1101  Other / Meta / Re: [Suggestion] Dedicated sub-forum for Legendaries on: April 26, 2016, 11:57:02 PM
This might be new forum stuff, but maybe just add an option to hide all/show only posts from specific user ranks.

Otherwise anything could be considered a collectable: Beanie babies, pokemon cards, pogs etc.

Those things have been considered collectibles for decades, despite not having seigniorage per se. Create a new subforum called "Coins & Precious Metals" or rename Collectibles that, so nothing else can go in there.

Its for bitcoin related collectables and

Quote
Including physical Bitcoin coins

makes it clear that coins are allowed as well.

It's somewhat standard to say "but not limited to" after "Including" unless the only included thing is "physical Bitcoin coins", in which case it shouldn't say "Collectibles" as the subforum name, it should say "Physical Bitcoin coins".

1105  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Beware of PayPal and other reversible transfer services on: April 23, 2016, 07:04:20 AM
When trading paypal you need to have a MM account which you can use to send funds to your real account, it makes scamming very difficult and you can  make a PP account for $10

Which type of account is MM account, how does it works and when you said PP are you refering to paypal account?
A MM account is a middle man paypal account you use to receive the funds and send to your main account.

Then PayPal domino chargebacks your main account, then the MM account, all the way back to the chargebacker.

Middle man paypal account can be of your own i believe. You just create an account and use that to receive the funds and transfer to your main account so a charge back can not happen to lock your account. If it does then it happens to the MM account and that is a throw away account anyways since they can not trace it back to you.

When paypa does a charge back it only works for the first account the funds were sent to and not the 2nd account, it's obvious you never used more than 1 PP account coz of you paranoia of everyone is here to scam people when using paypal. I have been using TBN & BHW for a couple of years and there paypal is the number 1 currency, I have had a few charge backs but since I never use my main account to accept funds it has never had any issues or ever lost a single cent due to charge backs.

Veteran #bitcoin-otc WoT members had an order of magnitude more gravitas when they told of domino chargebacks. Sorry, not sorry.

TheButterZone:

I just scroll past big letters and don't read (especially when they/you edit your post 36 hours later...)

Did you scroll past the same exact sequence of letters when they were normal-sized 36 hours prior?

It works, it is free, and there is no server that can be shut down.

Number of times I worried that someone will shut down Craigslist servers: 0

Number of people engaging in successful agorism on Craigslist: 0

BAHAHAHA, yep.

This topic is locked because of everyone violating the Local rule: do not reply to this topic.

If you don't want to pay with BTC, I also accept cash, but absolutely no PayPal or other non-cash scammer payment methods.

Please PM, IM (links under my QR code avatar), text 619-393-2253, or IRC me. Don't, if you won't prove that you have enough funds to pay immediately.

Hopefully this will be the one marketplace to rule them all, once anonymity is added and shipping features are worked in.
1120  Economy / Goods / Re: Looking for a Replacement Corsair K70 Wrist Rest! on: April 04, 2016, 07:38:48 AM
There won't be a retail seller outside Australia (since you say you already checked all of them inside) that you can buy this from for less than $20 including shipping. Shipping will cost more than the rest itself, and bring it over $20. Your only real hope is someone physically bringing it in to Australia for you and using the cheapest possible domestic shipper (which may exceed the $20, still) if not meeting you directly.
