Gets in a Tank.
Puts on Flack Jacket.
Puts on really black tinted (bullet resistant) riot gear helmet and visor.

(Checks all doors are sealed)

"BFL is an honorable company. No one can disagree with me saying that because...."

Josh, I'm so fuckin' scare that the Judge is going to sentence me to not get within 500 yards of Leavenworth where you'll one day be residing. My fingers are shaking at that prospect while typing this post.

That said, go fuck yourself, Josh Zerlan.

Bruno Kucinskas
Wait a second, if they move him to a prison cell in your state, does this mean you will have to move out of your home/barn?

Gleb, you (I think) qualify as an endangered species. We might have you become a roaming nomad.

By the way, physically speaking where is bitcointalk situated??

https://ag.ks.gov/childrens-safety/netsafe/internet-safety-for-parents/cyberstalking

Quote
Potential Effects of Cyberstalking:

Just because cyberstalking does not include physical contact with the perpetrator does not mean it is not as threatening or frightening as any other type of crime. Victims of cyberstalking often experience psychological trauma, as well as physical and emotional reactions as a result of their victimization. Some of these effects may include:

changes in sleeping and eating patterns
nightmares
hypervigilance
anxiety
helplessness
fear for safety
shock and disbelief

This could result in all of thee above. Though, this is all cured when you Husband/Wife tells you to close the computer and come to bed. Suddenly, all these symptoms above disappear the moment the screen is closed. (Otherwise, you'll exasperate your significant other, which could lead to potentially fatal symptoms such as a domestic dispute.)

[Posted for the Humor in all this]
Gleb will now have to resort to posting this information in Youtube videos as subtitles or closed captioning, or flashing images somewhere in a long video.

Theymos will become so paranoid that he has to view all sorts of posted youtube links that span multiple hours each day. In effect, Gleb will force theymos to ban all youtube links. Then all links to any sort of video.

1545  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BFL fucked us over again (redux) on: April 22, 2015, 03:43:12 AM
I detect a bit of irony in theymos' post where he says "...insecure legacy..." and "...scam investigation...".

Question: does this mean we can post any such numbers backwards without incurring Inaba's wrath?

It's so sad to see theymos now being Inaba's bitch.

But I think that this means that Bruno cannot be held liable for Josh's SSN, because it was found in a publicly available source. Its being removed further exonerates Bruno of any liability. So in a way, Josh just helped you out, dude!  Cheesy

Quote
For legal reasons, any sort of secret ID code/number that is used by the insecure legacy government/banking systems is banned from bitcointalk.org.

It's a well-known fact that banking systems use the last four digits on a person's SSN to verify one's identity, in my and Sonny Vleisides cases, 6586. So, by extension, according to the new policy NO 4-digit numbers will be allowed on this forum from this day forward otherwise it'll violate the new policy. And, if the policy is immediately changed due to this loophole, then that'll put the entire policy into question.

While it is a shame, I completely understand it from a liability standpoint.

i'd do the same thing.

However, it appears that you can just post a link to the document and if others find the info then oh well.

Better yet, putting a permanent link in one's sig, i.e.: Please no not post so-and-so's SSN found via the following link: https//............

You can still publish any information, as long as you do it in a way that does not make BCT/Theymos liable.
Theymos is that you?

My long lost cousin!

Congratulations, you just proved that Josh has other aliases beyond the ones stated in court documents. In this case, proof positive that NWolf = NitroWolf = Inaba = Josh
His avatar speaks for itself.

I kind of got lost in the sea of information. Why exactly are you trying to find where that photo was taken from?

What office BFL was using within that Section 8 housing project directly above Restaurant Baklava across the street from Josh Zerlan's employment at the time.

What a funny coincidence (and "the courts" really do believe in coincidence)...  Roll Eyes

Speaking of coincidence, there were rumors... http://family-and-relationships.manyask.com/viewtopic.php?t=50650

In case you have trouble figuring out who penned that post, he's been known to gnaw on his tale when he lies. That said, how old is Aime Broyles' son?

I'm 600 miles away with no intent on traveling to Kansas to peak in a window, yet this perv has two underage children belonging to his wife across the hall.

Okay, I found out that this place is government funded low income housing. The phone number checks out to one of these rooms. You have to make less than 28k USD a year to live here. These are "Lofts". They have one room for single people and 2 rooms for families. I don't really know what that means as I always thought a "loft" was just one room...

I live in Kansas City and run the EMC bitcoin pool. I also work downtown.

I can check this out any day of the week fairly easily.  I'll keep an eye on the thread, but there's no need to fly some out out here or ship a product out when I can just stop by at any time.

Actually, I just looked out the window.  The restaurant is across the street.  It would take me exactly 63 seconds to walk there from my desk, but only because I'm not on the ground floor and would have to traverse the stairs.
WTF?

Seriously, did I read that right?

Are you saying Inaba took that photo and he used to live/work in section 8 housing? I don't get it.

Did I understand correctly or not? I am trying my best to understand what that address has to do with BFL. It was a registered property...but BY WHOM?

Who took that photo? Where and when was it presented and what was it's purpose? (To boost sales?)

Okay, since no one else was asking. How was josh?
Did he take cover in the corner like a scared baby squirrel when you showed up?

How many punches (in self defense I hope) did he send your way? (if any?)
Everyone want to know, I am sure.

This case does not appear to exist?

Are you sure there was a judge? Are you the real Bruno Kucinskas?

1554  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BFL fucked us over again (redux) on: April 18, 2015, 03:10:11 AM
At Bruno what is your case number?
I can't seem to find it on Jococourts.org

If he is insane, what can you do? <shrug>
1556  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BFL fucked us over again (redux) on: April 18, 2015, 02:04:16 AM
I recommend you separate your Kansas RO experience into it's own _SELF MODERATED_ thread.

It may become the most read content on BitcoinTalk into 2015. (I will "ask" all members to add it to their signature line if and when Bruno compiles his story).
1557  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BFL fucked us over again (redux) on: April 18, 2015, 01:42:27 AM
It is a pity that BFL did not keep any records of when their products were manufactured and shipped.  Does that mean that the world will never know how much bitcoin could have been mined with the customers' prepaid machines, if someone hypothetically had the idea, the opportunity, and the determination to do so?

<Puerto Libre steps into the Court Room.>

Judge: <GASP> Are you that PL?!!
<PL Nods>
Judge: What do you need? And how can I help you?
PL: I hear there is a doubt about how many machines were built. Send us the paper work, we have no lives and will find out just how many farts were released from their hind quarters while shipping out units...oh and how many units were also shipped of course.

Judge: Will you do this incredibly complicated research for the court?
PL: ? Me!? Are you crazy? I am too lazy. I said we, and by we I mean Bruno (and then some). Sure, I'll give him some pointers on how to count the units, but the man is a dedicated demon. If he does anything wrong it is the possession not actually Bruno.

<PL Looks at the judge with seriousness>
PL: Hands the judge the paperwork that states Bruno has concise acute moments of insanity. Coinciding with all online activity. In fact I may even have "expert" bitcointalk witnesses that can show that Bruno was only ever insane when posting online. <--- see if you can find the logical pun in there...somewhere.

PL: I can also show that this affected other members of the bitcointalk community. In fact, I would dare to say that bitcointalk is seriously damaging to ones health. I am suing (in my imagination) theymos for exposing innocent human beings to the harmful affects of this product called bitcointalk.

Judge: What you say, sounds like it has merit.
PL: It not only has merit but it is true. Have you ever seen what happens when you stick 400 strangers into a bar and expose them to liquor?
Judge: I have. I see your point. Case dismissed.

PL: OUR CHEWBACCA DEFENSE WORKS!

Plaintiffs’ counsel has obtained records from Netsolus, Inc., a third party who hosted the mining machines for the Nimbus Mining partnership and cloud mining. The Netsolus records show that detailed records were created showing the precise number of bitcoins mined on a daily and monthly basis. It is hard to believe with a reasonable inquiry BFL cannot determine the number of bitcoins it received from a partnership of which it was a partner and from its own cloud mining. With this number, the number of bitcoins obtained from the testing of equipment prior to shipping may be determined with simple math.

"Grimm, for a treat, if BFL sent X miners to Netsolus, Y miners to Nimbus, and Z miners to its own cloud mining facility, how many bitcoins could Bruce Peterson steal in terms of N? Please show your work, Grimm, or no treat."

Grimm: That's a tough one, Nitro. Before I answer you that, Bruce Peterson is the DaBitcoinGuy, correct? And, is that a bacon treat or beef? I'm watching my diet. Speaking of diet, Nitro, you're looking like shit lately, and quit looking out the window. There's nobody there.

Interesting defense strstegy: "we have no idea of what we did with our money, products, and customers during the life of the company, sorry".

They are refusing to inform the blockchain addresses used by employees, including the top management, is that right?

again I am still in awe of them still not in jail.....I mean if it is this easy for the meager minds of josh and sonny to string this along so long...what must
a well run criminal enterprise get away with? (shudder) jeez

take a look at the USA/UK/Europe coalition!  Fucking world destroying, that's what!

I just read from Alex Jones that the planet is being taken over by Zerlans. Connection?
I thought I was reading Bruno's posts, then I looked at the name and it said "Bruno_Mole"...wait, I mean BFL_Mole.

I am confused. Is our Gandalf unharmed in Kansas? Please report!

The purpose of this letter is to place Defendant BFL on notice of its duty to
preserve potential evidence, and information likely to lead to admissible evidence, in
this case. On behalf of the Plaintiff Class, Plaintiffs demand that Defendant BFL take
immediate steps to preserve all electronic data, documents, and media in its possession
or control, including but not limited to immediate suspension of all routine purging of
all said data and the media on which said data is stored.
Please note that paper printouts
of text or other data existing on electronic files or media are no substitute for the
electronic files themselves and do not relieve Defendant BFL of its obligation to preserve
the electronic data and files and the media on which they are stored. Please note that the
rules of law prohibiting the destruction or spoliation of evidence and providing for the
imposition of sanctions for the negligent or willful destruction or spoliation of evidence,
apply to electronic information with the same force as they apply to other kinds of
evidence.

Are there forensic tools readily available that could uncover deleted files if BFL did do such?
1560  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BFL fucked us over again (redux) on: April 17, 2015, 11:59:45 PM
Ah okay, now I understand, this case seems to be a class action against BFL if I recall correctly. This may be funded by multiple members.
