1081  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the Bitcoin price ever drop back down to $500? on: December 11, 2016, 01:21:29 PM
I think not anymore since there are many users now, so the money or bitcoin will generate so it will grow higher/

One more point,if a whale holds the bitcoin on its own wallet then we might get that thing or have that value
and I know this won't happen because everyone wants to get money, so we hope big whales will gonna generate their money then.

1082  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think bitcoin is one new step for sucess. on: December 11, 2016, 01:18:14 PM
the best thing here is that the young and the old generation guys can share their knowledge freely with each other in this open source network. These type of places are the best place to hit with a revolutanary idea and youth can get far better education from here than schools at least in my country

I have learnt a lot about crypto currencies from this forum than from any other sites. I agree there are main trollers, scammers and all but if you can filter the content, it's all good.

1083  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]BlockCDN:A application build on Ethereum smart contract on: December 11, 2016, 01:16:53 PM
You should rethink your crowdsale incentives and marketing.

Having concurrent mining rewards during a crowdsale gives small investors less incentive to give and more to mine.

Ethereum price was on a bear trend lately which shook some investors confidence.

Most importantly a total lack of promotion or hype in the months precedeeding your crowdsale and lack of on going community engagement during it. I'm still waiting on that reddit AMA.

I actually don't understand fully the incentive to hold blockCDN after 3 years from start of active service provision since you stop paying dividends to holders after then. It usually takes 3-5 years for a service to build a sizable

What do I gain from holding blockCDN for > 3 years? Do you expect the tokens to appreciate in value? Will there always be a fixed total of tokens or will you increase token cap in future to reduce prices for customers and ensure your profitability and the expense of your early investors?

Perhaps extend the deadline or actually promote actively in threads with ethereum users, investors and audiences e.g. the ethereum or ethtrader reddit sub where plenty of potentially interested people hang.

Your promotion on these threads has been lacking.

If the crowdsale fails aside from refunding the ETH will you:

Do a debrief?
Seek a consultantion on why it failed?
Continue the project?
Seek investment elsewhere?
Relaunch the crowdsale?
Tweak the incentive structure and marketing if crowdsale is relaunched?

Good questions! Would be great if the dev answers them. I think the promotion is alright but mining reward should be given less for now till ICO ends.

1084  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: December 11, 2016, 05:10:04 AM
Bitcoin is already an international currency as many countries are using for their business. Even in some countries governments are also involving in bitcoin. Soon many more countries will use bitcoin for their personal need and as well as business.
i agree with you that bitcoin is already an international currency because bitcoin is very useful currency in everywhere and bitcoin is available and acceptable in any country for online shopping and you are right that many country are using bitcoin for their business.

This is the future. Perhaps in 50 years time we can say to our grand kids that we lived and were a part of this amazing revolution. and they will feel great to dealing with bitcoins only.

1085  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [KMD] Komodo speculation on: December 11, 2016, 04:58:58 AM
Price can be initially very high up to 3-4x ICO, then it will fall and prices will be around ICO as it usually happens in last time.

3X, just ask yourself this sincere question, if your can by the coin at 3X the ICO price, once you can then your wish is granted

I think this may be, but not at that moment when this instability in market.

I expect KMD to list somewhere more than 3 to 6x times the ICO price if everything goes as per plan.
We can expect limited downside for KMD.
1086  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prices could leap to $2000 in 2017? on: December 11, 2016, 04:45:47 AM
I predict the price of bitcoin might be in the range of 1200 USD to 1500USD in 2017.  the price 2000USD  is too high. This will cause some economic system disrupted. but bitcoin will still be a priority choice for me.

Few countries have experienced some financial issues. On account of this big increase in users were found. I believe bitcoin is expected to be around the range of $1000 - $1200. Sudden increase to $1500 is not possible in this short period. If it happens too, it won't sustain similar to the gradual increase.

Then the possibility of the value of the money ain't  that impossible since we are almost in thousand before 2016 ends. Many factors including the one stated above are the reason bitcoins not reaching 1500$ by the year end.
1087  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has no competition on: December 11, 2016, 04:05:10 AM
Well, in my eyes, bitcoin has a lot of competition, You know in this time,
a lot of other cryto currencies have come, and we can see in altcoin trading,
but instead of it bitcoin is in number one, and that's why everyone who know about
crypto currency they firstly choose bitcoin. Because other than crypto currency,
bitcoin has a huge price and in some countries bitcoin is used in everywhere, But
also i will say that bitcoin has competition with all other crypto currencies.
Also Because people  rather choose bitcoin other than other because of its being known from the start being the first digital currency
and give it more popularity compared to other Altcoins.
1088  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: December 11, 2016, 03:58:43 AM

great .its very good to hear that u have got u have pay local tacos with bitcoins .it would be  like dream come true if in india that we have to pay through bitcoins .but that not not gonnna happen in the next 50 years .but u can recharge ur phone through bitcoins through the zebpay .kudoos Smiley

Yeah, it is a easy way to recharge the iPhone with bitcoin, also paying the bills from bitcoin, But these all are short works and bitcoin is more useful for us, For example, i prefer bitcoin instead of cash, because bitcoin is investment and it is a new way on online to make money. Also i can use bitcoin in amount transfer easily with safely into an other account.
You still need cash for your daily life and impossible to live without it . Everyday you need cash I bet it , so you must considering cash as your primary needs in first place . You can using bitcoin as your investment and side-income .
Only fool would say that he can live without cash, it is needed for us to survive in this world. Bitcoin is still new and there is no assurance that it will last longer than what cash has achieve. The fact that it is not backed by the government, there's a big chance that it will be ban and suddenly lose in the circulation. Let us just enjoy what bitcoin has offered to us now but still use cash for our daily operations.

This is hardly possible unless Bitcoin starts seriously competing with the local currency. There are quite a few currencies in the world today, and most governments don't ban them from at least possession by their citizens, making only one currency legal (i.e. their own). Bitcoin in this respect is basically just another foreign currency, so there is no particular reason to ban it specifically. Though things may change drastically if Bitcoin eventually starts to crowd out national currencies from circulation...

But that's not going to happen any time soon

I do not think the bitcoin will be part of major daily usage for ordinary in the next few years. I just use it less than 1%.

And one more point is that, since it is not that popular like the fiat so we cannot compare our major daily usage yet we can have it as our  support on our needs, especially when you have it big enough then you can get what I mean.

1089  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does any bank accept Bitcoin? on: December 11, 2016, 03:57:21 AM
Haven't heard about the bitcoin bank acceptance but i know one thing that xappo wallet
offers xapo atm/debit card which is applicable worldwide.

Unlike what they have. Security of ones information is in their hands unlike in bitcoins, just email, name and just some other common information is given. But then, we hope that someday bank can accept bitcoin for its easy access to everyone which we really want in every transaction we have.
1090  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is a good investment now, because... on: December 11, 2016, 03:54:27 AM

Bitcoin is a good investment now because its price just keeps going up. In fact bitcoin is the best investment in my opinion.
The early adapters are lucky to have bought at a very cheap price, but it's still very profitable today compared to other investments.
yepp i can imagine an early adopter have a lot of profit if they still hold till now ,
$1 to $750 and even have a bigger potential to become $1,000 or so!
thousands fold profit! but considering bitcoin invented not just for investment only ,
but also have a purpose to become the next generation of money, so it is more than worth to invest in bitcoin now.

though it is not that popular yet you can earn your profit bigger than what you invest, just be wise on making move. Need to make a wise move to get good profit in long term.
1091  Economy / Speculation / Re: When do we cross the 1000 USD barrier? on: December 11, 2016, 03:51:36 AM
a lot of people asking questions like that. but, this time everything is only a prediction and speculation. Well, I also predict that the price of bitcoin will pass barrier $ 1,000 in 2017 to come. perhaps, you could see that sign as early 2017, precisely in January. perhaps, bitcoin prices will begin to grow since then.

so since it is already December, I guess $1000 will not be reached by this end but then it is still increasing day by day it is not impossible
if the amount of it will reach $900 but we still hoping that this year will end with four digits.
1092  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [CLOAK] CloakCoin Speculation on: December 10, 2016, 02:19:18 PM
So I suggest you guys to hold with long term view. Keep an eye for upcoming news and announcements. Cloakcoin should give decent returns to its holders within a reasonable time frame.

1093  Other / Archival / Re: EGO [THE ANON MOVEMENT CORPORATION] << ICO SOLD OUT IN 29 MINUTES >> on: December 10, 2016, 02:12:53 PM

Hold it guys! If everything works out well, this coin can reward all of you well!  So i can see this one to be one of the good coins.

1094  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: December 10, 2016, 02:06:32 PM
It's already a currency, cryptocurrency. From what I understand, Bitcoin is already being applied in the whole world, not everywhere but it is known to people that have knowledge of it. Bitcoin is a decentralized money, so there's no point of telling that it needs to go international, it just says that it doesn't belong to one place. When you say global, it means the majority of it are staying in an area, let's say some country. And you are planning to go to other countries; then that is it. That's international.

Bitcoin is not in one place; no one controls it. No one owns it.

you are right, Bitcoin is already an international currency. It is used in each country and many people.

Bitcoin is designed to go global and it is doing it. We people are the once that are blessed with this opportunity to use it and to be a part of this amazing revolution.

Think about it guys, where will bitcoin and crypto currencies be in 100 years? What will be the coming generations say about us. Have you guys thought about it?
1095  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we start new year in $800+ or remain in $700+ on: December 10, 2016, 02:05:20 PM
We'll be close to $1000 by 31st of Dec.

So before the end of the year $800 per 1 btc will be there i think.
And soon  early quarter one 2017 will reach it thousand of that..
1096  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: December 07, 2016, 05:20:39 PM
Getting rich with bitcoin is not an easy job right now because you need to spend
lot of your fiat currency into bitcoins and you need to wait many years. Nobody don't know
how many years it will take, in this case you are lucky enough to make money with bitcoin.
But with patience one day you will really make some more cash with bitcoin but no idea how long it will take.
Yes we need to wait for more number of years to get rich with bitcoins.
The dream of becoming rich is possible and achievable of we save bitcoins for some longer period.
But there will not be any definition what is the maximum richness and people do sell their bitcoins
when they see some price up surge. So they are still trying to become rich.

I agree that becoming rich is possible and achievable if we save bitcoins for longer time, but through investing
the money not just keeping it alone.
1097  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you do when BTC shoots up? on: December 07, 2016, 05:17:38 PM
Sometimes I sell it, but I never sell all the coins. Often there is the potential for the
price to keep rising, so it is good to have something saved, due to the chances of making better profits.
On the other hand, sometimes I have the wrong timing, and I end up not selling the coins when I should.

Very nice way mate!, save it until it last, it will be great to have some money left in your wallet.
So for me, I rather keep my money on investing than waiting that value to shoot up
1098  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the minimum amount to start as a trader? on: December 07, 2016, 05:15:41 PM
As long as you are willing to lose your money because in trading it is hard to trust if you can get your money back.

Yes, this is the most big thing you should know in trading, be ready to lose your money any time you trade because you do not know if we were scammed by people.
1099  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do you buy Bitcoins? on: December 07, 2016, 05:10:02 PM
Buying bitcoins is like buying cryptocurrency which is profutable all the year round .
if u have invested a little bit of money on bitcoins u can earn a bit of money not day
and night but u have to wait a lot .but its worth it .kudoos Smiley

Bitcoin is one of the crypto currencies mate and yes it is so profitable, I guess you do not understand what OP meant, he ask
WHY DO YOU BUY BITCOIN?  I guess you want to say then that you buy bitcoin because it is profitable in your part.
1100  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way to manage money? on: December 07, 2016, 05:07:36 PM
Some of the points which I can think of includes but not restricted to it: -

learn finance and try to understand the difference between need and desire.
Reduce redundant expenses.
Keep some fund for an emergency.
Keep investing rather than keep spending.

I totally agree with this one.
Specially investing rather than spending it through that your money will grow fast.
