2041  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] Coming next week-- the world's first handheld Bitcoin device, the Ellet! on: June 18, 2012, 09:19:20 PM
I hate these reddit page links. I dont even know what to click on. If someone didn't repost the link to the borders bitcoin magazine article I would of never found it. I only thing I saw some who posted its not leaked if you(MNW) released it. I agree.
I need someone to teach me how to click on Reddit links... Roll Eyes
Bounty 0.01 BTC

Another bounty if someone can notify me when the Ellet, Bitcoincard, and Raspberry Pi are available for shipping...

The Raspberry Pi has been shipping for a while now. I got mine about a month ago...
Yeah, but it's like BFL Singles - there's a backlog of .25 million orders and if I ordered one now, I'd get it in a year

I'd recommend reading the forum before you decide to go with MtGox... some people are waiting on a month to be paid.

Take the fees? Are you all crazy?
OK, let's say he takes the fees. What's next? Beg his hosting company for a free server?
FFS...
Lower them, not drop them altogether. It might actually help his returns: more people will play. 15 people paying 2%, or 3 people paying 4%, is better than 2 people paying 10%.

Due diligence is due. For example, I've invested in Goat's bonds, and he's not verified at all. I let his reputation be the collateral. There are some other securities, however, which I refuse to invest in because there's no verification, and the issuer is not well-known within the community.

TLDR freedom please

The 10% fee means almost everyone loses... almost like gambling Roll Eyes
Please lower it and raise the players/server limit.

2053  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BitFloor.com Rocks! on: June 17, 2012, 05:15:09 PM
For customers wishing to deposit funds into Bitfloor, I suggest they look into our deposit options which include, cash, electronic p2p, and wire transfers. I think you will find that by fine tuning these we are able to provide a pleasant experience to account holders.
Sad
I'm not willing to drive to a Chase bank to deposit my cash; not if the nearest one is an hour's drive. Can you at least provide more cash deposit locations? BitInstant uses ZipZap, which uses MoneyGram, which is really easy and fast.

The link for DecryptWallet.html on the following page is invalid.
However going to http://blockchain.info/DecryptWallet.html works fine.

There's no Chase within an hour's drive of my house; there is, however, a Wal-Mart 10 minutes away. Can you coordinate with BitInstant? I hear nothing but great things about BitFloor, but for now I'm stuck with Wal-Mart deposits.

Hey, both the problems I reported have been fixed!
Thanks!
2058  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.info - Bitcoin Block explorer & Currency Statistics on: June 15, 2012, 03:55:01 AM
Hello piuk, did you notice my comments above about the various buttons and things you can click having an I-beam cursor on mouseover? Is it possible to switch those to having a hand cursor like most people would expect to see?
I think it is just because the a links don't have 'href="#"'

I see the pointer when I mouse over the pills and buttons in the bootstrap docs, but the pills on blockchain.info show the I-beam for me, too.
It's very simple JS or even CSS to make it be a hand. An I-beam is not for clicking buttons.
also:

it would be nice if there wasn't that random wide blank box on the right, and the three other boxes were centered with reasonable margins.

I'm willing to fix both of these problems for free.

I also can recommend bitinstant, very quick and professional
I recently used it, and the payment went through to BTC-E before I got home from WalMart.
