the reason you see it more with hyp is cause its stupid hard to stake hyp because of the competition on the network. your box's time is one of the easiest things you can tweak to be more competitive and receive less orphans depending on what os you are using, you can do this via ntpd or timed. I quick search yielded this nice article on the two https://eclecticlight.co/2017/10/27/has-anyone-got-the-time-how-high-sierra-has-changed-time-synchronisation/ whatever you do you want your timeserver to be as close to your physical location as possible.

Jan 15th 2018 instigated withdrawal from coss.io for BPL https://imgur.com/a/wpPK1 and has been stuck ever since. I've tried telegram I've tried their so-called freshdesk support https://imgur.com/a/6YwMoTH All to no avail. Not holding my breath on recovering said coins, but an FYI to the rest of you to use extreme caution when doing business with coss.

Problems still presist as withdraws appear to be selective... ie I've had BTC go out lightning quick but now have two stuck BPL withdraws. Course it goes without saying that they cannot disable markets and coins to maintain a stable platform... that would cut into profits. Instead the end user suffers. Just another day in crypto.
