341  Economy / Services / Re: who can provide me list of university / institute on: September 27, 2017, 03:43:06 PM
There are many universtities where students pay bitcoins but currently  i can't remember all.
The universtity of Niscosia is the world's first institution that started accepting bitcoin as a tution and other fee since years.
Here you can go for it https://www.unic.ac.cy

Wow, amazing, if this is true then that is really amazing. I hope this thing will also adapt in my country and even in other big countries around the world. But I hope the info is legit, because bitcoin is truly hard to implement in one country because not all of the people will choose to use bitcoin in a transaction but totally hoping for positive thing will happen too in implementation of bitcoin here in my country.

343  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Paying with Btcoin on: September 27, 2017, 02:51:29 PM
It is hard to look for an institute nowadays that accept btc even in the most holder of bitcoin, they did not yet implemented of using bitcoin on accepting as mode of payment even in America and China and more developed countries, but hoping in the near future bitcoin will be one of the best mode of payment in market and schools in almost all the countries of the world.
344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Metaverse Mining Info on: September 26, 2017, 04:20:01 PM
This is already getting close to the point of failing and it hasn't gotten started. Wrong approach on the forum announcement. People are still is the midst of not understanding the China thing and that is throwing them off, plus the ICO terms are going to confuse them. Try waiting a week and rewriting the whole thing, that way they can see that China is fine and maybe they will be more perceptive.
345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My theory about Waves on: September 26, 2017, 04:02:59 PM
What is this based on? Why is it being posted? I don't understand why people think that their theories are for it to the rest of the Forum. The fact is that waves is not going to make it. Everyone knows the waves is not going to make it. And there is no reason for anyone to come out try to say that it's going to.
346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GPU Mining Rigs - Is it too late to start?... on: September 26, 2017, 03:45:51 PM
Yes, it was too late a year back. This is just going to eat your money up and leave nothing for you but a system that you may or not be able to use for normal computing. Maybe you can use the system for a gaming PC when you lose the money, that is very possible, but some systems with 90 video cards and nothing else are pretty useless.

347  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as Ransom on: September 26, 2017, 03:35:41 PM
In many cases the kidnappers never receive their ransom and are either arrested if killed by a police force trying to free those kidnapped. I want to let the police handle it rather than pay the ransom because you are never sure they will drop the lover.

These are the old ways where you send the ransom physically and they free up your lover  Wink and in between the police comes and arrest the
kidnappers. Grin  The times has changed. These days hackers attack the computer system and get the computer locked. Then the programmed system ask for ransomware in the form of bitcoin to unlock the computer. You pay the specific amount to the bitcoin address and your computer get unlocked. You never know whom you send the bitcoin, the police never came and neither do they know what happen and where the money went.
348  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: freebitco.in "Browser Mining" - is it worth it? on: September 22, 2017, 07:10:53 AM
Of course it's not worth it. Do you actually think that sitting there and letting the browser run consuming your electricity and your computer is going to ever pay off for you? This is something that may have two or three years ago produced a small effect but it is something that is never going to earn you good. Time is to move on something which is more productive and profitable.
349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: The POW 'lite' global 'Airdrop' is confirmed for 09:00 PT 3rd October 2017. on: September 22, 2017, 06:48:36 AM
What have you done to give these coin value? Where in the exchange volume can we see that this is going to be a successful. You talk about it airdrop but you're not saying anything about what you're going to do to make those coin worth something. I can sit there and make a coin and give out hundreds and thousands of them but that doesn't make them worth anything. You need a full roadmap and projects to backup your coins worth.
350  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is instant way to get rich ? on: September 22, 2017, 06:15:33 AM
What did it do to show you that you're going to instantly get rich? All you have to do if you want to get Rich's to buy low and sell high. You can do that with Bitcoin but it's going to take a little bit of time so you're instantly portion of your question is not answered. Is there something that gave you some indication you were going to instantly get rich ?

351  Economy / Speculation / Re: $100000 by 2024? on: September 22, 2017, 05:30:29 AM
There is no way that we're going to be able to push out that sort of timeframe. Obviously went to creases and the steady increases in the value of the coin it could make it to set prices in that time frame but there are so many things and other factors that could change that overtime that there's no way anyone is going to be able to make that asseratatuin. All you did was just but after chart draw the line to the end that doesn't mean there's not going to be something that's going to happen is going to change those factors.
352  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Question about soft and hard fork on: September 22, 2017, 05:05:12 AM
There's plenty of documentation on the internet about this. There's something you have to sit and slowly read for yourself you are never going to understand it with people from this for I'm trying to explain it to you. You have to sit and read it. You have to sit there and take as much time as it needs to get into your head. Also this forum contains lots of good information about this hard / soft fork.
353  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dividing your salary. on: September 21, 2017, 07:43:46 PM
If you were dipping into money that close to your headline did you need to not be investing in anything. Never invest any money that you cannot afford to lose. Wait till your ready to join the trading market. Trading a crypto-currency or any sort of investment is not the way to supplement income that is below where you needed to be. If you have a very high salary and a lot money left after the month ends, then you can convert only that extra money into crytocurrecny and start the trading business.
354  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is everybody dumping Bitcoin? on: September 21, 2017, 07:20:39 PM
I don't know why people got panic so easily. People are currently dumping massive coins in the market because of China's action to regulate Bitcoin. What do you think people should do instead of dumping their coins just like that in the market that lead to damage the value of bitcoin?

They must be new in the world of bitcoins and afraid to invest. On the other side people who contain a lot knowledge aren't dumping it because they know its useless and gain nothing with it. Most of peoples are still  buying and selling the bitcoin with today's price as for them they have to keep on transact on whatever is the price to keep running their business. Price is still very high and attractive to dump and get profits.
355  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: September 21, 2017, 04:56:03 PM
The law states it is a commodity. Simple research will tell you that. It is something that will make or break you, so learn to do that diligence and get the information yourself or you will never make it in the trading markets. Bitcoin was deemed legally a commodity in Florida and in few other US States courts.

356  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: September 21, 2017, 04:31:58 PM
What are the reasons, why people use Cash or Credit Cards / ATM / Banks?

* Work offline 100%
* No fees.
* Accepted for Food Shopping & Micropayments
* 0 confermations time
* 0 exchange risks
* anyone is able to understanding of the value of payment

So if you were a vendor that used/accepted Credit/Debit card transactions you would know that your points 1, 2 4 and 5 are total rubbish.
They dont work offline, you need a GSM signal at the very least to have a transaction confirm on the VISA or MCARD network. Fees are anywhere from 1% to 2.5% whih for larger transactions is much more than the cost of BTC transactions. Confirmation is not immediate (the vendor may receive confirmation that the transaction has been receieved by the network but just because this has happened doesnt mean it is set in stone and cannot be reversed.)

Cryptocurrency IS the future. End of.

Who said we don't pay fee?. What about the government tax ?, and on the top ATM and Credit Card applied fee.
Anyways the reason "why cash is better than bitcoins" is anyone can accept money easily and not everyone use Bitcoins. Once bitcoin is accepted everywhere, only than bitcoin usage will be increase from the cash money transactions.
357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: i7 mining? on: September 21, 2017, 04:11:11 PM
Maybe you should use one of those profits switching sites. Search what you're actually talking about is CPU mining that I don't think you're going to get anywhere with it if you don't use some sort of site that's going to switch the coins for you. Otherwise you're still going to lose money using those type of sites but at least you will get a little bit more than if you were to do it on your own.
358  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin will survive after 100 year ? on: September 20, 2017, 05:25:33 PM
We all gonna die one day but yeh bitcoins survive after 100 year. Bitcoins are increasing and the price is now 4000$. Maybe and ofcourse surely it will increase more in future. Maybe after 100 year our grand children use bitcoins instead money/cash. At that time, there will be no concept of paper money. People will study history and will laugh to see people before 100 years used paper for money.  Grin
359  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'll never stop buying Bitcoin on: September 17, 2017, 05:42:38 PM
While I am one of the biggest supporters of Bitcoin out there, I still see it coming to an end one day. I think it's going to be a good ten years or more off but I would use the word never right now. As enthusiastic as I have been and continue to be I do not think that never is going to cover it. But it was good to see that there is someone is going to go out there and follow it to the very end.
360  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptopay Bitcoin Debit card + Giveaway on: September 17, 2017, 05:12:12 PM
Has anyone gotten a vouch yet? I ran into a couple of services like this and one out of three was a scam. I am not saying that yours is I'm just saying that it would be nice to see some confirmation somebody else that this is a proven and working system. I would actually like to see a easy to use and low-fee Bitcoin debit card but I have found this yet. Being in the United States has a lot of restrictions and at the same time the ones we have found at work have very high fees.
