1581  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play dice: Strategy with BTC on: March 07, 2020, 05:52:20 AM
I notice that time elements has a factor when playing dice, when I am in a winning roll I stop and refresh the page and start from zero again I'm trying to beat the house edge with this, it's not a guranty that it will work all the time, but the winning percentage is good I call it reset from time to time.
1582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sistemkoin exchange is a scam with all proof. on: March 07, 2020, 03:40:43 AM
Provide all the proof needed then open a scam accusation againts this project.

You can easily move this thread there in scam accusation section so the account of that exchange will be tagged and no one will be a victim again.

That's true OP should do it now, but he is not the one that was scammed and just got news from one site, it's better to contact the guy and ask him to post all the proofs in the scam section or it will just become hearsay and will not hold much weigh, or better extract the proof where it was posted and ask permission to post it here.
1583  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reputation at stake will you stop gambling on: March 07, 2020, 01:05:28 AM
Public office is public trust and perception plays a crucial role on how  politician will remain in office, so if you are going to run for office it's better to have a public relations hip manager and stop gambling if you are going to run for office, your competitor will have something to attack you and being a gambler is one of the worst thing.
1584  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to invest in bitcoin and crypto 2020 [NEW] on: March 06, 2020, 06:09:55 PM

1585  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Not An Organization on: March 06, 2020, 03:48:48 PM
NOT MY WORDS - These are the words from my Professor who just penalized me for writing that Bitcoin is an organization - its an industry; according to him it is NOT an organization but an industry or just a thing!

As a scholar studying for my MBA, I am in a huge fight with my Professor who will not change my grade based off his own inability to understand that Bitcoin is a DAO - a real organization, but not structured as as most because it is decentralized.

After proving it is a DAO, he still wants me to provide more direct evidence that Bitcoin is an organization taking actions; needless to say, I am confused and could use some expert opinions here.

You are lack of knowledge on how Bitcoin works and your professor is to good to correct you of your misconception, I am not an experts but the goal of the Cryptocurrency is to be decentralized makes it a non organization, you just go back and learn the theory and the concept so you'll now it is not, and what part of Satoshi's theory that you read that makes it an organization.
1586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][RNG] Ring: Widest ever initial distro | Proof of Play | CPU Mining | Hive on: March 06, 2020, 03:00:43 PM
New Coin from good Community Will keep my eyes on it;D

I'm not into mining but reading all it's features will make a non miner to mine this coin, it's a CPU mineable coin and asic resistance so it is very attractive to both full time miners and non miners, I'm on both their channels on Discord and Telegram and they are now in a testnet and making sure no bug when they release it, I think it's going to worth the wait.
1587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥 [ANN] HiveNet – The Next Generation of Cloud Computing 🔥🔥 on: March 06, 2020, 01:56:33 PM
You have a very interesting project I've check the link to your software and this is what I've read
Quote
Please note: HiveNet is currently available as a testnet. All granted rewards are given as test coins. You will only be able to earn a revenue in HiveCoins once HiveNet's mainnet has launched. You can find details on HiveNet's milestones and the planned mainnet launch date in our roadmap.

Although the explanation is very simple, creating a video for this will make things easy for the non techy to participate in your project
Will follow your project and looking forward to the launching of the mainnet.
1588  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Staking vs Mining Cryptocurrencies on: March 06, 2020, 01:18:40 PM
How about something new called Proof-Of-Humanity concept?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m-NGxJfS0mw

I started the video but is not what I expected, like a short 2-3 minute presentation of the coin. A intro video is more appealing to me.
New mining algorithm or what is Proof-Of-Humanity? How is this coin mined? There is no cpu nor gpu computational power involved? Does this IDENA have a announcement in here? Thank you!

Yes they do have, check the announcement section they are always on top of the section, but you cannot start to mine right way you have to do two things, you need to get an invitation code coming from verified miners of Idena and you need to pass a validation by doing a turing test that last for 40 minutes you can finish it in just 15 minutes, it's hard to get a code but it's also hard to pass validation the first time.
1589  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Yobit Support on: March 06, 2020, 05:49:07 AM
Looks like they are working on something at https://yobit.live

Is this really yobit's support and not from impostors?

If this is true then its good. I can see the list of mods here.
I was trying to contact them since yesterday too for I lose my phone and has to reset my 2fa in them. I did create a ticket but weren't getting some reply yet. A mod did reply to me in the chat but today it wasn't resolved yet.

I hope this is true and they set up a full time support, people are having a hard time to contact their support in the past I've sent several tickets but it took them 3 weeks to answer when the answer is just a simple no or yes and need to  you have balance in your account if you want to participate in the chat widget, a real time support is badly needed.
1590  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptotalk Future on: March 06, 2020, 03:02:36 AM
The community has grown rapidly but unfortunately it did not expect getting the results that they wanted, the system invited for spammers to be active in their forum imagine 30 posts for only 1000 worth of sats, to earn a decent income here you have to complete that 30, and even if you are a good posters I doubt if you can complete that number of posts without posting some spam posts.
1591  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you see Markets on Gambling Sites? on: March 06, 2020, 01:12:50 AM
They offer promotions, they offer certain things and they even had merchandise! (Well some of them has it)
As a Gambler How do you view these things? Is it worthy of a try? Or it's just a thing of the company to get more sales and money?
It's company's way to get more client and sales every gambling site are doing it from time to time, always gets promotion offer from some of the gambling sites I'm playing, I tried some of them but it entice me to upgrade to the next level or deposit, most of the promotion are all about deposit bonus.
1592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Age restriction in gambling on: March 05, 2020, 05:25:13 PM
When I saw 5 years old is allowed, I tried searching where this country is. And Malawi is in Southern Africa.
The country had suffered poverty over the years, Country hardly recovered depression and still the exploitation of the large estate owners. Maybe at early stage people are resorting to gambling but its still quite not right to have it approved by law to allow 5 year old to gamble.

At age 15 I already engage in gambling so I'm not surprise bout Iceland. Bacarrat is my fave in the back of our classroom.

If the country is poverty stricken then we can say that they allow children to play in back yard gambling but not in casino gambling, we never know what kind of gambling they are playing maybe they have a local form of gambling in which children can participate, but like all the others here, children should not be allowed to gamble at a very young age.
1593  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin is now legal in india. on: March 05, 2020, 05:15:27 PM
It has been legal , RBI proposed to make it illegal ( even holding any cryptocurrency ) but they didn't ( although they directed regulated entities not to participate in it ) and told they will be monitoring it for now and if any Indian lose their money , its the individuals money and also RBI couldn't ban it as community interfered and our Honorable Finance Minister told they will discuss it up , then it went to SC which squashed it . It surely is a great news as people like me were reluctant to buy huge amount .

I hope the decision is final because sometimes there is a motion for reconsideration but if it is enbanc then the decision is final and the Indian community, will now have a good opportunity to buy and trade Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrency and remember some of the best coders and developers comes from India.
1594  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Age restriction in gambling on: March 05, 2020, 03:30:58 PM
Have you known that there is an age restriction in gambling? But it is varied among the countries in the world. I have just checked in wikipedia that commonly someone can play gambling starting from the age of 15/16/18/19/20/21 years. It depends on where he lives, every country may have different regulation related to the age restriction. Below I classify some countries based on the age restriction:

Age 5: Malawi (Casino)

Age 23: Greece

I bet Malawi has a huge number of gamblers because they can start at a very young age, I don't know about Malawi, but whoever passed that law is not right, it is encouraging children to gamble, here in our country you will be charge with child abuse if you teach or let children gamble at a very young age.
1595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Casino Affiliates - starting point on: March 05, 2020, 02:59:07 PM
Hey all,

Since the market is getting wider and more opportunities are coming for affiliates and marketers, I would like to collect some important notes for starting point, in case you like to take part in this market. Becoming an affiliate or market any casino operators is beneficial, but risky.

I would place one note, hope the audience will continue ( with explanations )

Never market any operator before you are aware of its internal marketing capabilities.

The reason is very simple, when you send the traffic you like players to be accommodated, entertained, to get promotions, offers and to keep on playing. If they are not getting emails, special offers, have support and get VIP style communication - its a mutual lost of your traffic.

You could lose your reputation if you are going to market a gambling casinos that you have not done a research if they are capable to sustain their project features, but it's different when you are going on a signature campaign, but as an affiliate you need to protect your recruits because this recruits are also your recruit for the next project that you are going to promote.
1596  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: is it legal to trade bitcoins in india? on: March 05, 2020, 11:23:33 AM
Excellent news for Indian Bitcoin users: The Supreme Court just struck down the RBI's ban on digital currencies.

With no official legal restrictions on cryptocurrency now, it's expected that many of the companies who shut down Indian operations from 2018-present (like ZebPay and Koinex) will relaunch.

In fact, I see that ZebPay's Indian platform has just gone live.
Although we cannot consider India as a major player, but they will soon become a big player now that they are allowed to trade freely and the court has rules in their favor, they will not have to trade secretly and the developers are now freely to develop applications dedicated to the Crypto community.
1597  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What age would you recommend the forum to ? on: March 05, 2020, 07:58:19 AM
This forum is for all ages and for those interested to learn about Bitcoin, this community is a must because this is a dynamic community, all the the questions will always have an update on what's happening in the community and the market, if your children wants to learn Bitcoin you can guide him what and where to read, because some terminologies are beyond the grasp of children.
1598  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Advantages of bitcoin cloud mining on: March 05, 2020, 07:44:21 AM
Although Hashnet looks reliable I would not trust by thousands of dollars if I am going to mine I prefer doing it with me owning the hardware, so I can have full control of it, if it is not profitable anymore I can sell my hardware, I have seen so many cloud mining going up and down, and this is the reason why it's hard to promote cloud mining now.
1599  Economy / Economics / Re: Good news for bitcoin from India, should other countries also follow the suit? on: March 05, 2020, 06:53:27 AM
In 2018, banking regulatory body in India issued a circular to the Indian banking and financial institutes to ban any trading in cryptocurrencies. The India's crypto-association moved to the court against this decision. As the case reached to the apex court of India, the verdict was eagerly awaited by both parties. Today the apex court has overturned the circular which banned crypto-trading. It stated that the decision from banking regulators was unconstitutional. This news will have a much needed positive effect to the Indian crypto-market. Respected companies which were active in trading are slowly resuming their services.

I personally think this should be considered as a ground-breaking decision which not only decriminalized crypto-trading but also gave much needed legal status to the crypto-currencies in India.
Do you think other countries should have similar approach to the crypto?

This could happen in a democratic country because they have a supreme court to rely on every decision that governs the country, this is a good lead and every country that has a hard restrictions on Cryptocurrency holders, to take up their cause to their supreme court, you never know the supreme will rule in their favor.
1600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Conor McGregor vs Manny Pacquiao on: March 05, 2020, 05:29:47 AM
People need to stop talking this fight up as if it will be something.

And besides, the discussion is going nowhere as McGregor isn't even on Pacquiao's choice as his next possible opponent this year.

"There's a lot of possible opponents, like Mikey Garcia, Errol Spence or Terence Crawford and also there's boxers from Canada and Mexico who want to fight with me.” - Pacquiao

I want to see these names instead of McGregor.

Pacquiao Plans July Return, Eyes Errol Spence & Mikey Garcia

This thread should be lock now, I'd like to see a Garcia Pacquiao match, they are a perfect match Garcia just comes out from a dominant performance against Vargas which is surprising considering Vargas have given Pacquiao a tough time, when they fought it will attract hype and interest if this fight push through.
