7602  Economy / Securities / Re: BMF FAQ on: September 30, 2012, 11:45:17 AM
At great mental and emotional pain I have decided to take the advice of a couple friends on IRC.

I have decided to answer each question that I am asked in a calm and rational manner and add the answers to a FAQ in the OP. I will use post #2 which has been reserved for this purpose.

I'm going to ignore everything said in this and any other thread and only respond to questions regarding BMF, and only questions posted below this post, in this FAQ. Those are my terms. The FAQ may also be posted on BMF's webpage when I get around to it. Tirades and bullshit will be ignored. After all, if you do not actually ask a question, I can't answer it.
usagi, I would like to invest in BMF however I'm a bit concerned with the inconsistent dividends (0.001 for a few weeks).. what happened there?
7603  Economy / Securities / Re: TYGRR.* assets on GLBSE delisted. on: September 30, 2012, 11:39:34 AM
Another reason why you should NOT trust GLBSE.
7604  Economy / Securities / Re: [CPA] Should CPA close out and make a final dividend payment? on: September 30, 2012, 11:35:10 AM
What is all the fuss about? Seriously, seems like a few trolls wanted to ruin usagi.

Shouldn't there be dividends today?
7610  Economy / Securities / Real Life Stock Passthroughs (eg AAPL) on: September 24, 2012, 11:30:53 AM
So I've got an idea.. why don't someone start a real life stock exchange passthrough? Maybe even a stock exchange that lets you spend bitcoins. The barrier to entry of stocks can be pretty high.
7611  Economy / Gambling / Re: Does http://greenishblue.info/litedice/ cheat? on: September 24, 2012, 11:28:52 AM
I visited http://greenishblue.info/litedice/ and made a bet on "Under 32000". I was supposed to get 1.9662x of my 0.2 LTC (which is 0.39324 LTC), but I got only 0.29324 LTC. I thought that was due to transaction fee (0.1 LTC) so I checked the transaction to be sure. No fee was applied!

Am I wrong? If not, then be aware of the cheater.
Well, why don't you play SatoshiDICE?
7612  Economy / Long-term offers / | BitPonzi - 7% weekly :: Invest if you want, Proceeds to Charity | on: September 24, 2012, 09:20:26 AM
What is BitPonzi?
BitPonzi is a open Ponzi scheme. Interest will be paid from later investors, as well as low-risk investments on GLBSE. It's a Ponzi scheme. That doesn't mean you will lose money or get scammed. This should not be your life retirement plan, you know the risks. It will collapse one day, but if you withdraw before the collapse, you'll make a nice profit Smiley.

Why 'invest' into other disguised ponzis when you can get better rates here? Same risk, better returns.

What will the funds be invested in?
A certain amount of funds will be invested into stocks and bonds. Why have bitcoins sitting around doing nothing when they can earn interest? They'll be sold fully when investors make withdraws.

Is this a ponzi?
Yes, obviously. Think of this as informed gambling. The risk will increase the longer this goes, but the rewards will too.

How much interest will you pay?
7% per week.

Why should I invest?
Because as long as there is a steady stream of new investors, you'll make interest. Pull out before the ship crashes and you'll make a profit. Always remember, only invest what you can afford to lose, and this is true for everything seeing as nearly all of the LTOs are just ponzis in disguise. Why not openly make one and donate proceeds to charity?

What's to stop you from running away with my coins before this defaults?
The longer this goes for, the more money I make.

This is unsustainable!
Of course it's unsustainable. But when it's working, you'll make profits. Decide when to pull out and choose your own risk.

What if this defaults?
I'll sell all stocks / bonds, give it to charity, and lock the thread. Your investments will not be paid back if you're slow and didn't withdraw, and you're aware of it right now. That's the risk you're going to take.

Okay, I know this is a Ponzi and I'm going to get on the boat. How do I start?
PM me and I'll give you a wallet to send funds to. When you want to withdraw, PM me again.

Withdrawing
You can only withdraw the full funds. After withdrawing, you will not be able to invest again. There is a fee to withdraws depending on how much you want to withdraw. Longer = less fees, more coins, but more risks.

When is interest paid?
Generally mondays, Australian time.

Why did you make a Ponzi scheme?
Because pretty much every other thread is a disguised ponzi scheme?

7617  Economy / Securities / Re: MTGox Automatic Trading Bot Tracking To Gauge Usefulness As A Security on: September 24, 2012, 05:52:45 AM
1 Week complete of trading, good profits overall of 4.3 BTC, I am going to remove the 4.3 from the account and start this week back up with 50 again to keep my math going easier for the coming weeks tracking.
Put it in GLBSE or Cryptostocks Wink
7618  Economy / Securities / Re: [GLBSE] BTC-BOND - 0.5% Weekly Secured Loan Bonds on: September 24, 2012, 05:42:51 AM
What's with the last '200% collateral' one? Not enough takers?

The majority of the holdings are BTC-MINING and GIGAMINING.
BTC-MINING - pays 1% / week, pretty low risk
GIGAMINING - pays near 2% / week, prices are going down as we speak, prob. will collapse soon

This is essentially a BTC-MINING / GIGAMINING pass through. Instead of investing into BTC-BOND where they promise you $1 per BTC (lol)

If GIGAMINING value drops (which it will), btc-bond will turn into ****. If asic is a failure and mining related stocks collapses, again btc-bond will turn into ****.

This isn't necessary a bad investment, it's just that you can cut the middleman and get 2x-4x while the middleman provides nearly no security.

And again - if BTCs are worth nothing - this is the only case where you will get your lowball $1 / BTC - what's to prevent Namworld from running away? Nobody would care, the mods of bitcointalk.org will probably shut down the servers, and you won't ever get your 7% insurance.
7619  Economy / Securities / Re: [GLBSE] BTC-BOND - 0.5% Weekly Secured Loan Bonds on: September 24, 2012, 05:21:28 AM
'Secured Loan Bonds'? More like "7% insured bonds"
