers or play regularly and spotaneously without look at it like me ?

it depends on many things Cheesy
for example it depends on how much i am gambling, for small time gamblers who invest small amounts these bonuses never work unless they are free giveaways.

but in general as i see other are also mentioning, these bonuses are never good because you can never withdraw them. they put so many roadblocks in front you withdrawing it that makes the bonus a virtual money.
1158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Damn, timing always goes wrong with me. on: December 31, 2016, 01:26:26 PM
Bought Way at 25 Satoshi.

On the day i sold for 34 satoshi each, next day the price hike up to 80 satoshi and stablize at 60+-.

Got 4,000 Vslice from bounty.
Sold at 0.5 yesterday after holding for some time.
Price went up to $0.13 few hours after sold.

Ohmy, did anyone of you encounter such phenomena too Cheesy?

this is a bad way of thinking. and it leads to disappointment and finally making worse decisions.

you should start appreciating the profit that you have earned. for example in your first trade you got 36% profit and in your second 100% pure profit since it was bounty! and so on.

what debtstack suggested is a good solution but you still have to be careful not to get greedy.
think of it this way, making 15% profit is always a lot better than losing 15% or having your coins idle and no profit.
1159  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin gambling idea on: December 31, 2016, 01:21:41 PM
i don't mean to disappoint you but ideas don't come free or even cheap and nobody is going to give away their good ideas. i tried that once and never got anything apart from so many cheap suggestions.

and sometimes some ideas seem to be good but when you put them to work you realize you were alone in thinking it good.

that is why people stick to dice, and things that have shown promise that people are going to like and play. that is why instead of looking for a golden idea you should look for what players like to play and do that.
1160  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Let's talk about poker! on: December 31, 2016, 01:15:41 PM

i prefer the actual game of poker face to face with my friends.

They had or have webcam poker sites where you can get a inbetween version of live/online: https://uk.888poker.com/poker-games/webcam/ Not sure there are any BTC option though and i dont know if these games even still run was a few years back i heard about it.

i am also a fan of poker playing it face to face and what you are suggesting is still not face to face! and i don't see much point in it either because you are still not controlling the cards in your hand, and the system is assigning them to you.
