Charities are just scams, they spend a massive amount on overhead and CEO salaries that barely anything is left. Which is why donating items to charities that don't resell & instead redistribute donated items to people in need for free, denies them their money donation scam. Your still better off finding these people in need yourself and giving out directly. These foundations will deny certain people for ridiculous reasons or will keep items for themselves. I would be worse off getting exposed to communicable diseases & alcohol & tobacco & marijuana & other drug fumes during the amount of time it would take for me to properly vet people.
